Completely satisfied to say the least. I went to 2 other auto parts places and was there for 25 minutes each at a minimum with no exact parts found at all. Shaun at Napa Abingdon was Great ! Had us in and out the door in minutes with the correct parts and with better pricing. My New go to for sure. Highly recommend
I have nothing but good things to say about Napa on 1304 Governors Ct in Abingdon, MD. I've been a few times in the last month. On the recommendation from NTB in Aberdeen, Maryland. That my son's Sonata needed rotors, brakes and emergency brake replacement. Needless to say NTB's recommendation didn't pile up to a hill of beans. The only thing that needed to be replaced were the front break pads. So, I had things to return. Sean at the front of the store was very nice. He made the return quickly. So, I could be off and on my way to work. If, and when we do need more auto parts. I will be going to see Rob B and Sean at Napa in Abingdon, MD. Thank you for all your help guys.

This Napa store has great customer service. Knowledgeable salespeople. Willing to go the extra mile. Stayed open few extra minutes for me on a Saturday to exchange brake pads so that I could finish kids brake job . Many thanks for your excellent service.
I purchase 6 spark plugs from there about 3 weeks ago. I received 2 singles and a pack of 4. In the pack of 4 there was only 3 spark plugs. I was scammed out of 1 BPR7es spark plug
Very nice parts store. Customer service is great. Very helpful with finding the size of the engine (I'm a female) & I had called every parts store, Napa was the only store that had the parts I was looking for in stock. I've always found Napa to be very well stocked
Fell off quite hard. Knowledge C-. Parts on hand D+. This location as a walk in customer was rather displeasing. Long wait without anyone in front of you for parts specialist to locate any parts they apparently have when you call but when you show up they don't ?♂️
My 18 year old Mercury battery died from lack of starting it while I was in the hospital for 4 months. Not only did they have the battery I needed but they told me how to clean the lense of my headlights without buying one if the kits. Thank you very much.
My business is directly behind their Abingdon store, mailman delivered a check of ours to them, instead of returning the check to us they decided to deposit in their PNC account so NO ONE CAUGHT this?? Not even their teller when they deposited it? Instead of correcting it immediately their making us wait 5 days before someone can drop off a check to us!!
Great parts selection on hand, great prices, location is worth a visit. The staff was incredibly helpful. I will be going here first for all of my parts.
The people there are very helpful in trying to find the part you need and get it shipped as quickly as possible if they dont have it in store so they can get you back up and running again
Seems like unless you get the right person behind the counter, the price of oil can vary greatly. Disappointing. Wanted to make this my home store for the life of my vehicle's oil changes. 3 months between visits and a $13 increase on my second time around from $67 to $81 and change for 7 quarts of synthetic. Was told price of oil went up, but the price everywhere else is the same. I guess in some cases using Amazon is more efficient and cheaper then buying local. 2 days and I received 12 quarts for $94 same exact oil...?
I like they're fast and very courteous service, great attitude and dare I say it, holiday spirit! They made sure to get me proper Parts I needed and invited me back in case of any trouble.
This NAPA is top notch. Tons of parts in stock and the employees have always been extremely helpful and courteous. I drive way out of my way past other part stores to go here. Worth it every time
Ok Service one of my part request wasn't readily available but I had to make advance payment to order an air filter for a well known vehicle which is just 30 months old.
This is my go to auto part store. It is tucked away in a business park, so it is hard to see from rte. 7, but it is a great store with super helpful staff.
Hidden away from the average car parts buyer. Napa parts are superior to other car parts companies. Napa offers OE match and parts that succeeded OE quality. Napa can help you find any part you need from a weedwacker to an 18-wheeler. If you need something they don't have, they can get it for you. Highly recommend you seek this place out. Like I said it's tucked away but I recommend even a novice repair man to check it out!
Not sure what this Mariam lady is talking about. Michelle was one of the most knowledgeable staff there. She's not there anymore and I miss dealing with her regularly. The staff that are currently there try to keep the same level of customer service that she did. They bend over backwards for you in most cases. Ever heard of the saying "You get further with honey than you do vinegar"?
Michelle and Eric are great people and are very helpful unfortunately Michell does not work there anymore, but the rest of the staff is courteous and respectful. They get me the right part for a great price every time.
