I had a fantastic experience at Superior Motor Company! I was looking for a hybrid Jeep and visited a few dealerships before I went to Superior Motor Company. I was greeted by Liz who was very friendly, and the whole vibe of the place felt so much nicer than all the other dealerships. I didn't feel any pressure and Liz was able to answer all my questions during our test drive. The car was perfect and the price was fair so I decided to go for it! Tim and Liz made the buying process so easy. They gave me a good price on the trade in and the process so much quicker than any other experience I'd had in the past. When I got home, I noticed the charger was missing from the Jeep, so I called Liz to see if it was still at the dealership. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, but they immediately ordered a new one for me. I felt very looked after throughout and after the sale. I'm loving my Jeep and would defiantly use Superior Motor Company again next time I need a new car!

I took my niece to Superior Motor Company dealership in Bel Air/ Fallston Maryland on Friday to buy a car and I want to share our experience. Chip, our salesperson, has been in the business for many years, and it really shows. He was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about the cars, but also about the whole process, from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly and was very helpful in answering all our questions. The car lot had a great selection of newer model cars, including Toyotas, Audi, BMW Volkswagen, and SUVs. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Chip also went out of his way to help her explore financing options and made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Tim was more than helpful. He went to another of his dealerships to bring back the truck I wanted to see. So nice! And Liz was one of the nicest employees out there anywhere. Went to get an offer on my car and it went good. I went to another dealer and they gave me a better offer. I messaged Franck and told him I got a better offer somewhere else and that I would like the $500 guaranteed better offer from superior. He said to give him a few minutes and he will get back to me when he gets a response. That was 2.5 weeks ago. Since then I have been calling and Franck has been telling me the finance department needs to give him the final number and Jose is telling me he needs to speak to the owner of the dealership but every time I call Jose he puts me on hold and “calls” the owner but the owner either doesn’t answer or says he’ll call him back. Edit: After calling today I finally got an answer that they are not interested in buying the car. So the $500 guarantee isn’t really a guarantee.

First of all, Tim was a super nice salesman. I do like my car but... On April 2nd I purchased a used Mercedes C300. The sticker price was 23,000. I got $4000 for my trade-in and put a $5000 downpayment. ($9000). It took over a week to see my loan appear. When I got my loan, it said the total car price was $32,000 and I still owed $23,000. This did not add up as I already put $9000 into it. After searching through confusing documents (100 pages at least). I saw that they added a $4500 extended warranty to my car. I would NEVER purchase an extended warranty. This cost/warranty was never discussed at signing. The manager, Jose, "explained" each paper to me as I signed each one (after being at the dealership for like 4-5 hrs already) and did not mention this extra charge. Once I found it, I asked for my money back. He said I could get it but it would be "pro-rated". Since then, I've been calling accounting and Jose daily. They have done nothing to reverse the charge. I'm afraid they're just going to keep pushing it until my first payment is due/until the "pro-rated" amount is less than $4500 or not give me my money back period. Additionally, my new car says it's overdue for it's A service which they assured me had been done but the electronics weren't reset. They said they could reset them but this never happened either. For all I know, I could be driving around needing an oil change and not know it. Going to have to ask the MB dealership what to do. Finally, I was given one key and promised 2. They said I could come pick it up a few days after my purchase. About 2 weeks of asking about the key later, they said they could not provide one. I love the car (so far- fingers crossed) but $4500 for something I did not knowingly agree to + interest is definitely enough to buy a whole different car! I am so scared I will not get my money back.
