If I could give it a 0 I would. Went to return an item, went though the whole return process swiped my card and they said 3-5 business days my money will be back.....its been 2 weeks of fighting because they claim they never got my return but can send me a gift card. Utterly ridiculous. I have all the proof.

Very positive experience at this location recently. The two gentlemen working 10/28/25 were able to get my 2016 jeep grand cherokee batteries replaced quickly and were very professional throughout the entire process. I was able to get to work and didn't lose my entire day with their quick service.

Highly recommend. Andres recommended the best battery option and helped install it. Super friendly, very helpful and completed the installation ~20 minutes. Excellent and knowledgeable Staff and selection of inventory parts. Much appreciated. Thanks so much!

I had a good experience at Advance Auto Parts in Urbana, MD. The employees were very helpful and made sure I found what I needed. They have a good selection of parts, so I didn’t have to go anywhere else. The prices are reasonable too, which is a big plus. Overall, it’s a good store for auto parts and friendly service. I will go back if I need more supplies.

My headlight went out & Tom took the time to replace it, even though it is not as an easy task in my kind of car.

Tom is fantastic and was a great help in getting my wife's car back on the road. I showed up first thing this morning after being called by my wife to get her car running. Her battery died after dropping our child off at school. Once I got her situated in my truck, I jumped her car and brought it to Advance Auto. I found the battery I needed on the shelf and once a bunch of phone orders were handled Tom volunteered to help me get our Bronco Sport battery in and get me on my way. He went above and beyond - both of us thought it was just a couple bolts but it turned out to be more involved. Very grateful to Tom.

The staff is always incredibly helpful, polite and they explain everything going on in a professional way and we never feel less than or ignorant like come other automotive spots.

We needed a new battery for our truck and went to AAP to get it replaced. Marcus helped us and suggested the best battery for our truck. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this store for your auto needs.

I stopped into Advance Auto Parts in Urbana for replacement windshield wiper blades. Tom helped me find what I needed for my vehicle and installed them for me. I appreciate the assistance and kindness during my visit.

Completely shocked at the lack of effort made to correct a mistake that cost my family money we didn't have. I was hoping the manager would be intelligent enough to figure out how to fix small issue that had a negative impact on us. But Instead of neighborly compassion and integrity he just used a " I don't care " excuse like the one you'll see him reply below ⬇️

I went to this location for a battery replacement. I was helped by Brett. He is a friendly and knowledgeable person. He replaced the battery and diagnosed the battery health at no additional cost. He also gave me tips to avert any future issues. I would definitely recommend this place for any auto part related services.

Went to get a battery tested and replaced. The whole experience was great and fast! Staff was very helpful. I would highly reccomend!

Bought a battery for the lawn mower. Used it for a few weeks and it died (thought maybe we had done something to drain it). They offered to recharge it at no cost. When I went to pick it up they tested it and it still wasn't charged. They replaced it with a new battery for free. Now that's excellent customer service!

This place is great. They usually have everything that I need in stock and the things they don't have on hand they get for me the same day or, worst case scenario, the next day. Thank you!

There are 3 other store locations that are closer to my job and my home. I never go to those. I will always spend a few more minutes to travel to this store. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Top notch

I went in and asked the representative if he had a particular windshield wipers. He looked it up and showed me what they had on the shelf. He explained what the difference was between the wipers. No sale pressure at all. Then I asked he could put them on for me and he did. He was so helpful and kind and very professional. I would recommend this store to all. I always go there.

The Staff was very helpful and friendly! I purchased a battery and the young man Chris that installed the battery really took his time to install the battery and cleaned the cables and even helped me install a new light bulb. Since I needed to remove the battery to install the bulb. I totally appreciate the time Chris spent making sure my new battery was installed properly.

Incredibly nice and helpful staff. I came asking about how to fix my headlight, and they told me they would be able to give me a bulb but that I might need to go elsewhere to have it installed. One of the staff told me he'd go ahead and try installing it himself and was successful. They completely went out of their way to help me out, and it was much appreciated.

#1 for price and customer experience! Had to replace U-Joint and needed parts and greaser. Store manager is awesome, covered parts under warranty and Amber totally assembled the greaser and made sure when I walked out of the store I had all the utilities to complete the job! This isn't your average auto parts store!

Very friendly and helpful. It definitely pays to go on line and register as you get even more discounts on some items. It also great because if you think you might need a battery or charging system may not be working. They can check that for you NO CHARGE! AND, if you need a battery, they'll install it free after purchase! What's not to like??

The staff here is awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable and are a great help. The ability to order online and have it at the store waiting for me is the best. Now I only need to make one stop instead of stopping 2-3 times looking for some part I need.

Really nice staff. The 3 times I have visited, someone greeted me when I walked in and asked if I needed assistance. Pretty nice Customer Service if you ask me.
