Exceptional Service ! I trust them to give Honest assessments and fair prices ! I had an ABS light on for quite some time, when he replaced the wheel bearing on the back drivers side, it no longer has a slight pull to one side and it feels as if it is no longer Dragging butt.
I will trust them for all my repairs !
Jim and his crew are awesome. Car wasn’t scheduled to be looked at till Friday I dropped it off on a Wednesday and he looked at it on Thursday called me with the estimate and I told him to proceed with repairs and they were done that evening and it didn’t cost a bunch like another shop said it needed all kinds of stuff and were charging a lot more.
Jim has my business for life. He's an honest mechanic (who knew such a thing even existed???), incredibly fairly priced, and explained things in simple English. Made an appointment, he took my car in right then, and as promised, it was done in about an hour. And, there's a nice waiting area with a charging station. And a 75" TV. What more could anyone ask for?!?
The work we had done on our vehicle was A+. Dublin Service center is very knowledgeable. The owner Jim Little, explains to someone that doesn’t know anything about cars is very understandable. They are patient and take their time. The lobby is so cozy and the work is just impeccable. Would vote 6stars if I could. You are very fortunate if you can get an appointment with them. Keep up the good work Dublin Service Center.
Very honest place of business. We have had multiple trucks serviced here over the last few years and always leave knowing I don’t have to worry about anything!
We switched mechanics when we moved and we couldn’t be happier! The owners are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure great customer service, along with affordable prices! If anyone, family to friends, has an issue with their vehicle, I send them straight here! Even the waiting room is clean, and we all know how hard that is to find at a mechanics (they even have toys for my little guy to play with!). We are most certainly lifelong customers.

1st experience with this facility and under less than desirable circumstances. My son was traveling from Home in PA back to college in MD during a rain storm and his vehicle broke down just outside of Jarretsville. Had to tow the vehicle to Dublin Service Center based on recommendation by towing facility (I will be writing a good review for them too!). Was pleasantly surprised at the communication, response time, and the promptness to resolution! Now the best reviews, in my opinion, are the one's where things don't go according to plan but the customer is still a happy camper. This is the case here. I was told the vehicle was finished so my son got a ride from college (1hr+ away) to the shop. Initially all was OK but when he got about 3 miles away the vehicle was clearly not working properly; he was able to get it back to the lot without towing. At no fault of the shop, the new spark plug harness they just installed was defective (shorted on cylinder 3). They replaced it with a new harness the next morning and drove the vehicle several times for about 20 miles to make sure it was OK this time. As frustrating as this was, what was more important is how Jim communicated and addressed the issue. The best measure is how things are handled when things go wrong; I certainly have no complaints (only compliments) with how Jim handled things. The last point I will make is that I was from out of state and unfamiliar with the territory. I was in an ideal situation for someone to have taken advantage of me financially or otherwise. Fortunately I lucked out finding George's Towing and Dublin Service Center to help me out when I needed it! Great response, good work, and at a fair price! Thank you guys! Though you are too far for me to be a regular customer, I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone that asks. I hope this review helps you prosper!

Hi this is charmaine i love love love this place. Not only are the prices for the working middle class people. But they always get you in and when they give you a day to bring your car in you will never hear sorry couldn't get to it. And most of all the customer service R O C K S. i FEEL THEY ARE LIKE PERSONAL FRIENDS PLEASE Never change it took me 40 years of driving to find a place i can trust
Traveling from PA to MD and knew something was wrong with my car. Looked for car repair near me and saw the reviews. I stopped by to see if they could help and they immediately diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and took care of the problem. Traveling by myself and not sure what would have happened I was so thankful for their help!!! And, as I had to spend some time in their waiting room I got to know some local clients who all spoke so highly of the exceptional service and value of their work.

To state that Dublin Service Center is professional at what they do is a disservice to them. They were recommended to me by another mechanic in regards to damage done to my wheel due to avoiding a deer and snagging the wheel on root. My car drives brand new! As if I just drove it off the lot from the dealership. Now my insurance company and agent dropped the ball several times on their end, yet this company remained professional and patient. I will forever recommend this service center to anyone who needs work done on their car.

Professional and very nice. I didn't have an appointment but they still ended up squeezing me in and helping me when my tire blew out and I happened to be in front of them. They also gave me a great price for new rim and tire replacement. Smooth process and clean waiting room. I would recommend.

They squeezed me in, didn't have an appointment. Wait time for the repair to a tire was less than 15 minutes. Friendly staff and very fair pricing. Always good to support local worthy businesses.
Couldn’t ask for better service called up last min they got me in rite away had to have two tires swapped positions and balance all riding smooth as a Cadillac now! Highly recommended this family owned business need to support the smaller business!

We did not end up getting our car worked on here but Jim the owner was super friendly and helpful in taking care of our broken down car on our road trip north. He actually let us park it at his place for a couple days while we figured out what to do with our dead car. I’m sure everyone in the shop are great and very capable mechanics. Where do I begin. My mother brought in her pickup to have 3 repairs done. They quoted her a price. They had her truck almost two weeks. Claiming they had problems with the job. They replaced her fuel lines, but not very well. They tried to cover up what they did by putting a rubber hose over the lines. The worse part is I supplied brand new lines. They didn't use them. They used or tried to reuse the old lines. Truck leaks gas and is dangerous to drive. They charged my mother almost $900. Now I have to have the other two issue's fixed. Plus pay to have job done again. We paid to have a job done wrong. It won't happen again. As we will not return again.
I stopped by here after being pretty much turned away from another place that had booked me to see what they could do for me. Not only did they fit me into their schedule, but they did the job the way that I would had done it! I couldn't have asked or wanted better service than what I received today from Dublin Service Center. Great shop, great owners, and just good people. I will be back here as it's definitely rough to find a good auto shop in the area!
