No one ever wants to have a car towed. Even worse, if your child has a medical crisis and you're, literally, halfway around the world. The people at Lenny's were beyond helpful. They truly cared and helped me out of a huge bind. It's been two years and it still brings tears to my eyes. My only regret is that it took me this long to thank you in public. God bless you always!
Lenny's Towing retrieved our vehicle very quickly and had a very reasonable price. dispatcher was communicative and friendly. we did not call with any kind of road side assistance and pricing was reasonable. A big thank you to Lenny's Towing
Lenny’s towed my car after an accident, kept it safe, and everything was still in my car when it arrived at my collision center. They allowed my insurance to pick up my car after I called and gave them my permission to release my car. The woman I spoke with was very kind as well. I’ve seen some of the negative reviews but I think it also comes down to how you speak to them. If you’re worried about any kind of theft, check your car before it gets towed. I even had money in my car, a $20 bill and a handful of random change just sitting in the cup holders and everything was still there.

My portable jump box was stolen from my vehicle when I went to pick up my vehicle the next day. General Manager refuses to cooperate or communicate. Don't do business with this company
Company was super unprofessional The owner Scott was rude they messed my car up told me I was Lying got into an argument with Scott He told me to go back to Mexico, took them to court one and got my money never in 1 million years would think in owner of a company would be racist. Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
Beware !!!! This establishment is beyond unprofessional . While I was there I witnessed two employees arguing to a point of where their voices could be heard from the street, and literally almost in a physical fight in front of customers . Then when I got to my vehicle to retrieve my personal items , I noticed right away that my beat headphones that were located in the middle console of the vehicle were taken by one of the employees at this establishment. I know my headphones were in the middle console because I placed them in there right before the accident . I was able to retrieve all other items in the car except the trunk as I didn’t have the key with me . This is by far the worse company ever because employees steal and then try to use the “we are not responsible for loss of items on yard” rule. I had to take it as a loss , but if anything I knew I would write a review since there was nothing else I could do at the moment . So, if you want your things please don’t have your car towed by Lenny’s Towing !
Consumate professionals. These guys saved me twice. Samir was very friendly and eager to help out. I felt I was in good hands. They showed very fast and got me out of troubles way. Made me feel like everything was gonna be ok. Thanks guys. Would definitely recommend!
Towed at night (sounds suspicious already), told it’s $320 to pick up, offer no discount for military giving they towed his car while he was deployed out of state, refused to tow other cars that were in the exact same predicament as his car, claimed to be open 24 hours for pickup and tows yet told another person they ONLY work at night. This place needs to go under business and we will take action!
About an hour ago my Wife's Car Battery went down and she needed a Hot shot, whichever Tow truck driver that was sitting at the gas station on Dorsey run rd tried to charge my Wife (which at the time, my wife was a Damsel in distress. He tried to charge 150.00. They're are some sorry, ignorant Ppl that work for Lenny's towing!!! I hate that place!!
I just called literally. For this rude woman to hang up on me before telling me I have to wait 3 hours in my car for someone to be around. Meanwhile I’m on a back road with a busted tire. Told me to call in an hour and a half to check again. And said it with an attitude. Very Disrespectful.
My car broke down and need to be towed right away. I needed a part and I wanted to have it towed to my house but the tow truck driver said it would be better if he towed it to the place you worked at. It was on a Friday afternoon. I couldn't get the part until Saturday and I had to have someone give me a ride to go get it. They told me I could get the car on Saturday but when I got the part and went there they were closed!?
I called them in the person said I had to wait till Monday to get my car and there was some tow truck drivers outside and said the same thing. My insurance company said they would arrange with the towing company to pay for it and they sent me an invoice which I sent to my insurance company. When I went to pick it up they wanted me to pay them and I called the insurance company and they told me that I had to pay them and that they would pay me back BUT THEY CHARGED ME FOR 3 DAYS OF STORAGE EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T GET THE CAR UNTIL LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY WOULDN'T PAY FOR A FEE PLUS I HAD TO PAY A FEE TO USE MY DEBIT CARD!? IT COST ME OVER $100 SO I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN BECAUSE I COULDN'T GET MY CAR UNTIL MONDAY!
Very unprofessional staff at this place. The hard workers get fired while the slackers take their spot, what a shame. If only they paid attention to the actual hardworking people there.
Spoke to Victoria... From the beginning she was very polite and professional and communicate every detail. Even called the afternoon before service to make me aware that they were gonna be a little later than originally discussed. Tow truck driver called me when on site and about to leave...

So ....my car got towed, ( these things happen ) I'll give you this little hint , look it's your car , it's your responsibility! Don't go in there acting like a crazy person because you parked your car where it could be towed! The gentleman I dealt with was very nice , I had my car back within 20 min. I don't know if they have a bathroom , I don't think they are allowing anyone inside . Act like you have some sense , and you won't have any problems.
They were very helpful over the phone. When I walked in I saw huge Trump flags hanging up so take that as you may. Also, they left the car on to the battery was dead and I had to get a jump (which they provided).

Mixed feelings because I forgot to take our change (which was sorted in a clear plastic case) out of the car before leaving it with them and now we are around $10 shorter in toll money. Also, our glove department was definitely rifled through. Could have been the repair people, but I have no way of proving anything.
Definitely make sure to remove any valuables before leaving your car with them. Also cross posted to the company which repaired our car.
Car was in an accident. Called 911. Police called Lenny's because of its close proximity to the accident. The car was treated poorly by the tow truck driver and treated worse when stored in the lot. It rained the night of the accident and days following. When I went to inspect the vehicle the car was flooded. They didn't even bother to roll the windows up which were fully functional. They attempted to wrap the windows with film but did a very poor job doing so. Thank goodness the car was totaled otherwise it would have been an absolute nightmare as the car now had flood damage.
The receptionists and Lenny the mechanic (not related Lenny the owner), who has a shop on location, were the only decent people. Their kindness seemed completely out of place as the rest of the staff were rude and vulgar.
Very friendly and allowed me to drive my vehicle back to the damaged vehicle in the lot! I've been to tow yards before that only allow one person to walk back escorted. Vicki at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!
This morning, one of their reckless drivers almost killed me on the highway. He literally tried to run me out of my lane which forced me to almost collide with the wall. No signal, no apology, absolutely nothing!
i saw an accident and they stopped the traffic so I decided to record. The driver was not well and he couldn’t speak English either. This company is so unprofessional they will mess up your car so bad. I’m posting this because I feel like it was so messed up how the truck driver messed up the car on purpose and started laughing with the police officer when they Pulled the car up the wrong way. I do not recommend this towing company they are so unscrupulous.
Needed a call-out to unlock my truck after I locked the keys in, Lenny's was there w/in the hour. Because I was on a certain part of Fort Meade, they knew exactly what to do and made the process smooth and painless. Big THANKS to Dominic and Chance; both are friendly and professional. Highly recommend Lenny's for anything on Fort Meade.
After a car accident we were forced to use this company because they hold a contract with the police. We decided to sign over the car, thinking that they would forgive some of the bill. The waived their $35 storage fee, but we had to pay over $200 still for the short distance tow, including a $40 admin fee and $30 for labor. They did not give us anything for the car, and their hours made it hard to get anything done because the lot closes at 4:45, and the whole place is closed on Sunday (which counts as a day for storage).
Our Durango broke down while towing our camper from PA to Ocean City. The owner and his driver were helpful in sorting out what our best option was. I would definitely recommend them! There is always a cost when you have to be towed, but I felt their charges were reasonable.

My SUV was towed there due to an accident and when I went to retrieve my personnel belongings was told I would have to leave my car outside there lot and that only one person at a time could go in and retrieve my belongings from my car. My car should have never been towed to a lot that had vehicles that were being police impounded. This family towing service is not a police impound lot..

As a 28 year Veteran and a business owner I would never treat someone the way he treated me. I would treat a criminal with better respect than he did.
My truck was the stuck in a ditch with a guard rail and hill and snow as obstacles to get it out. Lenny sent two person team and they took two hours but carefully avoided any damages to my Nissan Frontier Truck which I was able to drive away.
