Anyone else have a car or it’s belongings literally disappear from this business and try to call them and speak to Mr. Banks about it and be completely ignored? This company would steal your last penny… My experience with them is beyond belief and completely unacceptable business practices. It’s been almost two years and I’m coming right back at you Lee Banks. I’m not done with this bunch of thieves.
Avoid Banks Recyclers and Towing Terrible service and overpriced
I called needing a truck part the morning of September 8th and the woman who answered the phone took my number and told me she would call me back. After hours of not hearing anything I called them back and a male answered the phone and told me that I must have spoken with her and that since I already spoke with her that he wouldn’t be able to give me a price, that she would have to be the one to. Today it’s September 13th and I still haven’t received a call back. I would not recommend them to anyone.
