Then they want you to sign on papers that it was expired. The building management said it was misunderstanding between two companies!
I work at a apartment building and when I call for them to tow a vehicle they don't ever show up they must don't like money. Henry's is the worst I will be glad when our contract is done with them the worst tow company in Montgomery County
They towed my car unlawfully at my high rise apartment a few times. I parked in my assigned parking and pay $100 a month towards my parking space. So when I heard they were getting sued it was no surprise! GIMME MY MONEY! HENRYS IS GOING DOWN!
I'm at the corner of Georgia Ave and Ellsworth in downtown Silver Spring and just watched one of your truck drivers nearly bulldoze half a dozen people. Speeding and running a light that had been red for a minute or more. Luckily at the next red light, no more than 100 yards away, there were cars in the driver's way instead of people, apparently he's a little less brave with that obstacle. So, ultimately, murdering several people wouldn't have even gotten him to his destination any faster. Is this normal?
They enjoy towing handicap vehicles! Which is horrible! Don't bother to call and ask, because you will get at least 4 different excuses and even more lies. The pictures they took clearly show the handicap hanger, on the dash board! The tow guy had to see it in order to tow it. However, the way they took the picture they made sure it's at an angle and had a glare. They do not deserve any stars. I will leave off the rest of my thoughts for my lawyer and BBB. This occured on July 20th, Sunday.
Terrible terrible terrible. Towed car illegally from where I live. Unacceptable customer service and preying on people while they sleep. I pay for my parking spot at my apartment complex and my car was stolen by this company.

Wife, whom is disabled, was using her card due to my wallet being in the car that was stolen by this company. I typically sign for her since her disability directly affects her hands. Lady at the trailer, yells at us that is a felony and cannot accept payment. Wife had said nothing this entire time to deserve being yelled at. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
Twice towed my massive truck they know is there every single day for the last 8 months. Parking plaque slipped off the dash. But it fell into the seat and would be very visible to a driver. Especially if they have to get in the truck to release the parking brake that is always on. I hate writing reviews but I feel like I have to. Pretending like you don't know that truck is there every single day....it's massive and the parking plaque with any effort would be seen. If you have to do things like this to make money you should consider another business. I'm sorry you think it's ok to make money like this.
If I could give my first zero star rating I would. BE WARNED. My vehicle returned with significant damage done by a young tow truck driver that’s anything but “reliable, trustworthy, and efficient”. I will be making a claim with USAA so they no longer refer their hard working people to this company. Never again.
Absolutely unprofessional. I gave the lady $170 with certainty, counted it out and she lied and said I gave her $150. Totally rude personnel! I recommend paying with a card. They should be put out of business!
These people are the worst they will tow your vehicle even with valid documentation. Even when shown they were in the wrong by the place of establishment that hired them even a a whole cop they won’t release the vehicle. They are greedy and will on purpose tow your vehicle even when you have every right to be parked where you are. They are doing very underhanded things here and they proudly getting away with it. Despicable establishment
One of the worst service places ever. Took my car while I was going out to get new tires, and said "it got towed cause it was un-operable". Can't wait for their company to absolutely fail and file bankruptcy.
I don’t know the name of the man who came but he went wayyyyyyy above n beyond to get my car it’s day one of this stupid snow storm and my car had to be towed i didn’t think it was possible but he got the job done in the cold freezing snow
Very pleased with the service! The driver Mike was prompt and professional and knowledgeable and a really terrific guy as well! The price was very fair and ethical. Took an unfortunate situation and helped me out of it, and Mike’s personality and insistence on a fair price restored my faith in humanity! No complaints whatsoever!
My tech came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my trailer for me. I sat too long at my receiver and it caused things to freeze. He came out in a timely manner, very professional and gave me very clear instructions on what he was going to do. He explained clearly what he needed me to do. It didn’t take long at all and he fixed my trailer and I was able to make it back home today. Thank you so much for your fast and reliable service. You are appreciated and I hope if my company needs service again , you are the person they call.

My recent experience with Henry's Wrecker Service was disappointing and highlighted significant gaps in their business operations. It was clear that the employees lacked sufficient training to provide accurate information regarding the company's policies and procedures.
I would recommend anyone to carefully consider their options before engaging with this business.
To improve, I suggest the following to the owner of this business:
1. Update the posted hours of operation for towing services.
2. Invest in comprehensive employee training to ensure a higher standard of service and customer support.
As it stands, this experience has led me to question whether I would use their services again or support a business with such challenges in leadership and operations.
Arrived earlier than estimated and was quick to get the tire changed.
Used them last year and had the same high level of service. Will not hesitate to call in the future.
I was in a terrible situation with my car - dark, remote location and a flat tire. Road Runner responded quickly and changed the tire and got me back on the road feeling comfortable, safe and confident that I would be okay driving home. Excellent service and an awesome technician did the work fast and expertly.
Literally the most bogus towing company out there, they towed a rental I had to their lot overnight because I didn’t have a residence parking permit present in the windshield I’d be much more understanding if I was told you needed one, but I parked in the same spot with no issues the night before and there’s been plenty of occasions when friends, family or my girlfriend would spend the night and their cars would be completely untouched, they never had residence parking passes for as long as I’ve been living in my complex. I even went out to Seattle with some friends of mine earlier this year and one of them left their car parked near the exact same spot mine got towed from and his car sat there for a whole WEEK untouched when he got back, so I’m just confused if there’s a criteria that they go by that warrants towing, nobody could give me an answer, they’re just money hungry scammers
This company loves to tow for no reason. Had my sister in laws car towed because the parking pass dates was not visible. The parking pass was still good for another day, so we went to get it out and asked if we could dispute the tow if we were able to prove that the dates was still valid. We read the towing policy in the parking lot and nothing is mentioned about the placement of the parking pass, yet the clerk said it was a valid tow because they could not see the dates. Even though we were able to show her the dates of the parking pass. They will tow for any reason.
Henrys was extremely easy to communicate and work with to release my vehicle. The Tow Truck driver, Mark was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me locate and retrieve the car. This is a great business with great people doing a thankless job. I appreciated their help today.
They towed my car with a guest parking active since 3 days before. I called and they said that I didn’t none of those active. One of their drivers has told me that they take as many cars as they can for commission. Doesn’t matter if it’s active or not. Because of this illegal towing I have missed a day of work. The people at the office did not want to comply nor show me nor tell me why they towed my car. Unacceptable service. But everything bad service has its consequences. And this towing company is not an exception
Towed my car despite my sticker being clearly visible from the front windshield. Was hanging from the rear view mirror turned 45 degrees to the side and they did their best to take a picture at an angle that showed the back (and still showed half the numbers on the front). Lady at the desk was nice enough but called her manager and used them as an excuse as to why they're still charging me. I'll obviously be fighting it as it was still visible from the front windshield. The lady even admitted that they get paid on a commission based on how many cars the tow so they're absolutely encouraged to tow as many as they can while driving through lower income areas. I can't imagine how many people they've screwed over.
If I could give this company a negative score I would. They’re terrible. Horrible customer service like it’s trash. My car was towed from my registered parking spot and they told me it was taken because I didn’t have a parking pass. Literally no one in the parking lot has a pass but I toll use mine when I have visitors. I’ve been here for a while and that has never been an issue. Spoke to two different reps the first one had zero customer service etiquette. When I spoke to the Second Lady and asked her why they don’t consistently implement the policy I was given an excuse that they have too many properties to look after
Parked in the CVS lot on Arlington Rd. in Bethesda to fill a couple prescriptions. Afterwards I walked across the street to grab lunch. When I returned to my vehicle, a warning sticker had been placed on my driver-side window warning me that my vehicle would be towed if I park there again. Frustratingly, the sticker could not be easily removed. I spent several minutes trying to scrape off the sticker, only to make it worse. I was forced to drive with the unsafe sticker remnants on my window. Later I had to purchase a razor scraper to remove the rest of the sticker. After calling to speak with someone, and being hung up on, I filled out a contact form on their website to complain about the sticker, but no one responded. My car was vandalized, AND they have poor customer service.
