The serviceman did an INCREDIBLE job safely freeing my car from being stuck in several inches of ice with hard snow snow mounds in front of and behind it. He showed up quickly and got my car unstuck and back on the main road in 15-20min or less. He was friendly, polite, and professional through the whole service encounter and quite ingenious, too! Thank you!

Fast and effective service. My car was stuck due to the recent snow storm. He was able to pull me out without any damage done to my vehicle.

My tire was flat by the time I got towork and since I don’t have a spare I had to get it towed to the auto shop down from my house. I work at a high school so he was very prompt and also polite when he pulled in. There wasn’t much that I had to do since my AAA coverage covered everything so he was on and about his way. Hopefully I don’t have to have many more tows but if I do, I would highly recommend this service.

I’ve been waiting for three hours in the middle of the day in a residential area that there is no traffic and my car has to be towed like less than 2 miles away and they’re cute making it like every 30 minutes. It goes to another 60 minutes. this is very unacceptable and the service is absolutely disgusting and the staff is very rude. I even talk to the manager very rude. She started the screaming at me that it’s not their fault and they cannot even call the drivers. I don’t even know like how they cannot call the drivers to see where they are or why They accept the job if they don’t have any truck available and when I asked the representative why they do that they said like every other business, we accept anything that comes our way without considering that we can deliver the service or not disgusting

I usually never leave reviews, but my experience today with a girl named Brittany (a white girl with glasses and blue eyes working at the front desk) was genuinely shocking. From the moment we arrived, her attitude was unnecessarily hostile.
My brother and I were waiting by the window for about 15 minutes, just trying to check in and make things easier by having the registration ready. Instead of communicating like a normal, respectful person, Brittany stormed out with an attitude and started yelling at us to “step out” — loud, aggressive, and completely unprovoked.
There was absolutely no reason for her to speak to anyone like that. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. But the way she approached us was disrespectful, rude, and honestly embarrassing for someone who works in customer service.
If she dislikes her job or dealing with people, then she should consider a position that doesn’t require human interaction — because treating customers like they’re a problem is unacceptable.
Her behavior today was incredibly unprofessional, and it left a very negative impression. Front desk staff are supposed to set the tone, but instead, she made the experience stressful and unpleasant for no reason at all.Nov 20, 2025 -

Yeah - if it's a choice of a root canal without novocaine or visiting this impound lot again, I'm visiting the dentist. Granted the impound was my fault but Henry's lot is situated in swamp land. I gave them two stars because no Rottweilers were waiting when I got to my vehicle.
If you need something towed - Henry's seems to have the muscle. I did not notice any damage to the vehicle. Also their phone is answered by an AI bot - so have fun asking it idiotic questions.Nov 04, 2025 -
Giving 1 star is over doing it because i really wanted to give 0 stars. Henry might want to get rid of the people behind the phone. Miss Lesli or however you want to spell it, how you getting mad because I am asking questions or because I am mad that my car is towed after sincerely expressing to you that I was not mad at you but at the situation? How? Miss Lesli how do you tell a customer bye in the midst of them talking to you? Miss Lesli how do start shouting and screaming at the person who's car was towed "not to their negligence " .
Miss Lesli will be the cause of this company's downfall, she has absolutely no clue what customer service is whatsoever and really need to leave the phone alone, as a matter a fact she should not even have a cell phone. Her very rude responses are crazy, and she swears she's right. Your nonchalant attitude DOES NOT WORK IM CUSTOMER SERVICE. No accountability, no respect, no calmness to the individual, no show for sympathy, no nothing. How you mad at someone else because you hate your job? Miss Lesli, when you get home you might want to sit and elevate yourself and see how you make people feel. Maybe you're living a miserable life and from what I know misery loves company. We waited 2.5 hrs for a tow last night while my vehicle was on the shoulder of I-270. Unacceptable! Service was booked via our roadside assistance program and at 6:41PM we received a text from Assurant, that Henry's Wrecker has been dispatched and should arrive in 35-65min. At 7:55PM my husband spoke to the Henry's driver, who said that he was in traffic, coming from Silver Spring (we were in Gaithersburg). At 8:13PM we received an Assurant text stating that the tow truck would arrive in 30 min. At 8:55PM (2+ hrs after dispatch) I called the tow company office and was told that the driver is 12 min away. There was no apology for the wait or signs of sympathy for the situation. At 9:24PM I called the tow company office again and was told that the driver is going to call us directly to confirm the location. Again, the person who took my call gave no apology for the 3-hr wait for this tow, or any reason for why the tow took so long. The driver did call right away and arrived within minutes. He was awesome and very accommodating and I don't think he was the original driver who was dispatched to us. My complaint is with the overall dispatch time and lack of customer service received when I called the office.

I parked in a fire lane and came to get my car. Turned out I left my car keys in the back of the Uber. Ms. Janet was really helpful and I thank God for her. May she be helped in her time of need!

I work at a apartment building and when I call for them to tow a vehicle they don't ever show up they must don't like money. Henry's is the worst I will be glad when our contract is done with them the worst tow company in Montgomery County

They towed my car unlawfully at my high rise apartment a few times. I parked in my assigned parking and pay $100 a month towards my parking space. So when I heard they were getting sued it was no surprise! GIMME MY MONEY! HENRYS IS GOING DOWN!

I'm at the corner of Georgia Ave and Ellsworth in downtown Silver Spring and just watched one of your truck drivers nearly bulldoze half a dozen people. Speeding and running a light that had been red for a minute or more. Luckily at the next red light, no more than 100 yards away, there were cars in the driver's way instead of people, apparently he's a little less brave with that obstacle. So, ultimately, murdering several people wouldn't have even gotten him to his destination any faster. Is this normal?

They enjoy towing handicap vehicles! Which is horrible! Don't bother to call and ask, because you will get at least 4 different excuses and even more lies. The pictures they took clearly show the handicap hanger, on the dash board! The tow guy had to see it in order to tow it. However, the way they took the picture they made sure it's at an angle and had a glare. They do not deserve any stars. I will leave off the rest of my thoughts for my lawyer and BBB. This occured on July 20th, Sunday.

Terrible terrible terrible. Towed car illegally from where I live. Unacceptable customer service and preying on people while they sleep. I pay for my parking spot at my apartment complex and my car was stolen by this company.

Wife, whom is disabled, was using her card due to my wallet being in the car that was stolen by this company. I typically sign for her since her disability directly affects her hands. Lady at the trailer, yells at us that is a felony and cannot accept payment. Wife had said nothing this entire time to deserve being yelled at. Unprofessional and unacceptable.Jul 16, 2025 -
Twice towed my massive truck they know is there every single day for the last 8 months. Parking plaque slipped off the dash. But it fell into the seat and would be very visible to a driver. Especially if they have to get in the truck to release the parking brake that is always on. I hate writing reviews but I feel like I have to. Pretending like you don't know that truck is there every single day....it's massive and the parking plaque with any effort would be seen. If you have to do things like this to make money you should consider another business. I'm sorry you think it's ok to make money like this.

If I could give my first zero star rating I would. BE WARNED. My vehicle returned with significant damage done by a young tow truck driver that’s anything but “reliable, trustworthy, and efficient”. I will be making a claim with USAA so they no longer refer their hard working people to this company. Never again.

Very pleased with the service! The driver Mike was prompt and professional and knowledgeable and a really terrific guy as well! The price was very fair and ethical. Took an unfortunate situation and helped me out of it, and Mike’s personality and insistence on a fair price restored my faith in humanity! No complaints whatsoever!

My tech came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my trailer for me. I sat too long at my receiver and it caused things to freeze. He came out in a timely manner, very professional and gave me very clear instructions on what he was going to do. He explained clearly what he needed me to do. It didn’t take long at all and he fixed my trailer and I was able to make it back home today. Thank you so much for your fast and reliable service. You are appreciated and I hope if my company needs service again , you are the person they call.

This company loves to tow for no reason. Had my sister in laws car towed because the parking pass dates was not visible. The parking pass was still good for another day, so we went to get it out and asked if we could dispute the tow if we were able to prove that the dates was still valid. We read the towing policy in the parking lot and nothing is mentioned about the placement of the parking pass, yet the clerk said it was a valid tow because they could not see the dates. Even though we were able to show her the dates of the parking pass. They will tow for any reason.

Parked in the CVS lot on Arlington Rd. in Bethesda to fill a couple prescriptions. Afterwards I walked across the street to grab lunch. When I returned to my vehicle, a warning sticker had been placed on my driver-side window warning me that my vehicle would be towed if I park there again. Frustratingly, the sticker could not be easily removed. I spent several minutes trying to scrape off the sticker, only to make it worse. I was forced to drive with the unsafe sticker remnants on my window. Later I had to purchase a razor scraper to remove the rest of the sticker. After calling to speak with someone, and being hung up on, I filled out a contact form on their website to complain about the sticker, but no one responded. My car was vandalized, AND they have poor customer service.
