Great experience at Jones Junction. Beyond the customer service, they have a huge selection of Jeeps (used Grand Cherokee L was what I got) with amazing features so it makes it hard to walk away knowing you likely won’t find cars with that many features plus low mileage. Athena was the one who helped me out and she was very outgoing without being pushy so if you can find her please go grab her. Ultimately a good experience, would definitely recommend

Great experience! My salesman Eric was extremely knowledgeable on the Ram RHO and kept me posted on inventory till I was able to purchase the exact truck I wanted. When it was time to make the deal him and the Sales manager Greg made it happen. I know I wasn’t easy but they took the initiative to reach out and come up with a deal that made us all happy. This was my second truck I purchased from Jones and I will most definitely be going there for my next one.

Josh Feller and Chris Gill made the car buying experience go as smoothly as it could have after I tried several places in Virginia. If you're in the market for a Dodge or a Jeep, go see them! I don't think it is possible to leave a dealership happier than I did last weekend. Last weekend we decided to stop by and see what options they had for turning in my Rav 4. Ken was very quick to help us and never missed a beat when it came to checking all of the boxes we needed. After all of my questions, my persistent requests, and my need for weather tech matts, he was able to make it happen! I also wanted to give Chris a huge shout out for making the financial portion quick and simple so we could get our little ones home! Overall and amazing experience and even better deals!!

Wish I can give a 0. The sales person was great! Now the financial person Darlington, lies to get you to buy a car warranty. Tells you one thing and puts another in paper. I brought a car 1/2/26 and I was calling in the office 1/3/26 and was never able to get anyone on the phone, I left several voicemail no one call back into 1/16/26 and when I did get someone she was just rude and obnoxious. Then I was able to speak to a manager the was trying to resolve my issues. But Darlington is a liar, gave me a flash drive that didn't work and lie to me about how many miles my warranty cover, he play me like a kid more than 30,000 miles difference. it's terrible to lie to costumers just to have them to buy stuff. Tell me the truth and I'll decide if I want it or not. Not picking up the call or listing to voicemail he know exactly what they doing to let time pass and Then your stock with the problem. I will not recommend anyone to buy a car here and if you do ask for paperwork print out not no flash drive. It took them 14 days to send me my paperwork so I verify what I sign and at the end it was not what I was told. I'm mad and sad at the same time the you can't trust anyone even when your doing the favor to go buy at there store. Horrible and disappointing. Darlington told me one thing about the warranty and then put something Else on paperwork and had the audacity to tell me he didn't. They on to trick you. Save your money and a headache and go somewhere else.

We had an appt to buy a Tesla the next morning. Get there and our salesperson Justin was great. The issue I have is the person making the appt should have known to get the car ready. The charge was at 30 miles, when I left even though Justin plugged it in right away it was on 45 miles. They should have charged over night knowing their charger is slow so it had a full charge. I know being a used vehicle that I don’t get everything with it, but Justin found a charger for me the only problem when I got home it needed an adapter for the plug which nobody had in stock. Regardless to say I had to go to a WaWa at 3 in the morning to charge it so I could be on time to work. While Justin was a rockstar the dealership itself was not. It may just be me but if I was a used car manager I would have probably purchased a home charger for this vehicle so it has everything it needs for the customer.

This is my second vehicle purchase from Jones. The website allows you to thoroughly research the vehicles and prepare for your test drive. There is no pressure to look at something outside your price range. My salespeople have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to deal with. Finance is helpful by making sure you get the best interest rate from the lenders they work with. I also appreciate that you have a choice of paper copies or a flash drive. Service has been great, the waiting areas are pleasant with coffee and snacks available, the shuttle has a wide distance for drop off and pickup, and loaner cars are available from Jones as well. Jones had my highest recommendation!

Been a customer since 2022. Valerie was the first lady my wife and I met late that evening when we were in need of a truck to pull our 40 ft travel trailer. We found the only truck that would work for us, she was able to get the deal completed that evening along with Chris we drove the truck off the lot about 10pm and were able to go on our trip the next day. We have purchased 2 other vehicles since then with the help from Valerie and Chris. The latest purchase was a Ram 3500 Laramie dually to pull our new 45 foot fifth wheel travel trailer on12/23/25 . By far this dealership is the best around, they take care of their customers.

We cannot say enough good things about John at Jones Dodge. Even though we ultimately purchased our Kia from another Jones family dealership, John went above and beyond to help us through an incredibly stressful and complicated situation.
We were dealing with a totaled vehicle, insurance issues, loan differences, and tight timing — and John never once made us feel like a burden or rushed us. He took the time to explain everything, answer every question, and guide us honestly through our options, even when it wasn’t the easiest path.
What really stood out was that John helped us because he genuinely cared, not because he had to. That level of integrity and support is rare in the car world. He treated us like family and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.

I have bought my last three vehicles through Jones and every time they never disappoint. Two out of those three my salesman was John Ferraiuolo and he is probably the best I have ever dealt with in all of my car buying history. I personally request him whenever it's time for an upgrade. He listens, he makes you feel comfortable like he cares and he does everything he can to try to ensure you leave happy. When the time comes for the next purchase I will be going back to him as I have in the past.

Despite some hiccups outside of their control, my salesman Josh Feller was very friendly and personable. A simple "just a test drive - not buying today" visit turned into him answering many questions about how car sales work. Then I came back 2 months later and he worked hard to get me to "happy" by finding a Gladiator out of state that had every "not average" option I wanted. Not just "good enough to close the deal". Between me and my wife we have over 30 years and 6 cars of Jones experience. Her parents have probably double that. Subaru Service and body shop have taken great care of our cars, and I expect the Jeep service to be just as good. The "Jones For Life" oil changes and engine coverage can't be beat. I highly recommend them.

My car-buying journey didn’t start with a 10/10—it started closer to a 2. I originally went to Jones Junction Kia because I was interested in a Sportage or Telluride, and eventually a Sorento. Briana, the online sales rep, was kind and sweet, but I felt misinformed from the beginning. I thought I would be meeting with her when I arrived, but instead I was handed off to Jericho. I explained what I was looking for, he listened, we test-drove the vehicle, and I genuinely really liked the 2025 Kia Sorento.
Unfortunately, things went downhill when it came to the financing process. Unlike Jones Junction Jeep—who later sat down with me and clearly broke down financing options for both the Grand and the Compass—Kia didn’t bother to communicate with me directly. Instead, my financial situation was discussed publicly on the showroom floor, and younger members of their staff openly judged me. My credit wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t perfect, and being judged out loud in front of others was humiliating and made me want to leave.
I called a friend for advice after hearing the comments being made about me, and he recommended Jones Junction Jeep—and Gary, the sales manager, specifically. I called Gary, explained the situation, and within minutes he helped get me out of Kia. This was after I had asked the Kia staff for my keys and they were essentially holding them hostage. I left Kia feeling disappointed and discouraged.
But everything changed the moment I walked into Jones Junction Jeep. My experience transformed into the best I’ve ever had—especially as a first-time car buyer on my own. I had specific requirements, and both Gary and Valerie went above and beyond to meet every single one. When I arrived, they sat down with me, asked exactly what I wanted, and even supported me when I started second-guessing my decisions.
I received 10 out of 10 service from start to finish. From financing all the way to test-driving, Val and Gary were phenomenal—they truly went the extra mile to find me the right car and the right deal. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly understanding and accommodating, and I have nothing but positive things to say.
After having my car for three days, a couple of lights came on unexpectedly. I called to share my concerns, and they took care of it immediately. Tony in service was great, and the gentleman who got me into a rental car within ten minutes was amazing as well.
I am now super happy with my purchase of a 2025 Jeep Compass, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at Jones Junction Jeep for turning a stressful situation into an outstanding experience.Nov 20, 2025 -
Trai was awesome to work with. I bought a used vehicle and noticed the tire had a damaged sidewall. Jones replaced the tire and I’m happy with my purchase. Minus one star because I was able to find better financing options outside of whatever banks Jones uses but still happy with my experience.

for the most part, everything went well. once we got past the issue with the warranty details. the guys in finance were great to deal with. only other thing, and not a huge deal, was that my sales rep kept trying to push for doing a remote contract even after being advised that we would not do that. but, overall this is our 4th or 5th vehicle purchased from Jones and we will certainly continue to buy from Jones.

I placed my order in April, but due to Ram not moving that fast and model year change, things took longer than anticipated. But, Rich was amazing at letting me know the current stage, giving me updates, and keeping me calm. He was great to deal with, even though he/Jones didn’t cause this delay. Highly recommend Jones for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Salesman (Josh Sellers) was extremely helpful with the trade in process of my existing vehicle and the purchase of my new vehicle. No pushy Salesman nonsense and straight to the point. Sales team overall got me the best price for my trade in and best price for the new vehicle purchase. Finance department was excellent in finding me the best financing rates available and did not push anything else to add to my payment. Seamless process in the purchase of my new vehicle, and I left feeling very satisfied. Highly recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I had been looking to trade my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk for about 6 months. I had test driven over a dozen different vehicles.. nothing seemed right until I found a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk..Hydro Blue at Jones Junction. Destiny helped me with the test drive and David Sharp worked an incredible deal for me. Everything was smooth. Everyone was very professional and they've helped me with a couple of small items since.. Ethen at service is very helpful and Destiny is very responsive and always helpful. We were looking for my son's first vehicle and felt we were treated very fair and not taken advantage of. Ben, who helped us was very professional and couldn't have been any nicer. There were many selections in our price range and we're happy with the final cost. We found some minor damage and it was repaired before we picked the vehicle up.
