Yes my car was towed, and not damage how ever disappointment or frustration is where this experience has landed. Very unprofessional, paperwork is not legit. Staff is completely rude and Unprofessional. Lots of tow trucks in the area. Do yourself a favor and pick any other one, but this guy.
Baldwin Towing rescued me and my vintage Jeep off I95, in a construction zone, in the middle of Thanksgiving. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, professional owner/operator was efficient and arrived so quickly, saving me a more than two hour wait from another company assigned by my roadside assistance plan. Stellar experience, I highly recommend.
Warning uninsured tow driver ,Cracked my nephews first cars oil pan, admitted doing it.said he was gonna look at it and fix it blocked my brothers txt n calls on a fixed income on disability.now my family will take him to court cause he can't take responsibility for a simple mistake.dont use this guy travis.if u value your car.
Very bad experience, the owner himself picked up a vehicle my son bought an damaged the oil pan, admitted he did it, dropped it off an refused to help fix it after he said he would. We will pay the Xtra next time to make sure our vehicles get back safe an no damages. Def will not use him again, NOR will I recommend him to anyone.
My daughter's car broke down on the side of 22. BALDWINTowing offered to stop by free of charge to see if he could jump the battery. Turns out the car needed a new alternator. Instead of getting a tow with BALDWIN, we wait 15 hours for AAA. Baldwin offered to Tow it in 45 minutes. I wish we had gone with BALDWIN at first, but we will use them every time from now on. Great company to work with.
He came right out and towed us to a gas station told us what was wrong towed us to a shop and did not charge us a arm and a leg great service and very friendly

I gave him a call late one evening after a wreck I had been in and asked him to give me a tow over 100 miles and he was quickly willing to, the price he quoted me was more than I expected at first but after calling a few other places in the area I realized soon after that what he had quoted me was actually very fair compared to others so I called him back and he accepted to give me a tow. He got there in a reasonable time and even kept in touch updating me with his eta, which I appreciated tremendously because I’m a young woman in an unfamiliar area all alone dealing with this issue. He was entertaining during the 2hr drive, knowledgeable, very professional, and I truly could not have come across a better person to save the day. The customer service I received that day is hard to come across these days, but thank you for being you & for helping me out.

I was stuck on I95 in a very dangerous location. They answered the phone quickly, allowed me to get to safety and towed my car to my location at a very reasonable rate. Travis was very kind, understanding and checked for possible problems with the car. I would recommend everyone to use the services if they ever broke down in servicing area.

After breaking down at 4 am, Friday morning, day after Thanksgiving, Allstate Motor Club was unable to find a tow for us. We Googled BALDWINTowing24/7 and he was towing us within 15 minutes. He gave us reasonable pricing options to tow us to a local repair shop, to our favorite mechanic in PA and a price to our destination in NC. We opted to get towed to a local shop in MD. He availed himself if we needed him again if our vehicle couldn't get repaired. We ended up spending the night in MD while our car was being repaired and Travis continued to communicate with us until we were on the road the next day! He kept us calm; gave us wise counsel & and was a friend to us when we needed one. He even explained the process for us to be reimbursed by the insurance company. My AWD SUV wouldn't start so I needed someone to tow it to the garage for repairs. After looking around on Google, I decided to try this place out based on the good reviews it had. I am so glad I took the chance on this new-ish business as Travis is the best and really understands good customer service and is so personable! He came out right away, answered all my questions, charged a fair price (hint: use cash to get the best price), explained how he was hooking everything up which was super cool, and promptly delivered my vehicle unharmed to the garage. I am saving his number in my phone for future use. A+!
My roadside assistance totally hung me out to dry, called a bunch of other companies on my own and they were no help. Dude came right out and towed me 40 miles. Was super helpful, and made sure everything was good to go when he left.

Cannot say enough about this company... I was stuck in Maryland in the middle of night. AAA could not find anyone to come out to change my tire, my jack was broke. Started looking for tow company's on my own. Meanwhile it's been 3 hers plus. Called a few towing company's, outrages prices. Called Baldwin towing. Wow! I looked up a towing company and Travis had a 5 star and great reviews. So I called just to have someone on back up incase I needed to tow my car to the shop if I can't fix it where it died . Travis was professional and kind. The best feeling I got was that he genuinely cared about me getting my car where I needed it to be. He will stay as a contact in my phone for future reference.
