This was one of the best towing companies I’ve ever used. As soon as I called them with an issue for my transmission, they came right away. The service was very professional and the crew is very kind!
I called AAA At 3:30 AZ towing never called me, never showed up to AAA. They never seen my vehicle or me which I was sitting in a vehicle. No one never came now I have to wait additional three hours to get serviced from another company.
I needed a tow on Sunday, July 7 and was sent a driver from your company by Triple A. Your driver showed up, in a rollback, which was what was needed and explained in detail to the Triple A representative when I called. It could not be towed because it was locked in emergency brake mode and the tires would not move nor would the vehicle. The driver claimed he wasn't given any of that information and the Triple A rep told me to reiterate it to the driver when he called me to tell me he was on his way which he NEVER did. If I hadn't been sent the link for real time ETA, I would not have known when he was arriving. He had an attitude when he got out of the truck, complaining they sent him 34 miles from Howard County to a job he couldn't do (which he could). He said he would call Triple A and see if they had a "dolly truck" to slide under the car as that was the only way to move it. He sat in his truck for maybe 10 minutes and left!!!! Never said anything about whether he contacted them or not! I found him to be rude with and attitude because he was sent to a job he "didn't want to do" and drove away without a word about whether Triple A had a dolly truck available. I canceled my order and got a vm message in the meantime from Triple A stating no "dolly truck" was available at all that day. I called to inquire about reimbursement if I call someone local and verified that my order was canceled. I called a local, well known towing company, showed up within 10 minutes IN a rollback and within 10 minutes, had it successfully on the rollback and was on our way to the repair shop. See screenshot attached! I will not use your service again ever and will request Triple A not send them.
Nasar & his team are fantastic. They responded quickly and arrived fast. He then proceeded to follow up by sending pictures of the vehicle (that had to be towed to the dealer) and also a contact who checked him in. Would highly recommend if you need a tow!

please if you value your car dont use them! dispatched by AAA for Hyundai and 1.. the guy who answered the phone sounds high! they pickup up the car and supposedly took it to the wrong dealership and when aother toe truck goes to pick up, its not there and to top it off they dont know where the car is! Ridiculous!!!!
If I could leave a zero star I would this company through AAA left me and my baby stranded for over 4 hours. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest people.
If I could give a 0 star review I would! I have been waiting for 3 HOURS for a driver named Anthony to come change the tire on my car, assigned by AAA. No one at AAA can reach him, it’s 40 minutes past the LATEST arrival time, my entire day has been spent waiting for this service, because my other option was to drive with the tire - which went flat in my driveway and I put air back into - and risk getting stranded on the road and causing a major problem! It’s sunny and the roads are clear - there is no excuse for this, except a lack of caring and poor customer service.
I've been waiting over two hours for a tow, provided through AAA Premium service. No contact from driver or their headquarters. On hold now with AAA to cancel this provider and request a new one.
WOW what an amazing experience!! I was stranded on the highway and called AZ towing and before I knew it, Nasar (the driver) was there and loading up my car. He was so kind and made sure he took his time to load the car properly. I would highly recommend this company!!
Chauncey at AZ Towing got me out of a difficult jam after my driver's side tires got shredded going into the city. Brought his flatbed right up to the location and worked with me over the phone to find the alleyway where I parked my car, and patiently navigated a narrow backing-in. Got me out of the city just in the nick of time for rush hour after other towing services couldn't make it. Great service and friendly too. Many thanks!
Yet another terrible experience calling AAA for roadside assistance. This time, the car was at our house and needed a battery replaced. The tow driver was extremely rude and judgmental about the condition of the car, which we hadn't driven in a while. He finally left, then came right back and insisted that the $207 I paid him by credit card had not gone through. He sat on our front porch talking to his boss on speaker phone, accusing me of not having enough money in our account to cover the charge, which was not true. I kept showing him the charge had already gone through on my card. He kept insisting to swipe the card again, or for me to pay cash, which I refused. After 20 minutes, he finally left and said he would be back if he found out the charge didn't go through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
While they were a bit delayed in their arrival to tow my vehicle to the dealer, they were very professional and handled my vehicle with care. The driver made every effort to ensure I was satisfied with the service. I would recommend they give a call to the consumer when delayed. I had to call AAA to get an update initially. I did get a call from them when they were on their way.
I just had my car towed by Z from AZ Towing, Inc. He arrived quickly and got my car out of a tough spot with ease! Hands down best towing service I’ve had.
Do not use this towing company. They left me waiting 7 hours for a tow. And then they dropped the call. So they never show.
This was through AAA. After waiting 7 hours for a tow, I have to wait even longer because this unprofessional and lazy crew didn’t have the competency to refuse a job they couldn’t fulfill.
This photo was taken less than 10min after AZ Towing, Inc came by to change my tire on 695. After the person from AAA put on the donut tire, I drove to get my flat tired fixed at a tire repair store (about a 5 minute drive). When I got out of the vehicle, the repair person came over asked me what I needed, walked around the vehicle and grabbed a lift to take the tired off. He looked under the car and called me over. He asked me if I put the spare on myself. I told him I just had it done a few minutes ago by AAA. He showed me the damage and indicated that this is what happens when someone does not look for the arrows indicating where to put the lift. The vehicle was new and had no issues. I called AAA the next day, filed a claim, and several weeks later was told that AZ Towing, Inc is denying the damage. Not a huge amount of damage, but this says a lot about AZ Towing's character and the principles of the owners. I did not have an option since I called AAA and they showed up as a contract, but just know what you are getting when you call AAA. Sadly, AAA is not being much help either.
My car broke down in a very bad location in Catonsville and upon calling AAA they sent this company out. The two gentlemen working were probably the most amazing service I've ever had. My car gear shift was stuck, so they couldn't get it in neutral to get it in the truck. So the guy spent a good 40 minutes taking Getting to a level under the airfilter to force the car into drive so I could move it.

I was parked in what I thought was the correct spot for parking lot painting. AZ towing towed my car one spot over to the right. I understand that they had to tow the car, but I do not think they should have damaged the whole side of my car. I called them trying to speak with them about this issue and a rude man hung up on me. He told me I had no proof that they did this. How about this? I parked my car with zero dents or scratches, and when I woke up my car was destroyed on the right side. This is completely unprofessional. They need to train their employees better or they will be sued pretty soon. I am seeking legal advice over this issue. They have no right to completely destroy someone's car. Learn how to tow properly.
Can't speak for their towing service, but their battery service was quick and professional.
Our car has been parked for a few months and couldn't start. Called AAA first and then the car manufacturer's own roadside service early in the morning. Both only came with a jump starter and tried and failed, and then told us we need to replace our battery and left without a word. It was weekend and we really needed some groceries, so we made one more attempt with AAA, and AZ battery rescue came. The estimated arrival was 50 mins but somehow they came in 20 mins. The guy walked out of the car with proper facial coverage. He somehow managed to start our car, and then performed a battery load test. He informed us that one battery cell was dead and provided some suggestion for long-term storage of the car. Saved our day and we couldn't be happier with his service.
We drove to AutoZone(the one in Eldersburg, which is also extremely nice and helpful) later that day and AutoZone guys tested our battery and confirmed that we indeed have one dead battery cell. Shout out to both AZ battery rescue and AutoZone.
I had to call AAA to get my car towed to the dealership after loosing my only car key, so that I could get a replacement key made. The first tow company AAA dispatched was unable to tow the car because it was a flatbed and due to the fact I had no key the car could not be put into neutral. After the first tow company could not tow my car AAA dispatched AZ Towing this company was WONDERFUL the driver Anthony went beyond the call of duty he was not only professional, but caring. It was raining Anthony insisted that I stay dry and that he would come to me to verify my information. He answered all my questions and concerns. He made a stressful situation tolerable Thank you AZ Towing for your outstanding service!!!!!
