Chad and Kerry went above and beyond to get Me into a car I would love! I didn't even know exactly what I wanted at the time. Just got an amazing deal on a Dodge Journey I found online. Autoland answered my emails quickly and when we got there to see it in person everyone was extremely friendly and Chad gave us a better deal than I couldn’t asked for! Buying my car was Very easy/comfortable. Chad was so organized w/all the paperwork it made purchasing the car easy. He took time to explain all the details of the car. He made sure I understood everything about the Jeep. I know that I can call him anytime w/my questions. I love dealing locally!!
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. Purchased a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport with 80k miles in August only to drive it for 2 weeks. The engine broke down in the middle of the interstate due to SEVERAL recalls on the vehicle that Autoland overlooked when selling me the vehicle. After jumping through several hoops with no resolution or anyone wanting to take blame for it, I’ve been left with no choice but to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Do not buy a car from AutoLand in Accident, MD.
My experience comes second hand but is none the less accurate. My cousin is a customer of this great dealership. He related how he wanted a new jeep but despised going to dealerships because of the back & forth during negotiations. His experience here was, in his words, a fantastically easy endeavor. To add to his community, the dealership participates in it's annual fourth of July festivities and parade. My cousin says that if I'm interested in buying a vehicle, just come down & we'll go to autoland & do it the easy way.
Got a 2015 Hyundai from Auto Land. Maybe smoothest transaction I've ever had. I dealt with Jim Foutz. Very easy to work with, no pressure unlike others I've had to deal with in the past. Got a fair price for my trade in and a nice deal on the Hyundai Tuscon. Highly recommend if you're looking for a vehicle.
Auto Land changed a transmission for me in my F150 4X4. Don Lewis gave an estimate, by phone and came within $40.00. considering variables and time involved I consider him to be "spot on".
I do not live in this area, but do spend summer months nearby. Should I find myself in need Auto Land will be my first choice.
They are very reasonable on their prices, quick, knowledgeable and do quality work! I drive clear from Morgantown, WV to get mechanical work done here!
I have never bought a car here but the service department is exceptional!! They went out of their way to fix my vehicle and be sure I had a vehicle to drive while they did so.

My son had car problems on I-68 on his way to college in Ohio. Service department was able to find the problem, fit him into the service schedule quickly and he was back on his way. Much appreciated!
