If I could give 0 stars, I would. Owner Keondre Boykin is very rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional. His tow truck smells of marijuana. He work under the influence of drugs. Has a very aggressive demeanor and threatened to become physical with me. I had to call the police on him at his lot addressed at 2014 Orems Road. He also posted my vehicle and home on social media. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Take your money elsewhere!!
Terrible sold my elderly mom a Van with doors falling off , van smoking Shitty service no refund for poor sales man job waited 12 hrs for a 1hr 40 minute delivery claimed to have done everything to the van no wash like stated Scammed an elderly lady out of her money just to make a quick buck don’t do any business with these people now I give 5 stars to that
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this towing company and would strongly urge others to avoid using their services.
When my car broke down on the side of the highway, I called this company and was given an estimated arrival time of 25 minutes. After receiving that estimate, I immediately sent them the money and provided my current address and where I needed it to be towed to. After waiting 30 minutes, I called back for an update and was then told that I had not informed them how far the vehicle needed to be towed, and that I needed to send an additional $80. At that point, I had sent them a total of $305.
Because I was already running late to work, I asked for a new ETA after sending the additional payment. Once again, I was told 25 minutes. After another 30 minutes, I called back and they stopped answering. I called multiple times with no response. Several of my friends and family members also tried contacting them, and still no one answered.
Over the course of 6 hours, after nearly 40 phone calls, I received no confirmation, no communication, and no updates whatsoever. I was ultimately forced to contact the non-emergency highway police, who had to call the company themselves. Only after law enforcement got involved did I finally receive word that they were supposedly “on their way.” After 6 hours from initially contacting the company did they fulfill the service. Their reason was that they "forgot" to dispatch a tow truck. They never offered any sort of compensation.
This company is highly unprofessional, unreliable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable in the way they treat customers. The repeated delays, lack of communication, changing prices, and refusal to answer the phone made this experience feel dishonest and borderline fraudulent.
I would not recommend this business to anyone. If you need help on the side of the road, the last thing you need is a company that wastes your time, ignores your calls, and continues demanding more money while failing to provide the service they promised.
The other day, I had accidently locked my keys inside my car at a gas station and 3k recovery towing services was on the scene, and saved the day. I would have had to wait 2 hrs for a local locksmith to come through, so super appreciative to the man tht helped me out-god bless!! Great service.
SAVED THE DAY‼️. I've had to call several times for last minute tows/wenches, this team ALWAYS shows up fast, and gets the job done at the cheapest rates❗️. We have definitely found a new towing team with 3K
The only towing company that picked up the phone when my car unexpectedly stalled leaving me in the middle of the road until I pushed it enough for people to pass and then a friendly local mechanic helped me push it off the meridian.
Friendly, quick, good communication, and he went above and beyond. It would have been a cold and long night without this local company.
Great experience and excellent customer service. Keondre was on top of it, extremely responsive, texting me updates every step of the way and even took pictures of the damage to the car.
Keondre is a top notch guy! If you need his service dont hesitate. He went above and beyond to help me and my family while we were in a vulnerable situation ( stuck on I95).Very reasonable price, took his time with us , he even stayed after he had our truck hooked up and ready to move, to ensure the second party showed up to get our 5th wheel camper. He even took the truck to the dealer and put the keys in the drop box for me and sent photos ensuring me he had delivered the truck. I feel it's a real shame he doesn't have more reviews. I also belive all of the positive reviews I've read about this company. Thanks again Keondre!

This is the only company I trust with my vehicle I have been going here for about a year now. Great service and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He is very punctual with time and great with calling when he is on his way to you and dropped your vehicle off. The only company I would highly recommend.
There was a purchase made for a car the owner of Timeout Recovery LLC had. This car was advertised by his business. I paid for the deposit and then the car in full at his request. There was a date given to me by the owner of the company and the car was never delivered. This company has stolen my money and has not returned any phone calls or messages regarding my concern.
Timeout Recovery LLC, is bee unprofessional and committing theft.
