Mark Lawson and the whole team at Frederick Motors was extremely accommodating and helpful from start to finish of the buying process. Highly recommend them and the dealership. They worked with me on coming to a fair deal, offered the vehicle at a great initial asking price, and were not pushy at all with options or add-ons ever. Dave was fantastic!!!! Found a used vehicle on the website and there were only two photos. Dave was nice enough to send more photos and I knew it was my next vehicle. His communication prior to the visit was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and a multi tasker. The purchasing process was very quick. Office staff were friendly. My vehicle came with a warranty, which was great, and he explained in detail the coverage details. Definitely would purchase from them again. Thank you Dave!! I will take care of "our" Honda!!! Lol. I(I am still in awe of the Thunderbird on the showroom floor)

After looking for a vehicle for a couple weeks and not finding anything that met my criteria I was lucky enough to stumble onto The Frederick Motor Company. They had a truck in stock that looked sharp, was in excellent shape, nice price, and the dealer had a solid online rep. When I went to see my potential new ride I met Dave. He was friendly, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, no pressure, and a genuinely likable person. We checked out the vehicle, drove it around, and it was a good experience. The following day, when I told Dave I was coming back to make the purchase, he had everything ready when I arrived. Papers were good to go, truck was cleaned, gassed up, and plates were mounted. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive off. Thank You Dave, and the rest of your team! I can’t imagine anything that could have made the transaction smoother and I’m positive I made the right decision buying my next truck from you. I totally recommend these people!

Some of the friendliest sales people I’ve ever met! I had a very good time navigating my wants and needs in a vehicle with a gentleman named Franco! Very excellent customer service from that young man, was not pushy and trying to force the car down my throat and was also able to come bring the car to a fair price! Highly recommend this place and the young gentleman Franco!

As much as I hate to do this, there is no other choice. I bought my Bronco from them and sales process was great. However the service is has to be the worst service I have ever dealt with. Every time I call to schedule for a oil change or anything they just keep hanging up or it just keeps ringing and no one picks up during business hours. When they pick up they are extremely rude and things don't get done. I've had my car brought in for a simple issue of speakers making weird noise in the back. I have the upgraded stereo but it definitely should not sound like this. After having it brought 3 times to them they still can't fix the issue or keep saying its done when they clearly still hear the problem when I use the stereo infront of them. Sorry to say this but I will take taking my business somewhere else where it could be appreciated. Also the last time I am buying a FORD again with this service. I will also reach out to Ford about this because they are the ones that recommended this dealership to me.

I recently leased a Mustang Mach E from Frederick Motor Co. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Our salesman, Doug Taylor was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first EV and Doug went through all of the Mustang features, as well as general info on owning an EV. The Sales Manager, Stafford Horetz, was also very helpful. When we went to the dealership to sign the lease agreement, Doug went through the key features again, as well as helpful charging info and other important highlights. The Finance Director, Elmer Orozco, was also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Frederick Motor Co and Doug Taylor.

I took my 2024 Ford F-150 XLT to the Frederick, Maryland Quick Lane for routine servicing on the 28th of August and was very satisfied with the services rendered from the professional staff at this facility. They informed me of the approximate time that it would take for the service, and my vehicle was ready exactly as stated and I used my Ford points which was easy and simple. The entire experience was perfect, and I was able to have my truck serviced and on my way with confidence that it had been handled with experience and professionalism. Many thinks for this garage and it's staff.

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2023 F-150 XLT from the Frederick motor company, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. My salesman,Dave Burda, was outstanding from start to finish. His transparency and genuine desire to help me find the exact truck I wanted-at an outstanding deal- really set him apart. What impressed me the most was that everyone I met there treated each other like family and truly had my best interest in mind. Dave made the entire process smooth, pressure free, and even enjoyable. My wife and I drove home not only in the perfect truck, but also feeling like we made a new friend. If you're looking for a dealership that combines honesty, great deals, and a personal touch I can't recommend the Frederick motor company enough.

Definitely a different experience than what I am used to when car shopping. Went by on a Monday but couldn’t determine from the outside if they had a sales department or if it was just service and parts. So, the next day I called first to ask if they actually sell the vehicles onsite, which they said yes. Got a worksheet worked up with the sales person and sales manager. Went home to think it over. Found a rebate on their website for to sign up for text messages and receive $200 and no payments for 90 days with a sale. Went back the following day. Kept active communication with the sales person and was very clear about my budget. He was very responsive. During the contract generation with the finance manager, I definitely had the impression he had no interest in thoroughly reviewing the specifics. It was an awkward vibe after I decided to go with the 0% interest plan with no extended warranty. They missed the $200 and no payments for 90 days and I didn’t realize until that night because I was in the finance manager’s office for about 10 minutes. The dealership did provide a $200 check but couldn’t change the 90 day incentive. When I called about it, I tried to reach the finance manager but he was on the phone so I left a voicemail. The sales manager was very very helpful and transparent.

Corey was a great salesman to interact with. He never pressured me or tried to change an opinion I had, he let me form my own honest thoughts on the vehicle during the test drive and answered any and all questions I had. Stafford was also great in answering my questions and giving me an honest out the door price with no catches. Very happy with my purchase!

Our sales person, Corey Burda, was very helpful even before we visited the showroom. I had called the dealer about an F150 only to learn it wasn't on the property yet. Corey asked what I was specifically looking for. After giving him all of the details, he performed a dealer search and located the vehicle I described. We went in, met with Corey, who was professional and friendly from the very beginning. There was absolutely no pressure as we sat and discussed the potential purchase. Corey stayed in touch during the whole process from retrieving the F150 from the other dealer, to the transport to Frederick Motor, to closing the deal, I enjoyed working with Corey. If you are in the market for a Subaru or Ford, go see Corey Burda at The Frederick Motor Co. I highly recommend him. When we discussed getting an extended maintenance and warranty plan on the vehicle, Corey brought in Elmer Orozco, one of the finance managers. We explained our desires and Elmer listened and asked the right questions. He then brought back options to us and explained why he choose the options presented. When we closed the deal the next day, Elmer again ran through the options to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Elmer was friendly, a good listener and very professional. It was a pleasure working with him because the finance part of a vehicle purchase is usually the most stressful part. But with Elmer it was a relaxed and pleasant experience. Corey and Elmer are a great team.

My partner purchased a 2023 escape from this location. A couple of months after purchasing it, there were issues due to a recall, and the engine had to be rebuilt. We were given a loaner vehicle (after being told there were no loaners) while they did the work. They had the vehicle for over three months before they completed the work. Now, another recall has come out, and the A/C compressor has went out. They want to do the work, but tell us they have no loaner vehicles. I just don’t understand how that’s possible. The vehicle purchased was $30,000 and is still under warranty. I’m absolutely baffled that there are no loaner cars. If that is the case, why can’t they reimburse us for a rental? Instead we’re supposed to keep driving a vehicle that has active recalls, and no A/C, even though everything is still under warranty. I don’t feel comfortable or safe driving a vehicle with active recalls.

We recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 from The Frederick Motor Company, and from start to finish, the process was smooth, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable. Roberto first connected with us via text after our online inquiry and took the time to confirm that the truck would meet our needs — including verifying that it was suitable for RV flat towing. He was proactive, communicative, and incredibly helpful. When we arrived at the dealership, Pete Patel guided us through a long, no-pressure test drive and gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle. Then Chris, the manager (and, fun fact — birthday twin!), stepped in to finalize the deal. We had a trade-in and some specific requirements for our setup, and they worked with us fairly and openly. Just bought a 2008 F150 truck and it is in excellent condition. They put truck up on a lift so I could inspect underneath and a mechanic helped in this inspection. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and helpful, particularly Corey (salesman), the finance person, the sales manager, and the owner. Cost, quality and commitment are what matter and I feel I got all three at Ford Motor Company.

Great experience. We went in a few weeks ago just to look at a couple of broncos knowing we weren't ready to buy yet. Corey greeted us in the lot and immediately grabbed a few keys for us to check out the vehicle, even after we let him know we were just looking. He still spent a good amount of time with us and never pressured anything. After my wife and I thought it over we decided to purchase the bronco. When we went back in, it was the easiest process ever. Between Corey and the sales manager Stafford it moved quickly and easily. Financing was easy and quick aswell. Everyone was respectful and friendly. We never felt any pressure. They even helped us get a new set of wheels on that we purchased ahead of time

I own a ford maverick that had two recall's on, Fredrick Motor was a accommodating when I called in to have the recalls taken care of and they were so kind to update me on the progress and delivered my truck back to my house free of charge. I’ll give them a five out of five stars and the Customer Service representative in the service department, I cannot remember her name was awesome. On Friday, August 16 I had another recall service performed by Fredrick Motors. Thank you so much for the excellent service Ken. I really appreciate the service, A plus.
