  Huge shout out to DJ for his help tonight! My son who was in town visiting family, was heading home tonight when his dome light wouldn’t turn off. Driving home five hours at night with interior light on was not an option! He asked for help and DJ went outside and quickly identified the issue and the problem was fixed!   Great service from Charles at store 6011. He is customer oriented and provided great advice that saved me money. He also found parts for me an other stores that weren’t currently in stock at his store. AutoZone is now my first choice for auto parts and supplies!

  People always joke about these big parts stores they need year make model and can only tell you what computer says. But it's not always true, as someone who modifies everything I own I needed a smaller belt for my alternator because I had put an aftermarket one on. Dude at counter took me back to belts and we found something that worked perfectly.

  By far my favorite AutoZone store. Every time I go in the store I am greeted with a warm “ hello and how may we help you“. Also, it is the cleanest AutoZone store I’ve ever been in and that’s saying a lot because I’ve been in quite a few AutoZone. Again, every single associate is very nice so I travel from my County up to Forest Hill to make sure I shop at the Rockspring AutoZone.

  Came to get brakes for my pickup and ended up with a huge mix up of part numbers, which then created even more of a problem with warranty exchanges. Jeff the manager took it all in stride and kept a good attitude about everything. He worked seamlessly to get everything completed and corrected. Very professional team.
