Took our Sorento here at the last minute because the tire was not holding air. They were extremely helpful and very quick. Only needed a repair, and they didn't try to push any extra services (which is always much appreciated). We will definitely be coming back in the future!
This business is the best. They not only offered me options to resolve my problems and saved me money but were able to offer other services I needed. Julie is very personable and helpful in explaining procedures and giving me options, no pressure. Coffee and a cookie was such a nice way to relax after a rather stressful day dealing with car problems.
Took my car in because it was making a weird noise, they let me know the engine needed to be replaced, but said I should call the dealer to see if it was under warranty. My car is over 13 years old and had 110k so I thought it was a long shot. But they were right! So glad they were looking out for me even if it wasn't making them money. I highly recommend them.
I have been taking my car here for years. At one time, they were great. Then, not so much, but about 18 months ago, either new ownership or management came in and they are great! Excellent service, fair and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highlt recommend them if you need service on your car
I called for an appointment and was able to get one the very next day. Erin is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and the price was a lot lower than what I was paying at the dealership ! Great job !
Excellent customer service and fixed our issues quickly. Went to get lunch and it was done by the time I got back. Employees were very informative and helpful, making us feel comfortable and were very friendly and easy to talk to. Will be coming back for any issues in the future.
Not quite the service, attention to detail, or cleanliness that this Tire World used to be. Not sure what happened. $1400 in new tires, and the car was returned with dirty wheels and tires. Couldn’t go the extra mile and clean them before returning the vehicle to the owner. Would have taken an extra 15 min, tops. Oh well.
Went in for an oil change, tires rotated and brakes checked. I had a coupon for 69 dollars for all three services. I had to wait an hour and a half. This was a first because usually they are pretty fast. When I walked in, and I was telling the lady at the counter what i needed done and that I had a coupon, I don’t think she was comprehending what I was saying because she was sick. Anyways, they only check the one of the brakes and not all four. After I left there, a few miles down the road , I checked the air pressure on my tires, and they were all wrong. They are supposed to be at 35 and they were all higher. One was at 40. So, next time before I leave, I will definitely have to have them check the air pressure before I leave. I just didn’t think I had to tell them that.
You know we're in the winter season where like everything happens to your vehicle around this time of year but I tell you one thing if you want a good service go to Mr tire down on Riverbend of Monica city Boulevard in Frederick, Maryland, and go see Sergio that's a man of Tire World that always take care of me Good guy. They do a good job there and I'll always reference them to anybody that I know have car issues thank you guys. You've been serving me for so long. I love you guys.
We were on a trip from PA to VA when we heard an odd thup, thup, thup. We stopped for gas and found a screw in our tire. We searched Google and found Tire World. We arrived at 5:30 pm and the technician discovered that the screw was causing a leak in a spot that could not be fixed - we needed a new tire. They had a replacement tire, but in an odd twist, their technician was dealing with an injury, and could not do the replacement. However, the three gals who were there immediately started suggesting alternatives, and they called Mr. Tire to confirm that they had a replacement, at which point they provided directions and sent us on our way. This is not a story of a successful sale, but instead, it is a story of kindness and goodness. Thanks to Tire World.
I had my car worked on yesterday, Erin had my price set and Sergio changed my pricing after I approved my pricing from Erin. which I didn’t appreciate Sergio doing that at all. Kyle and Lexi both have done an excellent job on my car yesterday, my car feels brand new and I’ve been coming here for over 7 years now.
Won’t be back. Not the most efficient or forth coming in regards to work to be done or charges. Too bad, they had been decent when I first started using them. Ask a lot of questions and get quotes on everything first.
I don’t know much about cars, and absolutely nothing about tires, but every time I’ve come to this tire world, they have taken excellent care of me and prices could not be more reasonable. Super competent, patient, and efficient front office staff too.
10/10 highly recommend. Had a screw in the tire. They were booked solid but still managed to fit me in. I was going through it that day and they were truly a blessing to me and my family. Professional kind and genuine.
I have been using this business for a few years and recommend them to friends. New manager is terrible. I scheduled service hours ahead of time, after waiting for 30mins they told me that they would not be able to do the work because they didn’t have items to do an oil change along with fuel filter. It was 2.5 hours before closing. I drove over an hour to get there. I drove away with no work performed and Sergio was extremely rude and condescending during his explanation of how all of this was somehow my company’s fault.
He’s only been there a few months and it shows. Used to be a great shop I will never go back again
Have stopped in a few times to have my tires repaired due to nails, screws, etc. My car; which only has 40,000 miles on it, was still on it's original tires. Called the before, they ordered the tires I needed, and installed them the next day. Was told that it might an hour plus wait time. They finished in under an hour. Easy doing business with them. Prices were very competitive and I know I'll be bringing my "tire" business to them in the future.
I needed a special alignment since my car is race-oriented and has many aftermarket parts. They were super helpful and understanding once I explained what I needed. Service was fast too. Service was fast too. They had the alignment done in a little over an hour after I dropped the car off on a Saturday. I'd definitely take my vehicles back for this type of service.
Showed up at 230 on a Saturday with a flat, had the flat fixed in 15 minutes, was back on the road. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. This place doesn’t cut corners just like the Ledos pizza that is 20 steps away. Can’t wait for my next flat tire, highly recommend!
It was a pleasant first time experience. I had a 10am appointment but my car was dropped off before then. Jeff (I believe but not sure) was kind enough to get me sooner. They don’t try to sell you nothing but just what is requested. Service and price were great. Thank you again very much.

Amazing experience. I was able to get a quote for new tires, an appointment for installation & everything completed in less than 2 days with a smile & I felt that me as a customer was of upmost importance. I am very pleased with my new tires & the level of competency they had to discuss choice options.
Talk about going above and beyond! I experienced my 3rd nail in my tire in less than a month. Thought for sure I could plug my own tire after seeing this done before. But. That was not the case. I pulled into a gas station. And randomly asked a gentleman if he knew anything about fixing tires. Without hesitation, Jeff jumped into action and delayed his own personal schedule in order to accommodate mine! He decided best to take tire to shop and fix it correctly. His customer service both in demeanor and knowledge/skill has set the bar high for others in this industry! I highly recommend tire world. And Jeff!! Thanks so much for all you did to save this damsel in distress!
I showed up on a Saturday morning for a tire replacement, but I didn’t expect to receive such stellar customer service! I had no appointment, but they managed to squeeze me in quickly and got the job done in no time.
The location is super convenient for me too, and I’ll be recommending them to coworkers, friends, and family.
