Customer service is a zero. Waited 15 minutes for them to dig around in their haphazard, fire hazard of a store to not find anything. Then they stood there with no offer to order it, call another store, apologize, nothing. Another reason to shop online if you treat customers like robots anyways. Went down the road to Advance Auto and got the parts and out the door in 5 minutes.
Just recently this became a corporate store from an independent. I think they have every part under the moon here and if not they can get it super fast.
The guy at the counter was helpful but the serpentine belt I bought from them didn't fit my car, ended up buying from another auto chain for cheaper that worked out fine
My truck broke down and was undrivable. It was a simple repair, just an idler pulley. So I called up the Elkridge Napa, and they had the part in stock. I mentioned that I would have to figure out how to get there. I was going to Uber, but the guy asked where I was. I was a couple miles away. He said I'll be there in 10 minutes. He picked me up and took me to the store, where I bought what I needed, and then another employee drove me back to my truck. Talk about going above the call of duty. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I know where I will buy my parts from now on.
Gave me the wrong size battery then try to give me issues about fixing it. Show them the problems that the battery was giving me and they told me that my car was messed up. I told then when you give me the right battery the problems will go away. Been trying to send me to a mechanic to kick out more money. Told him just give me my proper battery and the problems will go away. Soon as I put the proper battery in the problem stopping immediately.
The guys who work there really know there stuff. I got great advice and support.
Much better than other places that hire young inexperienced individuals who were not professional mechanics.
Our company has a business account here, so there are several of us who regularly make purchases. Literally everybody who works the counter is a pleasure to work with. So much different than what one might expect at the "retail chain" auto parts stores. I have had a high opinion of NAPA quality for many years, so for me, there is a peace of mind factor as well. I should also mention, that if there is something not in stock at the store, they are often able to get it from their warehouse the same day. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone.
I was short-changed. I admit, I didn't spend much, but I was short-changed of $10, so the item actually cost me more than 200% what it should have. When I questioned it, a brief discussion ensued and I was pretty much dismissed, despite me offering visual evidence. I'm sorry the store is doing so badly that they need to short-change their customers. I will not be coming here again. Highly not-recommended.
Great always helpful worth paying a little more to talk to so one that know what there doing unlike the bigger chains that have young kids working there if is not in the computer they can not help you and have no idea about car or trucks
Napa Auto part's alway's has everything I alway's need for my work Truck or personal vehicle. They are 1 of my favorite places to go for, for anything I ever need even for my historic Grooming Truck!! They definitely know what they are doing at this place much better then Advance Auto parts where I had to tell there new employee that I actually needed 8 spark plug's for an 8 cylinder Truck my Goodness Gracious!!
I got 2 car batteries there within the last week. Went there after not being able to get my battery elsewhere. Prices were good and customer service was excellent. What more can you ask for.
Really helpful staff that worked to help get me back on the road. I usually don't buy from Napa, because they are a bit more expensive, but the staff here made it worth it.
Good people, but they don't keep that much in stock however, they do have a pretty big warehouse close so can usually get you what you need within the day.
I have been A costumer for a while at this location The sales man are very helpful and they are understand that not everybody are mechanic they will support you and advice you how to to perform you're basic repairs today for the first time i meet Mr Mark and he was very helpful and professional
I originally purchased a pair of Warn hubs for my truck, but needed to return them because the snap-ring was tweaked on one of them. When I went to return them, I was told there would be a 15% restocking fee! I asked to speak to the manager and the owner was there but refused to see me. So I got stuck with a charge for something that wasn't right to begin with. Terrible service from a typically good national brand - you can guarantee I won't be back to that NAPA location.
