You can imagine what these people at this place did to me. Mr. Douglas and I had arranged for me to come and see a car. I told him I would arrive around 11:50 am. He said that was fine and told me to ask for Chip. When I arrived, Mr. Chip asked me, "Are you the one who came to see the car?" I said yes, and he said, "I'm sorry, the car has already been sold." Can you imagine? You made me drive almost two hours, and Mr. Douglas didn't even apologize. I don't recommend them.
Liz was a great salesperson. She made buying a vehicle super easy. There was a minor repair that needed made to the vehicle that they agreed to fix at the time of purchase and they stood behind it. I highly recommend Superior! Love my new ride!!!

These people are heaven sent!! Ask for Chip, he is so attentive to your needs. He will not show you, more then you can afford. BE HONEST, they can hold it lol. Their moto is “anyone rides”….they mean it!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had at 60 years old, and I’ve had many. Eric was an awesome salesmen. Very honest, no hidden costs, great guys. Definitely recommend. Great manager as well. Will be returning if I ever need another vehicle.

Best car buying experience, ever. Walked in looking for a van, and was greeted by Tim. Couldn't have asked for, a nicer, more competent, sales person. With that said, I took a test drive with Tim, agreed on a fair price, and drove home with the van the next day. Called Tim regarding a couple things, I noticed during the ride home, and he setup a service appointment right away. I was assured anything would be resolved under the warranty, and it was. The service was performed at Superior Mitsubishi in Kingsville, and my interactions with Mike the service manager, and Joey Rocha the general manager, earned them both a huge thumbs up. I was looking for a hybrid Jeep and visited a few dealerships before I went to Superior Motor Company. I was greeted by Liz who was very friendly, and the whole vibe of the place felt so much nicer than all the other dealerships. I didn't feel any pressure and Liz was able to answer all my questions during our test drive.
The car was perfect and the price was fair so I decided to go for it!
Tim and Liz made the buying process so easy. They gave me a good price on the trade in and the process so much quicker than any other experience I'd had in the past.
When I got home, I noticed the charger was missing from the Jeep, so I called Liz to see if it was still at the dealership. Unfortunately, it wasn’t, but they immediately ordered a new one for me.
