Two stars is generous. This place is so slow! By the time we got into the interior cleaning area the spots had dried all over the car. For the money spent here, this was a terrible experience.
I’ve had a monthly membership since they opened up this location and I gotta tell you guys the service has gone down the gutter. Sitting in their waiting room expecting a sub par job . It’s time to cancel

The gentleman who runs the inside tunnel of the car wash is truly exceptional. I always look forward to seeing his smile—he brings such a positive, uplifting energy every single time I come through. Great staff, quick, they pay attention to details. Clean space, nice waiting area with coffee you can sit and watch your car be cleaned. Love their membership, I probably go a little too often.
I accidentally signed up for a monthly plan... When I realized and called the number on my credit card bill they were very helpful in getting me a refund of recent payments and a gift card for additional credits. Thanks Robert.
Paid $20.00 for a car wash. Got home and my car had spots all over it. It's like it wasn't even rinsed. I will never go here again. Such a waste of money.
I had my car cleaned today choosing the Fusion Max, Full Service Interior and the Tire Clean. When I got home I noticed that the cleaning left behind both bug and tar splatter and that my front license plate had been bent and the frame broken. Very disappointing for a $50 outlay.
My car was still dirty after the wash. The car wash looked fancy. But it was twenty bucks and didn't even clean half my car. I had to finish washing it by hand when I got home. I'd like a refund.
I ordered the top tier exterior wash and included $10 tip. No one even touched my vehicle. There were 3 spots on the hood with bird droppings left behind. I had to wipe the vehicle down myself. There are far better places in Frederick. I’m really sorry that I tried this one.
Just got my car washed. Very disappointed on the lack of cleaning on the inside of my car. I have a small suv, the workers did not even attempt to clean the back or the 2nd row. I came home and cleaned the inside myself. I will not go back again.
Today I realize that quality matters a lot and that the name is just a name. Today I lost $45, I only paid for them to pour colored soap and water on my truck. It ended up dirty. I think they only care about taking your money once and they don't care about the quality. Very bad work.
Very impressive operation they got going on here. So fast. They take the best care of my Cadillac Escalade. They have brand new machines that don't leave any scratches in the finish. I send all my cars here.
The best car wash in the area, particularly the tire shine that looks far better than any other car wash I've been to. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating, and quick to resolve any issues. The individuals in the car wash tunnel spend an appropriate time with the pre-wash, unlike other car washes where they just go through the motions. It's also easier to navigate with a larger vehicle than other locations. I take my cars every week with the Unlimited plan. Highly recommend.
My husband treated me to a car wash and a basic interior cleaning package here (about $40 total), but unfortunately, it wasn’t worth it. The interior was barely touched. The dashboard wasn’t wiped down, the display screen was still dirty, and the vacuuming was sloppy at best.
When I brought my concerns to the manager, I was stunned by her response. She said, “Don’t come here on weekends. We don’t have enough time to do a good job.” Then added, “If you come on weekdays, we usually can get the small details.” She refused to redo the cleaning, and honestly, I was tempted to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.
Instead, I called the number on their website and got in touch with Robert, who was kind, understanding, and apologetic. He offered me a free upgrade to their "steam cleaning" service to make things right. I appreciated the effort, so I agreed and brought the car back.
They worked on my car for about 45 minutes—but again, I was disappointed. The vents, which were supposedly cleaned with steam, were still dusty. There was still sand in the trunk from a beach trip. And now my windshield had streaks all over it. If I had actually paid the $80 for that steam treatment, I would’ve been furious.
To be fair, I did send Robert photos showing the issues, and he acknowledged that they hadn’t done the job properly and was genuinely surprised. I really do appreciate that he tried to make it right. At least someone cared.
But overall, if you’re looking for a quality car cleaning—especially interior—this just isn’t the place. Even with a second chance, they couldn't deliver.
This is my second time here (the reviews were great so thought the first was a fluke!) and there is left over soap residue all over my car again. Side mirrors both have spots all over them and looking out the back window there are so many spots. All over headlights, front hood, back of car.
They were very backed up today so we waited a while and that is completely fine with me but the car not being clean for the top wash is frustrating. I’ve spent $50+ there for satisfactory washes.
Fusion Car Wash is a convenient spot with potential, but my experiences have been hit or miss. While the exterior cleaning is decent, the interior service often feels inconsistent. Sometimes the vacuuming and interior wipe-down are thorough, but other times details get overlooked.
One frustrating issue is the water spots left on my car. No matter what time of day I visit, my vehicle is often completely dry (with water spots!) before it even reaches the bay for drying and vacuuming. This defeats the purpose of a professional car wash.
Lastly, the speed of service could improve. The workers don’t seem particularly efficient, and it often takes longer than expected for my car to be ready. With some attention to detail and faster service, Fusion could become a go-to option, but as of now, it leaves something to be desired.
If they were to move a bit faster, I’d give 5 stars. But for now it’s 4.
Left a film of dirt on both back corners of my car completely untouched. Didn’t notice it until I parked the car at home 20 minutes away so that’s $15 down the drain. Worse yet, had to eventually spend another $11 at the Royal Farms car wash to finish the job. Save your money and avoid. A cheaper and simple gas station wash does a far better job
Do not go to this car wash. Unless you have an hour to burn. I've been waiting in line for over 45 minutes after getting the car washed to get the interior cleaned. And once you're in line there's no way to get out you're stuck. And you pay a premium for that experience. it should not take 45+ minutes to get your car washed. I will not come here again, it's very poorly managed. I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with this mismanagement.
From the selection, purchase, exterior and interior wash to helping my 5 year old find the right lollipop flavor; I was pleasantly impressed with the exceptional customer service being a first time Fusion customer. My only complaints are not wiping down /cleaning the backs of the driver and passenger seats, or the front door pockets. Other than that, I’m a satisfied customer and will return.
This is a wonderful place to bring your car for a quick wash. I am a stay at home mom and it is convenient since they give lollipops and coffee while you wait! Thank you for this awesome service!!

Great and fast NEW car wash services. It's not bad for $25, and you can purchase additional upgrades as well. For example, ceramic coating adds protection to your car, especially with all the pollen. I can wipe it off easier on my car. Staff will clean the inside of your car for an additional fee. Friendly and professional.
From the moment you arrive you are greeted the customer service is above and beyond the management is really courteous and tunnel is great it gives the car a good wash. Also the crew give the attention to detail from start to finish they take pride on what they do and that makes it stand out from the rest. They offer courtesy coffee and some candy for the little ones. The overall experience is worth it makes you come back again. Hopefully they offer a full detail service in the near future.
