I had a flat tire in the middle of the highway this week. I called this guy and he asked me to share my location and told me he would come in 20 minutes. I waiting for more than 40 minutes and reached out to him again via multiple texts and calls but he completely ignored my texts and calls. I got so frustrated and mad because it was 100 degrees outside and I was waiting outside as it wasn’t safe to stay in the car on the highway. I had to call another tow truck and they came within 30 minutes and they were so responsive and helpful unlike this guy who didn’t by the way come at all and didn’t even let me know he wasn’t coming.
Anyone who needs towing service, PLEASE PLEASE AVOID this towing company AT ALL COSTS!
