Everyone one I worked with explained everything especially Luis (all numbers) in detail no hidden fees no trying to pull the curtain over my eyes. Super fair prices as well. An absolute joke. I cannot believe I just received a phone call asking for $1,000 down and $750/month for a 2022 Jeep Compass. And now I’m stuck with a major hit on my credit score from someone who promised me he would “take care of me.” Never again.

To make it even worse, he knew my situation. I was upfront from the start: I’m paying $400 a week for a rental, my credit score is low because of my ex, but I have high income. Instead of helping, he tried to talk me into accepting that outrageous offer and even discouraged me from going to another dealership. Unethical, predatory, and completely inhumane.
I’ll stick with Carvana. Better down payment, better monthly payment, and the car gets delivered to my home. If I have to hustle for the next few months, so be it — but I will never let something like this happen to me again. I had a bad feeling about letting him run my credit, and I should’ve trusted my instincts.

He is very sweet. I brought 2 cars for free oil changes and the lady took one car in (my husband car) and told me , my car was late for the appointment. We had 2 appointments . Was undecided whether this would be 1 star or 2 stars. Came in today with my son to perhaps purchase a specific certified Genesis that he had selected online. He had a trade-in worth about half of the new car price. After agreeing on the total cost of the transaction, having a paid trade in( again worth half of the price of the new car), and good credit, we waited almost 2 hours just to get to the finance department with no other customers purchasing at the time. Not an experience that I would recommend to family or friends.

Bought my first car with Jones on Friday night. I had worked so hard on my credit as a mom of 4 who left a previous marriage with horrible credit. This is something I had been working on as a goal for years. Luke was my salesman and he was phenomenal with me! He had such patience and never haggled me or bombarded me with emails or phone calls. He was quite literally a pleasure to deal with and very understanding of my situation. I asked if he could find any of the 5 cars I was interested in to test drive & if he could find them in my budget. I figured he would do his best and find 1 or 2… not my man Luke, He found me one of everything. Luke went above and beyond and I cannot recommend him ENOUGH! Luis the financial representative was also AMAZING at going over things even 3/4 times explaining to me what each thing was. He was so patient and pleasant with me. Everyone we dealt with in their building was so kind to us and helpful but these 2 men are my dream team and I look forward to one day working with them again! I will be back, I will recommend them and I encourage you if your in the market for a used car to stop over and give my dream team a try I promise you won’t be disappointed and they will go above and beyond to try and help you as best they can as well! Recently was an accident and it resulted in my car being totaled, so I went to Jones hoping they’d have something. First day there Isaiah introduced himself and helped me through finding the perfect car that worked financially and to my liking. I had an amazing experience at Jones! I worked with Nick Zito and he was delightful. Nick made sure we knew we weren’t in a rush and could take all the time we needed to pick our perfect car. After closing, several of the staff members I spoke to on the phone came by to congratulate me! The customer service was great.
