I can’t thank Tevin and Oakmont Towing enough for their incredible service. Accidents are scary enough but Tevin arrived promptly and really put me at ease with his kindness and professionalism. He was also super communicative and always there if I had any questions even after dropping me off, which helped a lot. Last night I had a great experience with Oakmont Towing and wanted to share.
My father-in-law got stuck in a bunch of mud on a farm with my big pickup and trailer. I first called another tow company in the area, but they wanted a bunch of pictures, weren’t sure if they could even do it, and pretty much had every excuse not to come out.
Then I called Oakmont Towing and spoke with the owner, Tevin. He couldn’t have been nicer. He told me most of his guys were off since they had been working at the fair all day, but he said he’d come himself as soon as he could. The only thing he asked me was if I thought his truck could get in safely without getting stuck. I said yes, and he was there in less than an hour.
He pulled the truck out first, then came up with a really creative way to get the trailer out, which honestly looked almost impossible. He had both out in under an hour.
The price was more than fair. I’ve paid more for jobs that were way easier than this one. I’m very thankful for Tevin and Oakmont Towing. He’s got a customer for life, and if you ever need a tow, I’d highly recommend giving them a call.
My son broke down hours from home this past weekend. I called Oakmont based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. Tevin, personally answered the phone. He arrived on location in no time and even called me back to let me know my son was at the shop and safe. This worried mom would highly recommend Tevin and his team!
When my car broke down the other day and my usual shop couldn't take a look at my car for almost a week not only did Oakmont towing come through to pick up my car he not only took care of everything, very reasonable price, professional, but he recommended another shop that he knew and they were amazing and very reasonably priced as well and had my car in, looked at, fixed, and back to me in just a couple days. Instead of having to wait almost a week just for my car to be looked at. I highly recommend checking them for any car needs.
It was a blistering hot Saturday at the Lavender Festival and I accidentally locked the wrong set of keys in my car, (both fobs needed batteries and yes they were replaced today), Tevin was there in a flash to the rescue to Jimmy my door open. I couldn't have been happier with the promptness and amazing customer service. 10/10 recommend Oakmont Towing & Recovery!!!

16 miles doesn’t seem like much, but it’s much further when your car is overheating and you just want to get home. Still it’s much easier to deal with when there are capable and even kind folks out here to help.
These guys are everything you could hope for when you call for assistance and more. I haven’t had to call for a tow in a long time, but they made the process smooth, easy, and quick. They called to let me know that they were on their way as I actually called a 3rd party dispatch. They made sure then of exactly where I was located and gave an arrival estimate. Again they gave a heads up 10 minutes out.
As soon as they got there I was moved to a safer location inside the truck cab while they did the real work. My car was loaded smoothly onto the flatbed and well secured, and away we went. Those 16 miles didn’t seem so daunting then. After safely transporting my vehicle and myself home the unloading process went off without a hitch. My baby is home safe now where it can be worked on the way it needs to be, and I’ve got the number of some very good people to call if I ever need their services again.
Tevin and Oakmont Towing is 5 stars all the way. These guys are friendly and professional. They stepped up when I needed help the most. They didn’t raise rates on me, and on top of it they worked with me when I didn’t have enough money for the tow. They showed up and loaded up my car less than 20 minutes after calling. Plus gave me a ride an hour down the road. I couldn’t recommend them more!
Had an old truck that needed to be moved and didn’t have the keys. Oakmont towing helped me out so much, came out at a good time and were more than willing to work with my situation, good price too. Definitely would recommend them to anyone needing some help in the area. Thank you so much!!

I must say this is the best service I have ever received in my life !!! These guys are sent from god himself !! I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I was for the quick response and how well he worked to get my van out of a deep ditch. Made sure to take care of the softer parts on my van to not mess them up or break them. Let me say it like this, bad bad storm trees and power lines down, my big van turning it around on a very small not so wide road and boom in a ditch I go. Gave them a call and he tells me he’s 10 minutes out. What service!!! He showed up on time and pricing was more than fair and competitive. If I could recommend a fast and reliable tow service when you’re stuck in the woods or anywhere give these guys a call I promise you that you made no mistakes! I would give 10 stars if I could! When I called Oakmont towing due to my car breaking down, Kevin assured me he would be there in 45 minutes. He was there in exactly 45 minutes. He also made sure he knew exactly where to find me on the side of the road near a farm. He took me to the mechanic of my desire where I had another car available for me to get home. In addition he took the time to check out my engine to determine what happened assuring me that the damage might not be that bad. What a great team he and Michael were to help me in my predicament. I now know there is a reliable service if this should ever happen to me again. They were great caring young men !!!
Oakmont towing & recovery helped me get my broken-down truck from my home to the repair shop. They were punctual, polite, and provided great service and communication even sending pictures of the pickup and drop off. Highly recommended.
Five stars does not even begin to do justice to the experience I just had. My wife and I were driving from Harpers Ferry WV to Annapolis MD when my truck lost all power on I-70 near New Market. Horrible place to lose power. Very scary. I called Oakmont as soon as I got to the shoulder. Kevin (the owner) told me that all his trucks were on other calls but that he would hop in a spare truck and come get me right away. He showed up in under 20 minutes, put my truck in a flatbed, and off we went. Kevin ended up fixing the problem on his own (DPF issue in an F350 diesel) and then delivered the truck to me the next morning. You cannot ask for any better than that. That level of service and professionalism is off the charts. Just incredible. Truly confidence inspiring and very much appreciated.

Saturday night I was riding my motorcycle home from work at night and I ran into three deer blocking the road, the front of my bike was totaled. Our insurance company said a tow truck was thirty minutes away then twenty minutes later I got a text that they cancelled this happened three more times over the course of four hours and Tevin said he'll come get me he won't cancel, and sure enough he drove from Fredrick MD I was in Phoenix MD, he drove and hour and towed me back home. The crazy part is he didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it either. 10/10 really great guy if things go south and I need a tow he has my business. I was in an accident at 840pm I got home at 1am I'm sure if he wasn't there I'd still be waiting for a tow.
Was driving my girlfriend’s car and it broke down. I called Oakmont Towing and Recovery and they immediately stopped what they were doing and came to my location. They were kind enough to even hook a code reader up to the car to give me an idea of the problem and hauled it promptly to the shop of my choosing. Can’t thank them enough! Great guys!

Special thanks to Tevin for everything he did to get my car home; my car does not work at all not even on neutral and he worked his butt off to get my car on/off the tow bed a stressful situation he kept his head up and kept pushing even offered us the repair shop you guys have before leaving the tow area I was at. Great human being! My car broke down about an hour away from my home. The weather was extremely terrible. The rain was pouring down heavy. I called almost 5 other towing companies around the way where my car broke down at and noone was willing to come out in the rain to help tow my car. I called Oakmont Towing and Recovery and within 20 minutes, the driver showed up. After loading my car on the tow truck, he drove behind me to drop off the renter car i was in, then I rode with him to drop off my personal car that was being towed to my mechanic job.

Tevin is absolutely amazing. We got our Uhaul truck stuck in our backyard trying to move some stuff out of the basement. Uhaul said it would be $500 to get it out, we called Tevin praying he would be able to help. He was able to get the truck out quickly and for way less than Uhaul said. Would 100% call Oakmont towing again.
Oakmont Towing and Tevin really pulled through for me today! I was having trouble with the transmission on my car and needed to have it towed to the dealership. With very little notice, they fit me into their schedule and took the care needed to ensure my vehicle was properly transported and received at the service bay. I’m a uber driver while dropping off a rider in the middle of night to a remote location. Unfortunately this was on a mountain got struck in a narrow road.
