Has got to be the worst managed store I have ever had dealings with. They have no idea what they are doing no less any customer skills. I gave 1 star b/c there was no 0. And that would be a compliment.
I went to ten different auto parts stores today to get an oil filler cap. I thought this would be a simple item to acquire but apparently I was wrong. Every other store just shrugged, but the guy at this store went in the back (right before closing) and found something that would work for me. Thank you for your help today, truly a life saver.
Went in with a random hinge piston with the numbers worn off. Staff wouldn't stop till I got what I needed. They treated me like a customer ready to spend $1000. My part was $22. Everyone should buy parts here.
This store had exactly what I was looking for, it was a hard to find item and they had it for a GREAT price... life saver for me at that time in the evening!
We walked in, boom, they were kind to my kids, and very helpful to me. When they did not have a part I needed they gave me three alternate locations to help.
I always go here first for my auto needs because they make it worth it.
Never disappointed with this location. Staff are helpfull and knowledgeable. Fabian and Danny are two great Managers who know how to take care of their customers.
Unfortunately my visit wasn’t great. I entered the store as the only customer and the gentleman at the desk was helping someone on the phone, which I understand but there were at least two other people behind the desk and not a single person sought to help me. After a few minutes you begin to feel silly standing there alone in front of people who are supposed to help you. Also the other guy behind the desk (not on the phone) would answer the phone only to put people on hold for the other guy. I’m sure they are nice people, but they aren’t in a hurry to help you that’s for sure. I left without getting what I needed.
Extremely extremely awesome place wish they had a big facility like AutoZone but boy they +10 times better then AutoZone . The experience and helpfulness of the employees I felt like a friend not a customer .
These guys are straight shooters. Helped me get the right part and made sure it was exactly what I needed. Friendly and easy to engage with, made the process go smoothly.
Came into this location for the first time with my boyfriend. First off none of the 3 employees on the sales floor even cared to greet us. Once we were unable to find the part we were looking for we stood in "line" in front of the registers in which 3 employees were standing around. One employee was helping a customer, the second employee was standing around behind the registers not doing a damn thing while the 3rd employee was having lunch at his register. Even at this point none of them cared to say a word until we had to verbally ask if any were available to help in which no one wanted to help. To top of this trip their prices are 3x if not more expensive than competitors. Never coming here again. What a joke. Unprofessional and zero customer service.
I usually have no problems with auto part stores but with this location I have. I had ordered a part online to be delivered to the store and apparently they lost it and I had to wait longer to get my part, And when I went to pick it up they were closed before the posted time on the door.
Awesome friendly staff. Got me the correct parts I needed plus answered all my questions simple and fast. Would recommend to all do it yourself mechanics
NAPA hasn't let me down yet, whatever part my car needs can be found in their stacks. The employees know that we're not all mechanics and are very helpful.
I came in to price a vehicle Jump Starter. I walked around the store for about 5 minutes and when I decided to head towards the door that's when some decided to speak with me. I ended up buying the product I needed from Walmart down the street from this NAPA store. Don't waste your time and/or money at this location.
The customer service from Kevin Titus was the worst I have ever encountered. The manager should take a closer look at who he employs in his stores because this guy was rude and gave terrible customer service I wouldn't go to this store again even if it was the only auto parts store in Frederick. I will be taking my business to the other auto parts stores in Frederick.
