There are very few places you can trust out there and we are lucky to have East Wedt Motors in the area. They are car enthusiasts with a heart of gold. I had body work done after another auto body store damaged it while installing tires. They were truly kind and the service was Top Notch.
These guys are life savers. If you're in a situation where you don't want to run something through insurance -- because teenagers, (or, insurance doesn't want to pay because the car is over a certain age and is automatically "totaled") many times repair shops won't touch it. Or, they'll want to charge you and arm and a leg. Maybe even both arms.
Ron and his crew were more than willing to take a look, determine that the car was absolutely fixable and they'd take care of it. And they did - they ordered every part, tested it, and worked at it to make it right. This was not a quick fix, but Ron made sure the car was repaired, drove fine and even made sure it would pass inspection, just in case. Even did little things that I would have needed to do - oil change, wash the car, etc. - and I didn't even have to ask. He just took care of it.
When it came time to touch up the paint, there was a small section that needed it but had been like that for some time. We were out of budget for this fix and I told Ron as much as it'd be nice to touch up both spots, we have to just do the one - we have used up all budget we had determined we could spend to fix the car. He and his crew did it anyway - no charge.
The car is beautiful and once again a joy to drive and the repairs were very reasonably priced.
As others have noted - don't be put off by the area or the outside of the shop. It's even a little hard to find the office door. It is local, family run and they do a top-notch job. If you want free wi-fi, HD-TV, a laptop table, free refreshments, shuttle service and a couch -- this is not your place. If you want reputable service, honest answers and a realistic price tag, call Ron and family. They'll take care of you!
Amazing guys! If you have a JDM car, odds are they have the parts you're looking for. And they pull the parts for you, so you don't need to bring tools.
This place is a gem for all local guys with tuner cars (K/B/H/F series engines, 2JZ, AMG's, S2000s, Lexus IS/GS/SC, Subaru WRX/STi, etc.)!
Needed some parts for a car I had just acquired, the guys there were friendly they even found the parts that I needed in the right color. The prices were good, I would definitely recommend them.

Am average auto parts, you have to make more than one trip and sometimes it takes a long time to get some help or to get a decent price. You get more than one price from each individual
My ball joint had slipped out causing me to swerve and unable to drive it. I dropped it off at night and a day and halve later it was fixed. Great price and car feels good
We have known this business since 1987, three generations of our family. This is a great family business run with honesty and integrity. We've worked with two generations of their family. They do excellent work. If you're looking for "warm fuzzy" all the time go get a hug from your mommy. If you're looking for good work, come here!
Don’t be fooled by the location and appearance of this place. Nothing fancy, no lounge with free coffee and and snacks, no big screen to watch. If those things matter go to another shop.
If you want professional quality work/ repairs, down to earth vibes and a great value for the price then this is your place.
COVID made the whole process a little different. I bought my used engine off of eBay and had East West Motors do the installation swapping out my blown original 2013 Scion XB engine. The quality of the work was impressive....extra details of items being cleaned and painted was noticeable. The installation was super clean with new hoses and gaskets used everywhere. A detailed repair bill was also provided. Explanations were given to all work done. I was even able to get an upgraded clutch installed and transmission fluid changed at a way reasonable price.
My advice....don’t buy another new car...instead save your money. Find a quality shop like East West motors...pay reasonable prices....get great customer service....and be satisfied that your spending your hard earned money wisely.

Will not do business here! I was told a week ago that parts would be pulled and ready, for me to pick up. When talking to the Owner Roger, clearly expressed to me that he had bigger money deals he needed to take care of then to worry about my little business.
This is not good business! All I needed to know, is when he could have my parts pulled? But he clearly stated to me money is more important than his customers, so I will not do my business here anymore!!!
This ia a Family own and operated Shop. I purchased my first vehicle from here many many years ago with no issues.They are very reasonable and willing to work with you. I have had them work on my vehicles many times without any problems. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have to say this company went above and beyond my expectations!!!! The owner Ahmed, his son Ron and Sang were all very helpful in my tough situation. They helped me ship a part to Canada, where no other company in the US was willing to. And with no part available in Canada I was stuck in a bad situation. they lifted me out of that situation and for that I am grateful. They were very detail oriented, great prices for the part and shipping, took all the photos needed to send me to ensure the correct part was given. The used part is in great condition and was sent to my mechanic in a week's time to Ontario, thanks again for all of your help and I may need help again soon :) :)
Bought a Motor from the guys on eBay. Very nice and helpful. A+ in my book. Motor arrived just as described and still runs great. Thank for the wonderful experience.
Had my 2004 Civic repaired here after an accident. The quote I was given was more than reasonable compared to the dealership and other options nearby. They were quick and met the estimated date it would be finished perfectly. I am absolutely happy with the repairs as well as the body work.
This place is junkyard/auto body/and general garage. Jack of all trades and master of NONE! This place is horrible. If you need a part from their junkyard then ok. If you're going to get body work done with them then I would go else where. I took my car to get a body kit put on. I had them replace my factory front and rear bumper and add some side skirts that came with this kit.
1)I asked them if they are capable of installing an after market kit, they said they are. They are not.
2)The rear bumper is not installed correctly. They made no attempt to properly fit the rear bumper so now there is bumper sticking out of the sides, not properly aligned right with the rear fenders.
3)When they installed the front bumper, they took off the splash guards under my fenders and did not fasten them back on correctly. My splash guard ended up coming undone because of this and I was running over it as it dragged on the street.
4)They did not correctly install my headlights so now my low beams are high beams and my high beams are low beams.
5)They never bothered to get the muffler through the correct or appropriate spot on the rear bumper, instead they took of the bolts/brackets/and metal rods that hold the muffler in place, and tied it to the frame WITH A COAT HANGER! I found this out a week later while driving down the road and this horrid loud sound came from the muffler as it banged against the bottom of my car.
They are the worst.
