Unimpressed. Attempting to replace a Toyota wheel cap. Quoted 42 for 4 and 19.95 for 1. Upon pickup paid 42 for 1. When looking online after the fact the price for 1 is 20. Unwilling to offer a price adjustment or return and reorder. Told there was nothing they could at this time.
I' been doing my car's service in this place for several months. They were good with me checking on my car, but today, they were rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and discriminated me. I don't know if it's because I'm not white, or because I don't spend all the money they want me to spend. I'm very dessapointed with darcar toyota service, this is the second place I tried, and this is the second time happens something like this. Making fun if costumers aren't the best way to build a business.
Ordered a replacement gear shift knob after I damaged the installed one. The replacement part fit my Toyota Venza XLE 2021 perfectly. The shipping was very quick after order was placed. Appreciate it. Thank you!
I needed a small plastic clip to reattach an exterior trim panel on my 2009 RAV4. The darcarstoyotaoffrederick parts web site stated "Ships Fast From Frederick, MD" so I drove over from Mount Airy to pick it up (Thursday). I was informed that it was not in stock there at the store but was in stock at the regional warehouse and would be at the store for me to pick up in the morning (Friday). The store does not honor the on-line price, so I had to prepay the cashier significantly more than the amount shown on the web site ($5 per clip rather than $1). When no one called by noon the next day as promised, I called to confirm that the part was in. After making the trip back to the store (Friday), I was told that the part was backordered and would not be available for pickup until the next business day (Monday). I spoke to the manager who was friendly and apologetic (web site is misleading, employees made mistakes, etc.) but unable to address the situation. I stopped by the Fitzgerald’s body shop on the way home and they had some on hand and offered them to me for free. No one called on Monday as expected, so I gave up and hope they consider my payment a donation to help improve their stock, training, and customer service.
Ordered accessories for my new Toyota Corolla and was pleased with the pricing and speedy shipping. The communication was also very good. The only reason for the less than 5 stars is that the part required installation instructions and those were not included and now I have to drive to my local dealer to obtain those. These should be included! Update: Asked for instructions and they sent them immediately. Well done!
