for the most part, everything went well. once we got past the issue with the warranty details. the guys in finance were great to deal with. only other thing, and not a huge deal, was that my sales rep kept trying to push for doing a remote contract even after being advised that we would not do that. but, overall this is our 4th or 5th vehicle purchased from Jones and we will certainly continue to buy from Jones.

Tried to get a new set of tires on my Jeep that I bought from this dealership. Booked my appointment last week. When I arrived, Ethan Baynes forgot to put me in the system. Told me no problem they could still get my tires on and to leave my jeep. After an hour, Ethan called back and said they don't have my tires and it would take an extra day. Agreed to let them keep the jeep for one more day. No word from them. Called back and said they still don't have the tires. Just told them i will pick my jeep up. This will be my last interaction with this company. Bought my Jeep from this dealership but they have terrible customer service. The only thing they are consistent about is harrassing me about trading in my vehicle for a new one. DO NOT HAVE ANY SERVICES DONE HERE.

I placed my order in April, but due to Ram not moving that fast and model year change, things took longer than anticipated. But, Rich was amazing at letting me know the current stage, giving me updates, and keeping me calm. He was great to deal with, even though he/Jones didn’t cause this delay. I give him a rating of 100!
Came down here from Delaware! HUGE shout out to Rich!! I was wandering around looking at the cars and he was already outside and paused to help me. When I told him I received something in the mail from them, he went out of his way to make sure I wasn't already assigned to another salesman. Amazing ethic and great personality. Chris finished up our paperwork and even did a second look over it while we switched everything over to my new car. Even though I live an hour and 20 minutes away I will continuously be coming down to Jones due to the high standards that these men set upon meeting them. Wonderful people!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Brought the truck in because it said it needed the def system serviced and was just lied to me multiple times saying my vehicle needed a bunch of things done to it that have been done within the past two months.THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE DEF SYSTEM!

Nice experience with Jones. They've added things I've never seen to their lineup that help with convenience, like at-home test drive. I was able to do my test drive right from my house and that was big, as that all I needed to decide on that vehicle. Rich Schinnick brought the vehicle on a Monday evening, and based on the vehicle info. I had gathered, he became my salesman the next day when I made an offer to him, by email. It was fairly easy, because the pricing and incentives in-place, and I got a call from Dan Alban, Sales Manager, accepting the offer(minus one incentive I couldn't receive). The sales process was easy and they were upfront about the lowest finance rate they could get and it not being competitive with what I had. They were not high-pressure about additional items. Rich has since been very helpful in follow-up on a couple of items and Dan has been supportive of Rich and me in getting things done for my vehicle. Good experence...would do it again.

Highly recommend Jones for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Salesman (Josh Sellers) was extremely helpful with the trade in process of my existing vehicle and the purchase of my new vehicle. No pushy Salesman nonsense and straight to the point. Sales team overall got me the best price for my trade in and best price for the new vehicle purchase. Finance department was excellent in finding me the best financing rates available and did not push anything else to add to my payment. Seamless process in the purchase of my new vehicle, and I left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

The service they both provided made the stress of purchasing a new truck non existent. John was patient and through our small time together managed to find the perfect truck that matched me and my style. I had been looking to trade my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for about 6 months. I had test driven over a dozen different vehicles.. nothing seemed right until I found a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk..Hydro Blue at Jones Junction. Destiny helped me with the test drive and David Sharp worked an incredible deal for me. Everything was smooth. Everyone was very professional and they've helped me with a couple of small items since.. Ethen at service is very helpful and Destiny is very responsive and always helpful. The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, and informative without any pressure. My sales consultant, Mario, was absolutely a pleasure. We had an appointment and he made sure the vehicle was clean and ready for me upon my arrival at the dealership. Everything flowed very smoothly from the start. The next person I met was Deb, the client relations manager. Again, she was informative and professional and easy to work with. Finally, I worked with the sales manager, Chris, on closing the deal and finalizing paperwork. He did a great job of explaining everything very clearly. The entire experience was great. I felt like everyone valued my time and ensured that things flowed efficiently.
FYI - Bought a Nissan from Jones about 12 years ago and was a great experience. Then my dad brought a Genesis from them about a year ago. These past experiences brought me to Jones to make my purchase.
I loathe car shopping and the slimy tactics of the usual “car sales person” but I can assure you that did not happen here. Every person we dealt with was amazing and no pressure. Mario was an absolute great guy to work with, so easy and friendly with no BS. Very happy we drove from PA and I purchased my second Wrangler from here and will highly recommend to anyone that asks.

Jones serviced my Durango for the last two years and when looking for a new car I decided they would be the best dealer to purchase with. As expected the customer service was beyond reproach. Mario is excellent. He didn't make me feel pressured into making a purchase and ultimately help me purchase a great vehicle. The finance manager Chris was also exceptional to work with. He explained all of the costs and options available to me and allowed me to feel comfortable with my purchase.
