Just bought my number 7 vehicle from Jerry Flores last weekend since 2019. 2025 Tacoma Pick up truck 6ft bed. He works at Jones Toyota Bel Air Maryland. I live in Elkton Maryland. We purchased a vehicle with keyless entry. The factory code was missing so i couldn’t enter code. We asked for help but since we had paid for car, Jones representatives could have cared less. I called many times. Finally paid someone else $105.00. Be careful!! They r not for a life time

I purchased a vehicle in July from Jones junction and found that it had a few problems that needed some attention now these things should have been fixed with no problem but that's not quite how it is working out(NIGHTMARE) I am going to tell some of the story because too much has happened to type it all first if you want to talk to a professional liar talk to a car salesman or car service department i started out bying my vehicle from CW who has been working at Jones over 20yrs and will make sure i am satisfied even if it takes 6 months never had a unsatisfied customer he will make it right although I have not had any help since I signed the paperwork . I have been buying cars from Jones since at least back in 2020 even taking my coworkers to purchase vehicles from them but I think our relationship has come to a end except my oil changes since I paid for them with my purchase.Like I said too much has happened so to get to the point I received a letter from the MVA that says they cannot register my vehicle until the lein holder release it and although I was told yesterday that my suv was fixed after they had it for weeks past the date for me to return it it was not fixed same problem as before and being told to bring it back again which would be 3 times.

Overall fantastic dealership. Spent all day going to 4 different local dealerships and jones was BY FAR the Best, And had the best prices, largest variety and widest selection of vehicles. Sales reps were transparent w/buying process, knowledgeable, helpful, and did everything possible to shorten wait times and be accommodating. Jones for a lifetime warranty is an awesome warranty program, I highly suggest! Will Daniels was a Huge help during the process and we really appreciated his patience and help. Also got new tags before leaving the lot which was extremely convenient and cool. Highly suggest skipping the run around and just going straight to Jones Junction if you are looking!

The best experience by far! I visited several other dealers nearby to sell my old car. Jones was fast and fair. Robert who is in charge of making the purchase of my truck was excellent. He valued my time and made the transaction happen quickly. He was excellent about communicating the timeline and lived up to his word 100%. The best experience I have had at a car dealership ever. First and foremost, I have to give my service advisor Melissa Credit, where credit is due she did Absolutely everything within her power to take care of me she was very professional She did her job extremely well she made sure she kept me abreast of everything that was going on with the vehicle I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has to use Nissan service department again she was extremely professional at doing her job and keeping in contact with me So I start out to buy my 2nd car from Jones Junction, I made a deal and bought a 21 Nissan Maxima mind you it was Nissan certified I take the car home and find that the sunroof shade doesn’t work properly. The car pulled hard to the right, so the alignment was off, the problem that I had was none of this was ever disclosed to me prior to me buying the car. That being said, I took it back to the dealer. The dealer said that they would fix it for free. They did exactly that, they fixed it for free. The concern that I had afterward was they had the car longer than I owned it. I also never got a response back from the assistant manager. I called him no less than four times left messages with phone number and not once that I receive a response until they got the car back in their hands after sub leading out the work on the sunroof When I received the car back, there was grease from the sunroof repair all over the headliner. At that point, I was told yet again to bring the car back and they would clean the headliner. I chose not to take it back and clean the headliner myself. They had the car a total of 12 days on two different occasions I gave three stars mainly because of Melissa, my service advisor and the fact that they did make things right by fixing the problems. I will use Nissan service in the future because they did do what they said they were going to do that. That’s important to me. I’ve been a technician and automobile technician for over 30 years, and for a dealer to hold their word means a lot. I would’ve given five stars. If the above-mentioned issues didn’t become issues again, I feel that I should’ve had full disclosure of anything that was not working or incorrect with the car before I bought it. PS: I’m really concerned after reading some of the other reviews that my car could be sabotage, if you will. As a technician and owner of an auto repair facility for 30 years, I know the damage that can be done to a vehicle without you even knowing it. Just a point I want to make. I had my car's sunroof shade repaired by the Bel Air shop when I got the car back. The headliner was full of grease and the overhead console was broken. The left side clips were broken, and I wasn't told about it. I need to know if you're going to fix it? My car was sent to Automotive Concepts through Jones Nissan. At this point, I can't recommend Automotive Concepts, until I see if I even get a response and a simple clip replaced so my console isn't hanging down !!

Hello Everyone! If I could give a 0 star rating I would. This spot sold me my vehicle for 24% APR- please be weary when signing your contracts with them. I'm now paying 34k on a 13k vehicle. They will not disclose everything as they ethically should, **especially not when you're a first time car buyer, and make that clear**. This is being written 4.5 months post-purchase, and I must tell you I've never made a greater mistake in my life comparable to buying a car from this spot. They treat their customers like absolute trash here- and their employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful over the phone. My vehicle has a "parasitic battery draw" that will cost me almost 200$/hr to fix at their dealership. I've never had a worse interaction with a salesman i've purchased from. When I called to ask for help on how to get my car serviced as it started failing on me, he treated me like actual garbage and spoke to me in a snarky and really rude tone. Take your $$ where they'll value you as a customer- they're close to committing Usury here with high APR's and changing prices last minute on customers (which i've read about in the 1 star's above). ALSO MIND YOU FOR ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ABOVE: Their Salesman- Meena- asked me to write a 5-star review for their business prior to even having the keys in my hand (unprofessional).

My review is twofold. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Jones Junction since 2014 and have had great experiences there and have been extremely pleased with my purchases. The salesman Jim Hagy couldn't have been any nicer or any more professional and was a pleasure to work with. Five stars for the sales side of my review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Which brings me to the reason for my 2 star review of the service department. I don't have a problem with the staff as they were all very nice and professional. The problem lies within the inspection they performed when I came in for an oil change recently. They said I needed a repair that was going to run me approximately $1300. I declined the repair and went on my way. I took it to my own personal mechanic whom I know well and trust 1000% and have been going to for years. He said that NOTHING was wrong with my car and no repair was needed. Personally I don't have $1300 plus labor to spend on my car so thank goodness he gave me an honest appraisal. I will continue to come in for my oil changes to Jones but that's it. I understand your guys get commission but please do better and don't try to tell people that they need repairs that they don't need.

Purchased a used car yesterday, and last night, it started throwing codes. Maintenance said they would not be able to get me in anytime soon and told I should wait for a sales manager. "Engine Power is Reduced" message makes this car very unsafe to drive on the highway. Since my speed could be reduced without warning!

I’ve purchased a number of cars in the last few years and can say that my experience with Jones has been the best by far! It was the most seamless experience that I’ve had. Chris Dona’s laid back approach made me feel comfortable with knowing he was all about ensuring my happiness. I ended up with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I can say that I will be doing business with Jones again if/when I am ready to make another purchase.

I just purchased my 7th vehicle at Jones Junction Jeep. Their staff including Greg, Gary and Kim and others took amazing care of me, as usual. I choose Jones time and time again because of how considerate they are and how easy they make the buying experience. The vehicle I wanted was not on the lot and Gary’s team were able to make arrangements with another dealer to get me the Jeep that I wanted. Thanks again for your commitment to customer satisfaction!

A week ago, we took our vehicle in for service at Jones Kia. We were provided a loaner vehicle and told no charge while they were diagnosing the vehicle. After receiving a phone call from service saying it would cost $7,550 to repair the vehicle (20 years old), we decided to buy a new vehicle from Jones Kia. We were told by the salesperson no charge for the loaner vehicle and for the $189 diagnostic charge since we purchased a new vehicle, for "the old debts were exonerated with buying a new car." A few days later, we received two calls the same day that there was a charge for the "loaner" vehicle. I contacted Jones, and the original salesperson said that there would be a charge for the "loaner" vehicle. I called back and then emailed Jones and they finally said to not worry about it. We won't be servicing our vehicle at any Jones facility, and in hindsight are kicking ourselves by purchasing a vehicle from Jones, and we can't (in good faith) recommend Jones Kia or any Jones dealership. We were definitely lied to (mislead if you want to be polite) and won't be returning. In fact, we're contemplating trading in the new vehicle elsewhere for something else. How can Jones management sleep at night telling us the "loaner" vehicle is now a billable "loaner". They say it was a misunderstanding, but we know the real truth. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Jones, and we won't be making Jones for a Lifetime! Don't make the same mistake we did by buying from Jones. At least we won't be servicing our vehicle there. It reminds me of the old "Luskins" days - bait and switch! Just my opinion though, take it for what it's worth!

These people are so rude and disrespectful. They do not care if they waste your time. They misquoted us on the value of our trade in; instead of accepting they messed up immediately someone came in yelling at us. Accusing us of changing things about the vehicle which was not true. Did not introduce himself first or anything. We will never be coming back . Highly recommend you go literally anywhere else . Took me literally 5 mins on the phone with a different dealership to get a better experience.

Very frustrating and sleezy. Came in for a test drive on Monday and enjoyed the truck. Felt some play in the steering wheel so we left it overnight to get a diagnosis. Turns out the entire steering column needed to be replaced. Fine, they covered it and there is no longer play in the steering wheel. Waited a week to get it back. Was told it would be ready that next friday. Finally was able to pick it up. Got in the truck, the oil life was not reset, there was less than a quarter tank of gas and the AC was not blowing ANY air from the center vents. Brought it up to maintenance and now they have to keep it AGAIN for another diagnosis. Was told that the assumption was “doesn’t blow cold” turns out to be the actuators in the dash. 155 point inspection my ass. Be wary of the Jones Used Cars Dealership. The perks offered are great but I can see why, they draw you in and sell you a car that has several malfunctions. The staff is also sleezy and rude. You walk in and all of them are on their phones. You ask them questions at reception and they don’t even look up from their phones. Very dismissive attitude. They send you on a wild goose chase to try and get answers because no one knows what’s going on. They just keep transferring you around. Look elsewhere

Save yourself from this place. Absolute bizzare behavior by one of the sales representatives named “Will”. They tend to be mean, disrespectful and harsh at times to make you feel inferior. You spend 10 minutes in and they are trying their best to sell you the car at the highest price with the meanest attitude. Did not fly by me. After giving him the same attitude back, he got straight and tried to be respectful. Once you get with a bad attitude, even if you like the deal, its hard to walk out with a deal.

Not clear on their promotion about paying off your trade no matter how much you owe. Was told after driving 3 hours that you get book value (or over) for your trade and the remaining balance is applied as rebates. Understood that limits the selection of vehicles one can choose. Then told they have over 2000 vehicles to choose from and we're offered about 4. None of those work. Had the exact stipulations been clearly explained, we wouldn't have made the trip as we would have completely understood and it likely wouldn't have worked. If you see a promo from this place, make sure to get all specifics in full detail before making the trip.

Go see Jeff Nivied! We were referred by a family member to Jeff after having some troubles at our local kia dealership. And it was the best decision we could have ever made. After minutes of the referral Jeff had contacted my fiancé and I with assurance that we would come to his location that day (5pm on Black Friday) and leave with the car of our dreams and thats exactly what happened. We just had no clue how quickly and smooth he would make it! As soon as we arrived Jeff made a point to come out and greet us, he showed us the exact car that we wanted and let us take it for a test drive, we fell in love immediately. We got back to the shop and (after making hot chocolate and coffee in their fabulous lounge area) went back into Jeff’s office. He broke down all the numbers and warranties very simply and while being an absolute shark and incredibly knowledgeable on our dream vehicle (2025 Kia Carnival Ex) he also made the experience very personal and comfortable. Jeff is a family man and wants whats best for his customers. There’s no tricks or games with Jeff, he takes you under his wing. He sticks with you thru the entire process, even financing. He wants to hear about your life and in exchange tells incredible stories of his. I have never met a salesperson who possessed so many great qualities! After Jeff’s top treatment inside of the office he walked us out to our new vehicle and stuck with us for 30 extra minutes to ensure we knew how to use all the functions and gadgets the Carnival has to offer! That was really cherry on top. Just when I thought all the kindness and compassion were sealed for the night he read my mind and told us we would want a picture with our new baby. We got out, posed, and he congratulated us again and told us to never hesitate reaching out that he’s just a phone call or text away. The day with Jeff could not have been more perfect. Thank you to Jeff and Kia Jone’s Junction Belair! Even if you are not close to this location, go and see Jeff! You wont regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about the people of Jones!! I saw an add online stating if you are upside down on a vehicle they could get you out and into a new car no problem. I was skeptical, but thought I’d give them a try. Well- they kept their word.while all other dealerships told me it wasn’t possible, or it would cost me $1000 a month, Jones delivered. I told them what I could spend, best and final, and they matched it! I’m pretty sure they’re now upside down on my new Jeep, but they got me taken care of. Josh was fantastic to work wi try, and Gary as well. I live about and hour away from the dealership, and I didn’t step foot in there, until my deal was met. They gave me so much for my trade sight unseen. Great great people and I will recommend them to everyone!

Went to Jones Kia to help my daughter purchase a used car. Gave our parameters to Vance and he diligently searched their inventory to find those that met the criteria. He veered away from high mileage and helped us find the right one. Right mileage and price and an SUV, which is what we wanted. Helped us through all the paperwork, trade-in, etc, and we drove home with the new “used “ vehicle. Very pleased with Jones, particularly Vance. Highly recommend!

On December 20th of 2023 I purchased a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma. My salesman was CD. He has always done a great job taking care of us. This is my 3rd vehicle I bought from Jones Junction, and I've usually always been happy with everything. However, this time was different. They had a nice deal going on whenever you bought a new or used vehicle from them you are eligible for a free gift, which they never gave me. Later, I was informed that you had a choice of the free gift or a discount on your purchase. I was never given this option. They told me they just automatically applied the discount, which I never saw on the paperwork. I have tried to work with them for almost 2 months for them to rectify this. They are refusing to honor their promotion. This is not how Jones should treat their returning loyal customers. Is a $200 promotion really worth losing a returning customer over? I wouldn't think so. I have attached a picture of the coupon that was all over their dealerships and on social media. I also had issues with their aftermarket department that sold me tint and undercoating for my truck. I wouldn't recommend using them. It's a business Jones contracts out to do it. They do not take pride in the work they put out, and my vehicle was not inspected when it got back to Jones. I had over spray and smear marks all over my new truck, and they forgot the front tint. I wasn't happy. They gave me some kind of excuse about someone being out sick, which doesn't explain why a quality check was not done. After a phone call, I had to take more time out of my schedule to take the truck back down to jones to fix problems that should've never happened in the first place if they were detailed oriented.

6/2/22 addition, I have a small problem with battery. I called and text for help, everyone that answers my call for service was very pleasant & helpful. The problem was resolved in a timely manner. I was very happy with Jay & Ryan A. I'm so happy I purchased from Jones Junction, As a new member all services has been above & Beyond. i would highly recommend Jones Junction for your families automotive needs. I recently had the opportunity to go into the dealership to look for a vehicle. The salesman, Mr. Barry Barnes was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. As a result of this I am a proud new owner of a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I would also like to thank Art Robinson , Drew, and the finance department Mr. Cris Gill for explaining and taking his time to help me understand the investment. My overall experience included laughter, fun and I was so excited that I could have done a commercial on the spot for the dealership. It was also important to know that the dealership invested in their employees education. Five Star for friendly, fun, clean and thorough.
