They are scammer. i called ask parts and they give me price 250 and charged my card 100 than when i went there to pick a parts they send me diffrent location and after than that ( mars auto parts ) when i went there they charged me 350 $ and i have to drive 20 minutes away and they are rude and scammer i wont be at same place no more and i am reffering to u guys do not stop there
I was so glad when they had the part that I needed. On the phone they told me it would be 30 minutes to an hour tops to pull it. After waiting over an hour they came out and told me that their parts puller was going to lunch and I would have to wait. Three hours after I was told 30 to a hour I finally got the part. They promised me brackets, but no brackets were to be had. One would think they would give mr some kind of discount for wasting nearly half a day, but didn’t offer any. Part was twice as much as non local options. Looks like all of this is just par for the course for how they treat their customers looking at the other reviews.
If I would of read the reviews I probably wouldn't of came but I did a walk-in and was meeted and greeted with great hospitality I would definitely come back and I came from NJ about almost 2hrs away
