Not a bad place to deliver to. Some docks have plenty of space to set up for backing and some docks have minimal space for set up. Very busy DC though.

They used to be SO much faster with unloading before they switched to unloading in the front. Now they seem to act more like every other grocery warehouse, put you in a door way past your appointment time and once there they take their sweet time.

Came here for a dry van live unload, pull up to the left lane at the entrance , the guard will check you in and give you a pager with truck staged for door, then you go and park at staging area until you get a beep and vibrations on the pager informing your dock door N , then back up to that door number and wait for pager to inform you that you are finished, then go back to the left lane at security gate for pod, In my case My appointment was at 8 am, i arrived at 7 pm a day earlier they checked me in and gave me a door around 2:45 am , was done and out the door by 5:30 Overnight parking ✅ Restroom : portable potty ✅

I will give them five stars for the overnight parking, good security, great management, and quick unloading. It’s a really nice place; they have plenty of parking for overnight stays, and there’s also a lot of street parking available outside

Can arrive early for appointment up to 10 hours for your break. Staging area behind guard house. You get a pager , but it doesn’t beep, vibrate and flash only. First page tells you are staged , in line for a door number, don’t go to the door yet. Second page tells you to go to the door. Be patient with all the truck traffic moving around for the doors. Only negative is that no indoor bathroom for drivers, ports potty only.

They were organized for my experience If u get a dock and another driver is being loaded/unloaded you basically park right in front of that dock and wait for ur turn

Well, i was quite nervous after reading the reviews here because it is so confusing. My delivery Appt was of 5:00 AM and i was loosing it because i have another looked that is scheduled to pick up by 9:00 AM. The reviews made me doubtful if i should cancel the next one or book something picking late. But me experience here is honestly 5 stars, Easy in, Easy out, everything was smooth and we were free by 7:30 AM.

Absolutely unprofessional. Scheduled 50-60 deliveries all at 0500. Had us park and walk over in the cold to check in but don't explain where to park and how to get to the front. I happen to walk with a cane after 2 spinal surgeries. Walking in the cold is not good for me. Then the have the audacity to call my company and make a false complaint that I was fighting with someone after I explained how unprofessional they were. That alone only succeeded in proving my point. Defaming someone in retaliation to stating the obvious.

One of the worst places I’ve delivered to so far… I got here at 4:58pm on 10/30/25. My Appointment was for 9:30am on 10/31/25. They checked me in and told me to come back up to the Office at 9:00pm. I went back at 9:00pm and they told me to come back at 5:00am. I told the employee that if they can’t load me early that’s ok but I would rather go to a Truck Stop to sleep. They have 3 disgusting Port a Potties and A LOT of people using them. They have no Garbages anywhere so if you have to throw something away you have to wait. The employee told me I couldn’t leave since I was already checked in. I ended up not leaving there until 1:15pm on 10/31/25. Appointments don’t seem to matter to them, some people they’ll take super early other people super late. Very unorganized. They do allow you to park overnight.

Check in process.. pretty easy. Pull up to the gate.. tell ya to go park and walk to the guard shack. Wait in the truck till the Pager goes off… now this is where it might get confusing…when the pager goes off and says “ staged for door 330” that means go to the door and look directly in front of assigned door.. and there is an empty space.. pull into it and wait. You should be staged with doors opens and watching for the driver to get green light and leave… then as simple as Back straight into your assigned door. DO NOT PICK ANY EMPTY SPACE IN FRONT OF DOORS… and DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE TRUCKS ALREADY IN THE DOCKS TO OPEN YOUR DOORS…

Simple in this location you have the opportunity to check in early and be stage until close of your appt a pager will let you know what door. Then open doors back in and a pager with a green light will indicate you when you are done, after that head out and on the guard shack they give you the confirmation for your papers.

Do not park on the street you’ll be woken up by police. They will take you. I got three tickets for parking on the street, which were all lies and made up faults crimes for not putting triangles out for parking in the fire lane for taking up a lane not moving Costco needs to allow people to drop their Loads earlier or at least give them parking. They turned me down delivering two days early. I thought it was a drop and hook. They wouldn’t let me park. I was out of hours. I had to park on the street in the cul-de-sac and they woke me up five hours later but three ticketsbanging on my door like I’m a murderer horrible worst place to deliver. Do not come here. The pay is not worth it. You will end up losing all your money in parking tickets $150 later.

Arrived within the appointment window. Security refused to give me a dock saying everyone was gone for the day. It’s noon. I was 45 minutes late because of traffic due to the world leader’s security in New York. I tried to explain it, they couldn’t care less. I’ve been to Costcos all over the country and this is the worst experience I’ve had delivering to one. They’re usually cool and professional. The guard did say he’s usually not at this one, so that explains it…he clearly doesn’t care and just was his hourly. Set me back a day and a half when he could have easily assigned me a door. And tomorrow is my daughter’s birthday. Smh.

They have staging area/overnight parking on site near the guard shack. In advance info about staging lot to the assigned door appear (pager doesn’t ring). It’s not staging area. This lot is directly opposite the assigned door. Move to it and wait when pager alarms and tells you to park in a dock. Was unloaded in 1 hour and a half. On the way out had to wait 30 minutes in a long queue.

Drivers be ware local police ticket the hell out off you if you park from exit of I-70 all way to castco DC do not park on street overnight. However your appointment 24 hrs early God bless castco will take you in but no go out bobtail . They to busy to get unload and expect delay 3-5 hrs.

Appt 05:30 .. arrived 21:30 day before. Got door #119.. open doors, sleep and wait. Start unloading 05;15 .. done 05;50 ??.. thanks . If you are the next.. just park in front.. nose in .. ????

What the hell is wrong with these clowns parked next to the docks blocking the road. I first thought everyone got their dock numbers and waiting to back in one after another. In reality they just parked there as if it’s a staging area. If you see trucks like these on your way to your door just go around them and save your time

Truckers lined up outside the entryway probably asleep - Thank you to the Costco driver who blew at me so I didn’t wait behind them. This place runs a tight ship it’s Great! In & Out even gave my puppy a biscuit total 5 stars!

I don't know why so many bad comments. I was here 2 times and both times were great. I had a 5am appointment. I was in at 3:30, got a door right away, empty by 4:30am. I had a full load of frozen bread. Maybe depends what time you arrive and what product you have... I don't know but I'd gladly come here again

Trash trash trash. 4:00 a.m. appointment. In the dock by 5:00 a.m., Green light by 7:30. Someone knocked on my door and woke me up because my light was green and I was halfway awake. Leave the doors open go out the door and then when I go to close my doors after I get my proof of delivery (clean bills), Guess what? They never unloaded my trailer. So I go back to the receiving lady Paulina A Pelaez (name that was on my receipt showing delivered) I asked her if the product was rejected she said no and then she said with a nasty tone "Why did you leave and not look?". Mind you it's like 5° outside so I told her the truth because it's cold ?. So she starts to be rating me so basically I told her do you want your product because I have a signature showing that you received it? And then she told me to leave. Listen just to preface I'm not your typical truck driver I came from the corporate world. I did customer service for high end corporations So I know how to speak with people and how to coach and develop people doing customer service and sales and that lady should not be interacting with the public. Also aren't you security shouldn't you be insuring that I'm not leaving with product in my truck? ???

This is the worst place I've ever been to. Starting from the start, they had a worker out by the road and he stopped me and told me to stay right going through. So I did just that, come to find out you're supposed to stay LEFT, staying right is for their carriers. About 7 of 8 other drivers also did just that so I know it wasn't ME mishearing anything. Then after I sort that all out, I get a door, an start heading around the building. I tell you, this is the most disorganized warehouse I've ever been to. You have trucks parking in the middle of the lanes all while trucks are both coming in and out. There's plenty of room but everyone seems to drive wherever they please, ever see those videos of traffic in India? That's exactly what it felt like.

been here since 9am then waited for dock door. sat in the staging area for 1hr and half when pager says to go to dock 524. After heading to the dock down the hill, i notice my dock already has a truck locked in and driver waiting. i sit in front of the docks for 2 hours then my pager says load complete. on top of slow learning drivers, the dock door pager goes off and i go knock on the driver door. As soon as i move to the door, another pulls up out of nowhere behind saying he has the same door. no management of docks around door 500-553 so trucks are all over and the yard drivers dont have radios to the gate at all. i’ve delivered loads to costco stores and dc’s as a dedicated and OTR driver. This is by far the worst DC ive been to period.

I am seeing some driver reviewing this facility lower saying docks are congested. Delivering here, I noticed it’s not their fault. Some idiot drivers are asked to wait at the parking lot while given the dock number and told that YOU ARE STAGED that door. Even on their buzzers it displays STAGED FOR DOOR. Yet these idiots proceed to docks and make the area congested. Then someone from the warehouse had to come out and help the drivers move across the waiting trucks to back up at the dock. Video 2: some drivers ran out of patient and started fighting wach other. ? The only failure the workers had here is to manage to keep the waiting drivers in the staging area.

HORRIBLE set up by this Costco DC. It’s like going to the Dr. office it’s so overbooked! This was my first and LAST time here and I’ve been to most of them. You can stage ‘anywhere’? What the heck? I didn’t understand until I tried to get to my dock… I was staged on a dock that had someone in it… ok maybe that’s just weird wording from the guard shack employee… but she said I could stage in the usual spot or go around to the back where my door was. I staged in the regular area. So buzzer sounded as usual, different door than first assigned, took pictures to cya, and when I round the corner of the building dead stop. Why you say? Because there are 6 trucks across and 2 deep staging in the middle of their drive area, with only a narrow way around for BOTH directions of travel! Fuel truck filling their day cabs so Tight maneuvering and it’s a free for all people! ZERO etiquette! So channel your inner Mad Max or Furiosa (KIDDING!) Also the amount of trucks Parked in the exit lanes is CRAZY! I’ll be adding pictures! I would give this place 0 stars but the woman at the guard building was nice, it’s not her fault this place is run so poorly! Do Better Costco!!! We all know you can, contact Sumner, SLC, Morris, Monroe, Tolleson, Dallas, Mira Loma, or Tracy… any of these Costco DCs can tell you how it SHOULD Be Done! (Been to 7 out of the 10 and this is the WORST!)

OMG so slowwwww to unload, plenty of space, nice security people, clear instructions to get in/out, dirty restrooms. We miss the next load because of the unloader, TOOOOOOOO SLOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWW... At the end we parked outside in the drive lane!

Parking is plenty for overnight and street parking either way and that STAFF are very professionals and cordial and very nice individuals !! It would help you greatly if you could check in at least two Hours before your appointment because it gets really hectic and heavy traffic around 5am ?!! Once you dock its fairly easy load out about less than an 1Hr very fast unloading in my personal experience!! Good luck
