Showed up at 230 on a Saturday with a flat, had the flat fixed in 15 minutes, was back on the road. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant experience. This place doesn’t cut corners just like the Ledos pizza that is 20 steps away. Can’t wait for my next flat tire, highly recommend!
I called for an appointment and was able to get one the very next day. Erin is very friendly and knowledgeable. They were very efficient and the price was a lot lower than what I was paying at the dealership ! Great job !
Not sure what is going on with service, since Ben left customer service has gone to the dumps. The new female manager is just down right rude, unprofessional and isn't willing to help with anything. Don't use if you can possibly avoid it.
It was a pleasant first time experience. I had a 10am appointment but my car was dropped off before then. Jeff (I believe but not sure) was kind enough to get me sooner. They don’t try to sell you nothing but just what is requested. Service and price were great. Thank you again very much.
Good service and helpful staff. Oil change was $40 bucks cheaper than my last service at a different shop, and they threw in a free tire rotation and applied a 10% off coupon. 10/10

Talk about going above and beyond! I experienced my 3rd nail in my tire in less than a month. Thought for sure I could plug my own tire after seeing this done before. But. That was not the case. I pulled into a gas station. And randomly asked a gentleman if he knew anything about fixing tires. Without hesitation, Jeff jumped into action and delayed his own personal schedule in order to accommodate mine! He decided best to take tire to shop and fix it correctly. His customer service both in demeanor and knowledge/skill has set the bar high for others in this industry! I highly recommend tire world. And Jeff!! Unethical company. I have been taking my two cars to Tire world for maintenance since I moved to Frederick, MD August 2020. They were fine until now. I took my one of my car last month for routine maintenance service and it was fine. I took my SUV and they said ABS module was not working properly and they fixed it. I paid $800+ and took my car. I drove my SUV twice since I got it back from them and it started leaking very heavy and mentioned it to them. They told me to bring it back and they said the steering wheel oil was leaking they topped on the oil and gave me 2 bottles of oils sent me home. I dove the SUV half mile to my house and the oil they topped on leaked again when I parked my car. Now they're blaming it on me for not driving it often. I am afraid to drive my SUV and they're not willing to fix it. Don't trust this company please
I have had nothing but the best experiences at this location. They are quick, they listen and they definitely never try to up sale or take advantage. I trust them completely and they are just the best.

Made appt online after receiving email reminder. Brought in for lifetime oil change/tire rotation. Paid $15 for extra qt of oil. Pleasant waiting area with coffee, soft drinks, cookies. 1 hour done!
My used Carmax used car warranty was 1300 miles from the 100k mile expiration. I wanted a participating auto shop to do a thorough assessment of the health of my car before it expired. And on top of that fix my brakes and do some other maintenance. I bought the car at 54k and really only had just had brakes, tires, oil changes done and I knew it needed a close look over. Jeff and his team at Tire World were knowledgeable, skilled, efficient....but above all...honest and transparent. My driver door switch has been giving me problems for over a year. Couldn't put my windows down (only the drivers one), mirrors and door locks worked every now and then, seat heater gone A Buick dealer told me before it would be 1800 to fix the wire harness. I took it to another shop who said just replace the switch which was 500 and it still didn't work. When Jeff's team took a look at it they found out that only a wire needed replacing and the switch needed to be programmed. Thats why the new switch didnt work. For the cost of the diagnostic fee...everything is working again! They could have told me anything and I would have believed it but they were honest. I love that. I could go on and on about my experience. How they worked closely with the warranty company to get as much covered as possible, to the speed of my repairs and respectful, friendly customer service. I have found a new and forever auto repair shop and I am so happy about it! Thank you Jeff and your great team!

I had a problem with my front end of the Mercedes I just purchased. The mechanic Mark took care of the problem for me. He did a great job. I sent my daughter there to have a tire fixed no problem. I will continue to bring my cars to be repaired here. Thanks Brian
I brought in my car on a Friday evening while visiting for the weekend as they said they were able to intake the vehicle and work on Saturday. When I picked my car up around their closing time, they charged me over $1k (and left a tool under the hood of my vehicle which I had to point out to them) and my check engine light had turned on shortly after picking it up - had to drive home with a drive train issue due to this which was not an issue when I brought it in. I got back home and took it to my usual mechanic who told me that they only replaced half of the part they should have and he had to go back in (for another 5 hours of labor) to properly replace the part. I called back to see if they would refund me for at least some of the work given they didn't do it properly and it needed to be redone. It has been weeks with no reply.
We were getting ready to leave for my daughter’s wedding the next day, when a tire blew on the most important vehicle that can haul my medical equipment. So when we contacted Tire World, they said that they could get it done in time and they sure did. We take all our vehicles there. They are the best. Thanks again!

Went Tire World this morning with a screw in one of my tires. The Manager said it be about 2 hours to get fixed due to appointments ahead of me. We went and looked at the tire and unfortunately it was right on the inside edge and couldn’t be patched. The Manager found a similar 65,000 Mike tire he had in stock and said had my car ready in less than 30 minutes. These folks did a great job and I highly recommend this store.
This location and the one on industry lane, Frederick Md are great to work with. Unlike other places, this place doesn’t try to mislead and sell you a service that is NOT needed. Their projected times seem accurate and prices are fair. I don’t mind spending the money when the service and work is done with professionalism

Tire World Industry Lane in Frederick did a wonderful job repairing an oil pan leak. They were knowledgable about the service and advocated for what was needed when speaking with the warranty company. What could have been in the thousands ended up several hundred dollars. They communicated each step of the way and I personally received a phone call from the owner, Mike, introducing himself and explaining where we were in the repair process. They went the extra mile and presented a washed vehicle on the day service was complete. Thank you for a job well done!
I just moved to the area and had to find a new place to install tires on my car. The reviews for tire world were good online so I decided to give them a shot. I purchased 4 tires online and tire world was an authorized installer. The install seemed fine till I got home and washed my car. 3 out of the 4 wheels on my car were scratched. One of which had gouges out of it and it looked like they tried to paint it to cover it up slightly. I brought this to the mangers attention to have the wheels replaced. They admitted to it being their fault and they offered to repair the wheels and wouldn’t budge on getting me new wheels or compensating me to buy new ones myself. I didn’t think that is a fair offer due to the wheels being in perfect condition when brought in. I didn’t want to have shotty repair work done especially after they tried to cover it up with paint so I wouldn’t notice. I do not recommend taking your car here and would pay double the amount to not have to deal with this next time at another shop.
