I've never needed a tow service before and got real fortunate to have found Cullum's. Tim was great. Came to my home on Mother's Day on short notice, took super close care to protect the car from damage, provided us oil soaker stuff, as we had a car leak oil all over the driveway. Very fair pricing. Answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon - I'm a fan - though I hope to never need a tow truck again!
They picked up my deceased brother's car and brought it to my house. From a location that was over 70 miles away. My brothers car is a classic car from the 60s. They were very careful with the car and very reasonable for such a long distance. I will continue to call them in the future.
I want to thank these guys genuinely. I am a towing company based out of Raleigh, NC tasked with picking up a vehicle at their lot in Maryland. My eta was 4:00pm (351 miles).
Pick up time ended at 5pm. They told me not to rush and they would make sure I was able to pick vehicle up. Due to heavy traffic and construction, I actually arrived at about 7:45pm.
They went out of their way to accommodate me and made sure I was able to pick up vehicle, they stayed until I arrived. I truly appreciated them for this and would recommend them if you are in the area and need service.

I needed to move my car from a service center that I had concerns about. I was actually nervous about calling a tow company because I expected drama from the service center and didn’t want to have anyone else deal with that. When I called Cullums they put me at ease and coordinated picking up my car. As expected there was a problem, but they were unfazed, kind, and professional. The BEST experience I've ever had with a tow company. Reasonably priced and super nice to work with. It's hard to come by a trustworthy mechanic but these are definitely the best I've worked with! They were able to tow my truck long distance and I can't recommend them enough.
Tim and Kim were fantastic! They joined me at Home Depot to pick up a riding lawn tractor. However, the store associates couldn't locate the keys. Tim patiently waited and even spotted some missing parts on the equipment, bringing them to my attention. Their excellent customer service and personal attention were truly appreciated. This tow truck company is great! I had been stranded on the road for 5 hours trying to get a tow truck through insurance roadside assistance. One call to Cullum’s and they were immediately en route to rescue me and had me on my way. They were kind and walked me through through the process. I am so appreciative and highly recommend them!

I recommend this towing service to anyone in Harford County/Aberdeen area. One night our car broke down at 10pm, they offered to bring my car to my nearby home for a fixed price. Later when he got there I asked if he could take my car to a car shop that was further away than initially agreed upon destination, he assured me he could for the same price, and everything was pretty quick and easy. They brought my car right to Aberdeen Auto Care late night - saving us another tow trip. Very nice guys as well.

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a tow. With stock suspension and lowered suspension. They truly know what they’re doing. Professional service from the first call! The staff at Cullum's were patient and courteous on the phone, and worked with me since I had already moved, and needed a 40 mile tow ASAP. They worked with my schedule for delivery and they were right on time. They are definitely not the typical, "you need us, therefore we are going to take you to the cleaners" type of towing service. Being a former Marine, I was even impressed with their attention to detail as shown through their truck (i.e., clean and secure). I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
