I attempted to change my own flat tire on a cold brisk night. Unfortunately after getting the spare off, the jack slipped, the car dropped and I was stuck. Perez towing was there in less than 15 minutes. They brought along two technicians and had my spare on my car and everything put away within 10 minutes. They were kind, friendly and so helpful. They put me at ease in a very stressful situation. Their number is now plugged into my phone in case of future emergencies. Highly recommend!
My husband was involved in a pretty bad accident in July. Sadly we were taken advantage of from Perez towing. When she showed up she said the insurance company didn't day that it was a rescue (the car was in a tree/bush line) which is not our fault we told the insurance company. She said it would be $250 and that we would have to pay tight then and there. She said the insurance company would pay for $100. We didn't want to fight about it as it was 6am and we had been there since 3am. She didn't give us a receipt because her machine was broken. I texted her later to get a receipt. She sent one over that said rescue $150 and tow $100. We were confused why it was so high. The insurance company said it seemed really high as well. When I questioned her on why it was so high she stated that it was a rescue which makes sense but it was only a 4 minute drive from the accident so the $100 doesn't make sense for a 4 minute drive. When I asked about it again she said the $100 was for attaching the car to the tow truck which really doesn't make sense. When asked for more clarification she said I need to contact my insurance company. I won't ever recommend Perez towing. They also keep deleting my reviews.
Great Tow company. On time..treated my car like their own.. and took me home after the drop off. All at a very good price. Definitely will use them for now on.
I was unable to drive my car home the other night in a pretty bad snow storm. My roadside assistance sent me Perez Towing. Oscar was absolutely incredible. He made a stressful situation after a long workday so much better with his professionalism, his kindness, and most of all, his ability to get the job done right. He got me and my car home safely, maneuvering unplowed roads like a superhero, all the while relating to me like we were longtime friends. We chatted about our children, laughed together about the shoddy work the road crews were doing, and thanked God together for his provision in getting us where we were going safely. I hope you're doing well, Oscar! It was a pleasure to ride along with you! I will choose Perez Towing anytime I have the chance!
Very timely and kind. They sent photos of my car to me to tell me my car was at the dealership safely! Appreciated it very much! Little pricey but customer service is stellar !
First time calling Perez Towing to help tow my son's motorcycle, which they happily did. They were on time, affordable and friendly. The best part, we didn't have to wait 3hrs for their service. I'll definitely be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
I cannot say enough nice things about Perez Towing! I had been waiting almost 4 hours for my 'roadside service' to provide a tow on a Friday afternoon from Darnestown to Frederick.
Finally called a couple of towing companies myself - Perez was by far the most reasonable price and Rosie showed up in 20 minutes just as she said she would! Rosie was very professional and personable and her gentle calming nature helped bring me down off the ledge after 4 hours of frustration. There are not enough stars up top to rate how I would like to rate Perez towing. Highly recommend using Perez for your towing needs.

Perez towing did a great job moving my vehicle. my vehicle was stuck on the vNeck of my trailer and i needed a winch to help get it off the trailer. Their price for the service was excellent and their response was superior. Recommending to AAA they use their service in the future. Only complaint, recommend you watch and communicate with them in advance to see how and where they are moving your property.
I had an accident on the way to visit my son in Washington, D.C. and was able to drive to the nearest exit but there was extensive damage. I called another towing company but the woman who answered was very difficult. Being from out of town, I didn't know where I needed the car to go or even what was nearby. I called Perez based on Google reviews. Hector and Rosie were there in a flash and they took care of everything. I had the car towed to a dealer but later found out that they didn't have a collision shop and Hector and Rosie towed it to a wonderful shop (Zamoras). Perez towing are kind, hardworking and dependable. I could not have been more relieved to have found them!
Amazing price and service! They towed my car from Maryland to Virginia quickly and safely. They were accommodating to unload the car in my driveway since we could not start it at the original location.
they were supposed to tow a car for me. the came and the car was not there. This charged my credit card $127 for a service that was not completed. the rep told me that was there policy which was never informed off verbally or in writing before the charge.
If I could give 10 stars I would. We were stranded after a grueling guesswork battle on the GW parkway. We had been breaking down and repairing when we had to call time of death on our Forester.
After trying to get numerous tow companies in VA AND DC to not show up, we called Perez. Half an hour later we are hooked up and getting car home. Nicest and affordable. They are the best.
WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF I COULD!! Hector and his lovely wife were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They were fast to show up to a 2 am call for help and showed up like a knight and shining flatbed! The were quick to the call, kept me updated on arrival, practiced extreme patience and kindness while having trouble reaching my insurance company (over 90 minutes!!). I am unable to express fully how much I appreciate them and what an outstanding job they did!!
Rosie and Hector came to save the day for me when I wrecked my car. They were there in less than 5 minutes. They were courteous, kind, happy to be able to be of assistance and all around incredible people to work with! Not only that, but they didn't charge skyrocket amounts of money in order for me to get my car towed back home. I highly, highly recommend Rosie and Hector to tow your car if ever you're in trouble! I thank them over and over and they were so kind and gracious. Instead of 5 out of five I give them 10 out of 10 for how amazing they were with me in my hour of need. Thank you Rosie, thank you Hector you have both made my life so much better and so much easier! Not only that they towed my car back into my parking space. 10 out of 10 for sure! Perez Towing was our angel today! On our way home my tire blew out on 270, called my road side assistance and they couldn't help me out at all. They flat out told me that if they couldn't get the tire off they would still charge me. So I decided to search for a towing company on my own, that's how I found Perez Towing! Not only did they explain to me how they could help me, but assured me that they would indeed be able to help me. As soon as I was off the phone they arrived in 10 mins and got to work. They talked me through everything and made sure I was safely back on the road with my family! Thank You Again!! Muchas Gracias por todo!!!
They came out quick but charged me an arm and a leg to do so ($690). They were thoughtful in that the wife sent me some pain medicine after wrecking my car and the driver was very friendly and kind on the 1.5 hour drive to my house. I would have given them an AMAZING review .... but they illegally charged me an additional $318 and when confronted the wife/secretary claimed she didn't know why then called back to say it was bc it was a "rescue tow". We had discussed the entire situation before I was quoted the $689 charge. There was NO MENTION AT ANY TIME of an additional $318 charge. I even tipped him $50! They did refund my money, but it's a shame that such good, fast service was overshadowed by them stealing from me.
Hector Perez Towing was there when I needed it the most. They provided quick and affordable service , with ease of payment. They were also super friendly and made me feel really comfortable given the situation. Crossing my fingers my car doesn’t break down anytime soon- but now I know who to call if there is a next time! I would highly recommend plugging their number in your phone in case of emergency. Trust me, you won’t regret it- they were great!
