Be very aware of this company! I was looking for a master cylinder and reservoir for my truck. Been told they have it and can send it right away. Requested a Zelle payment of $996.00. Never got the part and never got a refund. They hang the phone on you and block your number. Scam!

I order some headlights from Elite. This the worst thing i ever did in my life. They sent the headlights broken. I try to get my money back , they said we will send you another headlight .They did , but didn't match . This have been since June 6th 2025 . Never send them the money first. As of today I am still waiting for those headlights. I asked for an address to send the headlights back to them (Nothing) . I asked for a refund ( nothing) . I returned the one the did match , cost me another One Hundred dollars. I learn my lesson. DON'T ORDER NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This deplorable business sent me a bad transfer case. After being told about it, they sent another. Mechanics checked it when delivered and refused it. I asked for my 585.00 dollars be credited back to my credit card. I've been trying for 5 months to get refunded. All I received is constant delays, double talk, and excuses. I can't get return calls, and still no refund, DO NOT buy from these BS artists ,they have no morals and will rip you off. Ed Talbott

I purchased an engine from this business last year and it has been nothing but a nightmare. From the moment it was installed, the engine had serious issues—constant ticking, smoking, and overall poor performance. Despite paying a *hefty price*, I ended up spending even more just trying to get it working properly. Jordan, who sold me the engine, promised I would be reimbursed for the repairs due to the engine being faulty from the start. That promise was never fulfilled. I've reached out mutiple time with calls, texts, everything but I've received zero response. At this point, it feels like a complete scam. They took my money, sold me a defective product, and then ghosted me when I asked for accountability. This level of dishonesty and disregard for customers is **completely unacceptable**. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with them.

Horrible horrible experience with this company. They over promise and under delivery in every way possible. I had to file two disputes with my credit card company because I had cancelled my order and they charged me twice.

We still don't have a resolution on the 40k mile engine you claimed to send that was actually 148k miles. I wouldn't have paid what I did for something THAT used. I could have picked up a local one like that for $700....not good, right? I hope to have some answer from Hannah today or you'll have to pickup the one sent up after I cancel the transaction with AMEX. Please advise

I had a very positive experience with Quality Auto Salvage. They found the right part I was looking for and they kept me informed of the shipping information. They sent be copies of the invoice and were very professional to deal with. I highly recommend the company for follow up and delivery of goods.

Selling old used engines as viable parts!! Engine looked like it was sitting in saltwater on the bottom All bolts rusted. Rust on all brackets and hardware making it impossible to do future maintenance. Was sold as under 70k miles. This engine looked worse than my blown one. Had no trust it wasn’t going to be an issue after 60 day warranty. When I finally was allowed to return it I was forced to pay an excessive shipping and 25percent restocking fee. So they can seek this junk again for 1900 bucks. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GO. TRY YOUR LOCAL JUNK YARD.

DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT order from these people. They are liars about their products told me I was getting a motor with 39,000 miles on it and received one with over 200,000 on it. Requested a refund and they wanted to send me another one, I told them I didn’t trust their services because they had already sent me the wrong motor and they suggested I just put the motor in and be out the $600 I paid to have it put in when it blew up. Not only did it take 2 weeks for them to send me the motor when they told me it would take a week, now it’s been 2 weeks since I requested a refund their keeping over half of my money and I still have yet to receive the refund. These people are down right no good for business and need to be shut down!!! DISGUSTING!

I purchased a speedometer head for a 1990 Volkswagen cabriolet I called spoke with Hannah she sent me pictures negotiated on the price it took about four days to get my tracking number. The part came in correct undamaged. nobody else in the country even had one so I was glad to get it. Hannah and Conrad were great thanks for your help.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!! They have an F rating with the BBB and have 14 open complaints against them them that they were refusing to respond to. The BBB is advising anyone who has been scammed by this company to contact the Maryland Attorney General to get this business shut down as they have no authority to do so but agree they are horrible.They have way too many complaints for this company. I lost $ 1700 that I will never get back due to these scammers after four months of fighting but I hope to save others from making the same mistake. Please call the BBB and they will give you all the info you need on these HORRIBLE people.

The part that came to me was defective. Miss studs on a $1295 engine 77k mile. I want my money back they will give you the run around. I’m planning to sue. The worst costumer service by far do not recommend buying from them. They leave their products outside to rust.

This business is a scam. I ordered and paid for 5 different airbags. They only provided two and kept lying about saying everything was delivered after several attempts of them lying saying they was a mistake in the delivery route. I kept asking for tracking number but none was ever provided. Their way of doing business was shady from the start because they asked to be paid through Zelle. I wished I could give no stars. Stay away please. It’s a SCAM!!!

My US Navy son researched and found Quality Auto Salvage for his replacement transmission. Customer Service was clear and professional on all phone communication. Email communication was less timely, but we did get all of our requested information within the timeframe. We purchased the long-term warranty as well.

If I could give them no stars that's exactly what I would do. I ordered a transmission from this place and for more than a week consistently got the runaround. They told me they were shipping it and that they would email me the tracking number, which they didn't. I called and texted repeatedly for days to find out when the transmission would be shipped out. Finally someone contacted me and said the truck the transmission was on got into an accident *wink* and the transmission was damaged so they would have to send me a different transmission for an extra $300. I explained to them how I was not paying an additional $300 inasmuch as I did not have anything to do with the transmission being destroyed in an alleged accident. They told me they understood and they would contact me the next day about shipping out a replacement transmission. When they did contact me the next day I was told they had "good news" and they would only be charging me an extra $150 for the replacement transmission. Again I explained how that was not going to work for me and I was not going to pay any extra money. They said they would contact me the next morning to tell me how it could be resolved. I contacted them because I didn't feel like waiting around all day for them to maybe or maybe not call me and I was told they were out money too because of the truck being in an accident and a lot of parts getting damaged, like I'm fool enough to believe their carrier doesn't have insurance that would cover any sort of accident like that and compensate them for their loss. Again, that's still not my problem. I paid in full for the transmission the day that I ordered it. I explained to them at the onset time was of the essence because the person putting the transmission in the car was going to be going out of town for a month and I needed to have it as soon as possible. Finally they gave up and offered me a refund. When I asked them to put the refund through immediately they kept saying it would be an hour or two. As bad as they screwed up and they couldn't even offer to refund my money immediately? Absolutely unacceptable. All of it was unacceptable. I truly believe they never had a transmission for me in the first place, in spite of telling me they had three, and when they found one they used the opportunity to jack up the price but I wasn't going for it. Absolutely garbage company. I wish I would have read the Google reviews first because I see I'm not alone in this situation and this is the way that they treat customers consistently.

The engine was a very good price based on other research and it included all the connectors so I was easy to install. The staff was accommodating when I had to change shipping a couple times. I will call them again when I need other parts. *****Change in star rating***** So I called them for more parts and they assured me that they had them. So far after about 5 months they have delivered 4 of 9 parts. They claim that some were lost in shipment to me. They have refunded me $150 out of the $1345 that I paid them. That does not even cover the pallet charge for the pallet I did not receive. No more calling QAS when I need parts. I may call them ANOTHER 50 times to try to get this last matter resolved.

Shipped tailgate without back up camera that I paid for and said it was in mint condition when it came with scratches and dents and the plastic piece on top was all broken and they refused to refund me any money or return the tailgate. Don’t ever buy from this company.

I am one truly satisfied customer. I must admit I was a bit afraid of buying a transmission online, first i couldn't believe the price was so low and they provide free shipping. My sells rep assured me i was doing business with a reputable company and not to worry. He provided pictures of the transmission i was receiving. I got updates thru the entire process and tracking on the delivery. I would definitely do business with them again. Quality Auto Salvage gets 5 stars in from me!.

I was very disappointed with the company. I had to wait 3 weeks for my part. I paid for my part on a Monday then got a call on a Thursday telling me my part didn’t ship because they didn’t include shipping. They made me pay half for the shipping. After doing that. A week goes buy and still don’t receive a tracking number or anything. So another week goes by and I had to call in to complain because I had no clue were my part was. The manger offered me $50 back which I haven’t received and it’s been two weeks. I finally got my part and had to pay my mechanic a storage fee because my part took so long to come.I wouldn’t use them ever again super unorganized and unprofessional. If I had an option to give zero stars I would.

Ordered this part 8/30/22. Was initially quoted a price of $375.00 by BRANDON but when we decided to actually order the part, the price jumped to $400.00. Had to wait over a month to get the part. Upon closer inspection, THE ENTIRE PART WAS NOT SENT!! Have called and spoken with FRANK, CHRIS & PATRICK to no avail. Your phone number is programmed into their “business” so they automatically send you to voicemail. If I call from a different number, miraculously they pickup and just send you back to voicemail. They give you nothing but the run around when THEY ARE TOTALLY AT FAULT. I paid good money for an ENTIRE part and they sent a partial piece of junk. Don’t be fooled by their empty promises. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS—they don’t deliver as promised and their ads are misleading!!

Misrepresented the part. Slow shipping. 30 plus days from point of sale. Asked for a picture of the part. Told I was demanding. Would never purchase again. Door held up with piece of wood from pallet. Still waiting on refund. Told door was complete. It’s not. The original pictures I was shown, door was perfect. This door is damaged. No inside panel. Was told that was there. You outright lied. 12/30/2021. Please beware if you do business with this company. Totally dishonest. I would complain to the BBB, but you aren’t a member and I can see why now. Disgraceful how you conduct your business.
