I needed a part for a motorhome that they can't look up but he did listen to me and was trying his best to help. Wish I had gotten his name because he did go above the help you normally get when it's not something in the computer. I was a parts and service manager my whole career. This was at the Bel Air, MD store

My Opinion - and only limited to this particular store - is that the store has been in general declined from a service and knowledge perspective. Paid 150% more and expedited shipping for a part that was presented to me as aluminum - but was plastic and also arrived slightly damaged. Business side manager unreasonable at best - argument seems to be her specialty. Could have offered any number of solutions to help a 20 + year customer- but decided to take a lawyer like stance on why this isn't the stores problem. All suggestions that where not her own seemed to be unreasonable. Her suggestion was to pay full price or return the part and eat the expedited shipping. Difficult to make a business case for treating customers in this way over a $50 part. The right approach would have been to match the cost of the comparable part - 10% off would have at minimum been resonable. This use to be a 5 start store. 3 star store at best today - and this last transaction really sinks it. Sad.

Walter Ingram at the AutoZone on 333 Baltimore Pike did an absolute amazing job at helping me in the store.. me not being from this state and visiting, he was very knowledgeable, didn’t try to make me feel uncomfortable for not knowing my way around vehicles. He was fast and helped me install my products! I’m just blown away from the great customer service and I didn’t mind spending the extra money because of the customer service. Great job buddy! He also applied my Military discount to my purchase.

Needed bolts to fix my battery, Dylan was exceptional, he helped me choose the right parts for the job, he even gave me a discount, returned some bolts I ordered earlier from your Edgewood branch, I'll definitely be back.

Both Dylan & Curtis were life savers the other day on December 3rd. I had a friend whose alternator failed on her down the street. Apon entering the store they were both quick to help and assist while also being above and beyond professional. I was able to get the alternator installed that night, and my friend was able to have a reliable car again. 10/10 will recommend more people to go to this location. Thanks again, guys.

The cashier was very rude. Asked me to stop speaking do fast.. Understandable but tgen said didn't you see I haven't even had my coffee.. That was a bit much so I addressed it we had a little back and forth and my final word were its not my business if you haven't had your coffee and that a personal issue not a customer issue.. And I was out if town and she gave me the wrong oil.. And I had to exchange.. What a waste of time

Placed an order online for in store pick up. Picked up order and they double billed me. It’s taking longer to straighten the error out than the actual repair replacing the crankshaft seal. AutoZone won’t refund me one of the duplicate charges. I’m having to dispute the charge via my CC. I should have ordered the parts off Amazon (50% less expensive for same brand) I was in a hurry and AutoZone stocked the parts. Never again will I purchase parts from AutoZone …, big PIA getting my refund note… google account is in my wife’s name

Great store. Got a new battery installed 4/7/24 around 10:30 AM. I wish I got the name of the guy who installed the battery, but he did a nice thorough job and deserves manager recognition.

Awful customer service the manager Eric I guess if you want call him a manager is of no use. Tried to use my commercial account multiple times they tell me I have to be verified by calling my business. I’m standing in front of them after hours how can you verify me if my business is closed. I called back the next day to try to get everything straight only to be hung up on by the so called manager Eric who has to be a weasel because when I called back he only left me on hold and wouldn’t pick the phone up. I would never EVER consider going to this place much rather just go to Advance where they actually care about doing business. This behavior also explains why the parking lot is always empty except the people using it to park for the karate school next door.

Eric was amazing. A shop from OC MD replaced my alternator months ago. It turns out the alternator was defective and the shop got the alternator from a diff store. I was in my home town and turns out the shop was making shady returns and it said my alternator had already been returned which was not true. Eric managed to fix it and help me get my warranty return. As a single mom I am grateful on this holiday season.

I was in this store about 2 weeks ago. I noticed an employee towards the end of the building who was talking to someone. I didn't think anything of it. I checked out and this employee was now at the exit door, blocking it and not moving, smoking, talking loudly with someone. He saw me there and still didn't move. I and another employee had to say something to him just to get him to move. The language he was not professional either.

I came in today and what I thought would just be a simple transaction turned into a great costumer service experience! Dillon was a god sent. I had a particular problem with my car and Dillon not only assisted me on what I needed, but gave me great advice on what to do with my car and I can’t thank him enough! Highly recommend this shop!

I went in for a new bulb to replace my taillight. John and the other gentlemen in the store went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They walked me through the process of replacing the bulb step by step and they suggested a great starter tool kit for my car which I now keep in my trunk. I’m very thankful for their excellent customer service and willingness to help me instead of take advantage of me being that I’m not the most knowledgeable about cars. I would recommend this store to anyone! I was in and out in no time!

Absolutely awesome customer service! We needed a new battery, it started raining as soon as we got there but it didn't matter! They helped us get the right battery and then helped us change it! It wasn't an easy swap, and the rain didn't help. Thanks so much guys! Top notch service!!

Usually a great staff. Not on the ball tonight. I came, browsed for 5 minutes in the same spot and left without even an acknowledgement. They didn't have the part I needed,or at least I don't think they did. The 1 guy was too busy talking about how much more money he makes as management. I will go back, because this is the 1st time this has happened. None of the usual staff I see there were on shift tonight.

The guys here did a great job. Came in asking about a brake light and just wanted help finding the bulb. The gentleman I spoke with came out to the car, verified which bulb was out, and ensured that all the other lights were working. Definitely went above and beyond. Wish I could remember his name since he did such a great job, but I neglected to check his name tag

I came in to get a new bulb for my headlight. I had never replaced one on my current car. The gentleman that helped me did not hesitate to jump and install it for me. I am not sure what his name is but I came in on Saturday 12/18 around 3:30. I just wanted to recognize him for the excellent service. Thanks!

I stopped in for an issue with my license plate on 6 Dec at 800 and the sales rep grabbed his drill and fixed my front plate holder in minutes. He was helpful, friendly and professional—wouldn’t accept a tip. I’ll be a forever customer now! Thanks.

Outstanding customer service. I went there to purchase a headlight bulb for Hyundai. The staff checked up on me and asked if I needed help and even though I had the correct light bulb, they still explained the different types of light bulbs. It seems small but this type of customer service goes a long way!

Outstanding customer service. I went their to buy Head light bulb for my Odyessy. I tried for half an hour to pull the old bulb out but couldn't do it. I requested for help, store personnel spend good 20 minutes to pulled it out. I hardly see such a fantastic customer service. Thank you Matt and the other personal (sorry did not notice the name) for helping me out.

Typical store that sells auto parts and accessories. Immediately upon walking in I was informed that two people were on lunch and they could not help me. Yet they are behind the counter working. Not a big deal but not sure how you can eat your lunch at the counter. Overall easy transaction someone ended up helping me return and purchase a few items.

Wonderful service! Went to buy some windshield wipers for my VW and was greeted the moment I walked in. They helped me find what I needed right away and even installed them for me. Thank you Clinton and (the other nice young man, didn’t get his name)!! You guys are awesome... absolutely the best customer service I have come across in a long time!

Just needed wiper blades and installation -- they offered to install them free after purchase, which was nice. The cute sales associate (I believe her name was Rose?) didn't make me feel at all shamed for not knowing what I was doing, she helped me choose a pair within my budget and while she installed one blade, she let me watch and even taught me how to do the other one. Lovely woman, super friendly and helpful, and definitely knows what she's doing. Thanks!
