Writing this review as I’m waiting for another towing company service. I called and spoke to Will and requested a driver at 8:30, being very specific of where I’m located. Right shoulder on southbound i95, mile marker 75, 1/2 mile from Joppa Fallston exit. They said it would be a 45minute wait, so I waited an hour before calling them again. It turned out that the driver didn’t see me and left, without even calling me. I called Will again and he said that the driver would return, so I waited again... another 45minutes. It’s now 11am and I’m very frustrated and called them for another update for where the driver was and was told he was 5minutes away, I waited another 15minutes and just had to cancel at that point. The driver finally shows up after I’ve canceled and called another towing company. It should not have taken 2 and a half hours for the driver to come to me, I refused to give them my money.
Even in the midst of holiday season, they are professional and knowledgeable. And does not make things more stressful in your time of need. I would recommend them to a friend....
Mr. Williams was very Professional both over the phone and in person... he not only got to my car in a good time frame but also took the liberty to access the situation of my car and offer as much help as he could... being new to the area I was very pleased with the hospitality. Would definitely recommend to a friend
