Tire World had good prices and great service on my new tires. They were flexible scheduling an appointment and completed the job with great quality earlier than estimated. I will definitely be returning the next time I need new tires.

Scheduled my service online and got an appointment same day. Didn't have to wait long. What I'd like to see improved is a small desk in the waiting area to work with my laptop comfortably. Will use them again.
Tire World is always willing to go the extra mile to find the correct tire for your application. If your tire wears down before the warranty mileage, they will work with the manufacturer to get you a pro-rated price on replacement tires. Very fast at procurement and install. Went in to talk to someone before deciding on tires and service about fitment and rubbing issues I was concerned about. They ordered tires and said they would work and would be available to put them on the next day. Went to pick it up the next day and tires rubbed worse than my old ones. I suppose whoever backed the truck up into the parking spot failed to turn the wheel or report the rub or issue. I ended up having to leave my truck for another 3 days until they could order/install tires a size down on my truck. Mind you I had already paid for the previous tires which were priced $30 more per tire. Totalling up to a difference of $120. I was never refunded or given a new receipt with the new tires put on there due to their mess up which would have been addressed had they put one tire on and turned the wheel. I have called the sales person several times and he said he would see what he can do. I have not heard back from the sales person and we are going on another week.
Side note. They scratched my rim, and rifled through the glove box/center console looking for the wheel lock tool that I had left for them in the cup holder and said that it was there when I dropped it off. Do not recommend and will be looking into different future options. I hope the owner sees this and addresses the issue for future customers.
I called on a Saturday to see if they had availability for an alignment and thankfully they did. They were able to get me in within the hour and I was in and out. The staff was friendly and asked what exactly I needed. If there’s anything else I need in the future, I would come back.
The manager John is fantastic. I had 4 new cooper tires put on my truck and I wanted them to test and check my balance after having them installed. He personally over saw the balance and showed me pictures of the results making me feel confident in their workmanship. The techs all did a great job as well. I recommend this tire shop if you want to get new tires on your vehicle. Also their price was the best in town so no need to shop around.
Tire World was able to fix my tire when I walked in today. I had a screw in it that another tire store said couldn’t fix it. I’m so thankful Tire World was able to make my day !
The lifetime oil change deal has been great. They make it easy to schedule and the work is done quickly. They aren't pushing me for extra services each time which is always appreciated. The prices for the services I do need,to include new tires, is always extremely competitive.
I thought I needed new brakes but they checked it out and told me I didn't need them yet. Always so pleasant. They call me with updates. They get authorization for the work they do. Their shuttle service is convenient if you are close. I've been using them and their Rt. 26 location since 2019.
Had to get a tire replaced for state inspection. Bought two new tires at a reasonable price about 230 per tire. I walked in with no appointment and was out of there in 30-40 minutes! Excellent customer service and great waiting area. Highly recommend.
Tire World was great! I needed 4 tires and Herman ordered them for me on Monday and I went in on Tuesday and had them put on. While that was happening, the mechanic noticed that my brakes were in bad shape,(which I kind of knew)so I went ahead and had those done as well. All the work took only a little over two hours, price was reasonable, and everyone that I interacted with was very helpful and cheerful. When I left I felt like I was driving a new car . Will definitely recommend.
Fast, friendly tire repair on a Saturday morning when everyone else had long wait times. Was professional and also gave me advice to save money next time around even though it would take some of their business away. I respect that.
This is the 2nd time I am back at this place. First time was brakes, disks, rotors, calipers etc and now for a complete set of rubber. This might not be the cheapest place but I feel I’m getting an honest approach with professional employees. The work is always clean and fast and the people are always friendly. Thank again.
Customer service was excellent and the prices were very fair. You can truly tell that they care about their customers-they went above and beyond to make sure my car got exactly what it needed. Great experience, super helpful, trustworthy. I highly recommend. Driving from out of town, I had a tire issue and instead of taking advantage of my situation, they were so helpful to fix my tire. I stopped by without an appointment during a super busy Friday, and they squeezed me in as best as they could to get me back on the road. I want to especially thank Anne and Eddie as they exemplify what customer service means.
Have been a customer with these folks for a couple of years for oil change. There were no problems for a couple of times, but lately came to change the oil again. These geniuses put the wrong filter that came with thinner o-ring (how difficult is it to match the model and the number?). Upon installation they did not verify leaks, as a result got an oil leak through the oil cap that spilled oil all over the engine, alternator and belts. Thank you very much, but this was the last time I changed oil with you. You lost the customer because of your negligence and incompetence.
For perspective customers, please don't take chances with these guys, go for service elsewhere.
UPDATE: as a reply to your alleged inability to find the service in your records for me... Look for bmw 5 series you did the oil change to 3 times. Note, I always brought my own oil with me. Did you have many bmw for oil change like that (wouldn't be too many bmw cars with invoice for a filter and labor only)? Or perhaps you need a date of service to verify?
UPDATE 2: After painfully sending all evidences, including credit card charges, Ben Kieffer ultimately admitted that I was their customer in the email communication. However, upon discussion of mitigating steps, Ben simply shifted the blame over to the car by saying that, quoting: "the filter used is the correct based on manufacturer recommended for the vehicles serviced. [It] is not going to be a failure of a filter but expected a failure of the vehicle". Then Ben disappeared, stopped answering the email.
Petty and pathetic behavior by the business who don't want to own their misdeeds. Advice to potential customers: don't deal with them, they will not own problems that they were the reason for.
UPDATE 3 to the very recent "new answer" from TireWorld: Another lie and deception. Service dates were provided in the email communication (Ben bragged himself that he was able to find the correct customer by going through the date of service). It was also very clearly communicated to Ben when the oil leak was first discovered (early December), but it doesn't mean the leak started the same day when observed. However, Ben argued that either leak appears during "the first 15 minutes of installation" or otherwise it is a car failure. This is a pathetic reply from a mechanics shop, who must know that oil leaks can develop if the part "almost fits" but nevertheless incorrect. And this is what TireWorld did - installed "almost correct part" and leak developed. But Ben prefers to blame the failed car. FYI, Ben and TireWorld - after I replaced the correct o-ring, there is no leak anymore.

These amazing professionals saved my life and my pockets! I had an unexpected danger and expense. To my avail, they were local so I called to see about getting two new versus a whole set. They recommended I get a whole for maximum efficiency and i now have a world of difference!

That said, Jeff is amazing, hard working and professional. Came in for a tire patch... Ended up getting a tire rotation price I couldn't turn down, AND a heads up on my exhaust system that he did not have to go the extra mile in pointing out a possible ISSUE, ALL for a very affordable price! Thank you so much for your candor and honesty. Integrity means everything to me.
Even the manager was cordial, respectful, and welcoming to genuine conversation during the wait.

This is the second time Tire World has serviced a vehicle as needed. Last November of the year 2023 the truck had problems handled throughly between the shop and warranty company. Again, a few weeks ago in 2024 the truck had a check engine light issue that was a valve problem resulting in the lowering of the gas tank to satisfy the truck’s computer system for a successful emissions test. Within a heartbeat the truck was back on the road, roaring and fighting its way to life. Thanks so much Tire World Industry Lane! I’m a very satisfied customer two times out without a line and hardly any wait time!!
