I love Jones used cars customer service. Elizabeth and Luis are extremely helpful and kind. I traded in my Corolla for a new Highlander . I was not planing to but I went to see Elizabeth because I was having a situation at service with my appointment, Liz called the manager at service and he was very professional and took immediate care of us . He is very sweet. I brought 2 cars for free oil changes and the lady took one car in (my husband car) and told me , my car was late for the appointment. We had 2 appointments . I was very upset and went to see nice and helpful people like the ones at Toyota used and ended up buying a Highlander while speaking with Elizabeth . They did my oil change so my car is up to the date for the next owner . A 22 Corolla . Thank you Liz , Luis and the manager at service . You deserve a 10 star review.
So tired of dealing with this place. Two months go by and still don't have my tags or my second key that comes with buying a Toyota certified pre owned. Nobody gets back to you or has any idea of what is going on. Temp tags are expired now. No effort on the part of anyone to make anything right. Would suggest buying elsewhere.

It took a long time at car dealership. The truck should hav been detailed before customer gets to look at it. The financing was not very fast waited a long time to be seen by finance guy. Then was waiting another 45 minutes to get truck cleaned. 4 hour for prosses is to long.
Had a great experience with Jackie Coco Jr! I took about a week to shop around and do some research and I never felt like the process was pushy or demanding. They worked with me on my trade and got me into my first ever Tesla!
Was undecided whether this would be 1 star or 2 stars. Came in today with
my son to perhaps purchase a specific certified Genesis that he had selected online. He had a trade-in worth about half of the new car price. After agreeing on the total cost of the transaction, having a paid trade in( again worth half of the price of the new car), and good credit, we waited almost 2 hours just to get to the finance department with no other customers purchasing at the time.
Not an experience that I would recommend to family or friends.
I had a wonderful experience at Jones. I was recommended Jones by my cousin after looking at places in the city and I’m incredibly glad I bought a car from Jones. Chris Dona helped me out today and really was amazing. He helped me find and test drive multiple cars and was with me every step of the way through the process! Thanks to Chris and Luis I took home a wonderful new Subaru.
We were so impressed with Jones Used Cars. We found a great car for a reasonable price on their website and thankfully Jones has their cars on their lots so we could see it immediately. We worked with Jack Coco who was patient and didn't push anything we weren't interested in. We have been to several other dealerships and this was by far the best experience we had.
Jack Coco was fantastic to work with! Had the pickup I called about ready and waiting for my test drive when I arrived. He made the paperwork and financing process SUPER easy. I'll be taking my girlfriend back there for her next car!
The most unprofessional dealership I have ever experienced purchasing vehicles in 3 states.
The 155 point inspection is false. The steering column on my new truck needed to be replaced immediately after the test drive. That took 5 days. Picked up the truck, AC out of the front vents did not work. So now it’s back in the shop for another 4 days to get it diagnosed and repaired. How could a 155 point inspection not expose these VERY visible flaws with the vehicle? And why would they put it in the lot regardless with a BROKEN steering column. It is extremely unprofessional and sleezy. Do not trust Jones Junction. I went to them as I see so many ads and vehicles advertising them and most of the reviews are great. Do not trust them.
EDIT: when I got my rental/loaner car I noticed one of the tires was at 26psi. A little low in my limited vehicle knowledge, so I took it and filled it to what was specified via the manufacturer. Drove it straight home and didn’t drive it for around 24 hrs. The next time I hopped in the car, I got a low tire pressure warning and my tire was at 6psi. Keep in mind this was at around 8pm. I went to the gas station to fill up the air, filled it up higher than usual, around 38psi so that I could safely get to my destination (Columbia, MD). In doing so, I made it roughly 1.5 miles back to the dealership where the tire was at 33psi. I decided to just turn it in and get a ride. I no longer wanted to deal with the continuing issues.
There is absolutely no way that this leak was NOT known about before it was given to a customer. I am unsure what else to say about Jones besides, do not fall for their trap.

I left the vehicle so they can fix scratches, install a tow hitch and apply undercoat. I was in no rush to get it back. When I picked it up not all scratches were repaired. I had enough gas to barely make it home. I expected to floor mats but I didn’t get any.
Maybe if I got a great deal I could have overlooked some issues.

Holly was terrific when I was looking for a car I really put this lady through the ringer. Wavering between purchasing a new car or used car. She was very kind patient and receptive. She returned messages quickly. I finally decided on a new base suburu forester they even added a remote starter for me. Holly drove an hour to bring me my new car and drive back my old car. Bought my first car with Jones on Friday night. I had worked so hard on my credit as a mom of 4 who left a previous marriage with horrible credit. This is something I had been working on as a goal for years. Luke was my salesman and he was phenomenal with me! He had such patience and never haggled me or bombarded me with emails or phone calls. He was quite literally a pleasure to deal with and very understanding of my situation. I asked if he could find any of the 5 cars I was interested in to test drive & if he could find them in my budget. I figured he would do his best and find 1 or 2… not my man Luke, He found me one of everything. Luke went above and beyond and I cannot recommend him ENOUGH! Luis the financial representative was also AMAZING at going over things even 3/4 times explaining to me what each thing was. He was so patient and pleasant with me. Everyone we dealt with in their building was so kind to us and helpful but these 2 men are my dream team and I look forward to one day working with them again! I will be back, I will recommend them and I encourage you if your in the market for a used car to stop over and give my dream team a try I promise you won’t be disappointed and they will go above and beyond to try and help you as best they can as well!
