Isaiah was a very polite Young man and knowledgeable of his job. I was therefore battery replacement and it till 10minutes took purchase my battery and get it installed.
Really cool guys amazing experience very knowledgeable i live and hour away and went there and bought way more than I planned to buy because they were so helpful.
Went at 3:20 on Friday to get a battery. There was a hand written sign in the door that said he was out to lunch until 3:45. He was sitting at the counter looking at me as I read it. Really? You couldn’t take five minutes to get me a battery. When you say you are open 8-5:00 or 6:09 or whatever it said, then be open. Won’t be returning to this store ever again.
My car has been alerting me that my key battery has been low for months. Driving past the battery warehouse I decided to stop in. I gave my key to Isaiah and he took old one out and put new one in. It’s took 30 seconds. I was shocked that the price was so affordable. In and out in 2 minutes, I recommend this place to everyone. Super impressed.
I have definitely been putting off the battery change in my car… so this morning, I called battery warehouse and Randy was able to answer all of my questions. I stopped in to have said battery replaced and Randy explained that I could probably wait another year to have it replaced (bonus points for his honesty) but I decided to have it done. He was quick, friendly, and overall provided a great experience. I definitely recommend this location!
02/06/24: My girlfriends car batter died this morning so I call them 1st. Very good customer service, stated they could not come out and jump the car/replace the battery themselves but recommended another service that was exceptional. After I got the car jumped and brought the car to them, they changed the batter in under 10 minutes and the price was on point. Great customer service, car service, and pricing. I also love how they had the battery in stock and a variety of options in regards to warranty. Would highly recommend this place for car batteries and batteries in general for whatever your needs are! Exceptional business and services!
I have had free battery installs for the last 5 years. I was told they charge a flat rate on installing batteries. Based on dealerships, other shsops and other battery warehouse locations, this cost is almost double for a job done in 15 mins. I was told that is because they are that good. That is ripping customers off for labor. All other places including my dealership said that is high $120 to install a battery. Did it myself last time.
When a friends rechargeable batteries went out, I knew where to go right away. Because it was for a work phone, it was really important to be able to replace them fast, and they had just the ones we were looking for. Staff was helpful, I showed them the dead battery and knew right where the exact ones ones were
28Aug.2023 The best 1st time visit to this Battery Warehouse was the most professional and welcoming experience I’ve ever had. The gentleman Randy the owner of the store was very professional and totally knowledgeable about all types of batteries and help fix a couple landscaping lanterns of mine. I am forever grateful for the extra step he took to take care of an everyday thing for him and challenge for me. Neat and organized place right off of S. Market street.
Took my Volvo here the other day. Fantastic service! Isaiah was able to test out my alternator, while also providing me with the exact battery I needed in order to get home. Small shop, big impact.

I said I was looking for a specific battery made by a specific manufacturer. The guy at the counter said they were in stock so I paid for one. He then brought out a rebranded generic battery. I don't appreciate being bait and switched. I'm never going back and warning all others away.
I found myself in need to replace the power cells for my photovoltaic generator system. I wasn't sure which company's technology was superior to another's. The staff at Battery Warehouse took the time to educate me on these differences and after a little parking lot research I was able to proof out the information. The staff cross referenced the specifications of my equipment, tested and "topped-off" the charge in the batteries and showed me the current production date of the replacement cells. All and all a great customer experience and I can't overstate the the importance of supporting the local economy and vendors not to mention the most important part of the supply chain to us... the products we need to lead lives with the conveniences we're accustomed to. Covid-19 showed us you couldn't rely on the supply chain to deliver new batteries from China... it comes down to local stock. Just in time supply just didn't happen.
This is a really great place to get all your batteries that you need in life! And the guy who runs the place is very knowledgeable and really helpful when it comes to batteries. They have been in business for many many years and it was his grandfather that started it. Really good prices as well!
Was hoping to find a replacement battery for both of my key fobs for my car. The young man working was very personable and knowledgeable and had the batteries in both fobs replaced within 3 minutes. Charged me $12 which blew my mind. I figured I was looking at 50 or $60 each. Every time I've ever needed a battery for absolutely anything I've gone to this location and never been anything but overjoyed at the service and price. I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone I know. Great for car batteries or any other kind of battery you can think of. Five stars

We pulled up, had the battery tested and changed all with 20 minutes. Very polite and helpful. My husband bought a few other batteries there for other vehicles last week and experienced the same wonderful customer service!! We won’t go anywhere else for batteries.
Pretty much the only place where I get my car batteries replaced. The very quick. They take a little extra time to make sure the connection between the wires and the battery are solid.
Stopped by to get a second opinion on the condition of our car battery after another repair shop said it needed to be changed. Team here tested it and found out it was fine. They even took time to explain why the other location probably thought the battery was bad. Even without a purchase they were friendly, professional and transparent. Highly recommend this location if you need a new battery.
My family and I have been doing business with these folks for years. We own a lot of equipment and vehicles. We did spend a lot of money there, but no more. Our experience happened in the Frederick store, but the staff called the owner and she was rude and angry. She ask who am I to talk to her. My reply was a long time customer that needs answers and help.
One of our batteries that we bought and was under warranty was not holding a charge. We ask for it to be tested to se if the battery was bad. We ask since you have all our information on hand. Let us take a new battery, while you test the old battery.Which is only suppose to take 24 hours. The owner got nasty and said pay for the new battery or leave. We paid for a new battery. While they are testing the old battery. That was 3 plus weeks ago. Still don't know if the battery was bad or not and they don't return calls, left several messages. Remember it is a 24 hour turn around on the test. Great customer service over there and public relations.
This is the only place I will get my battery checked out for my car. Whenever I go in the guy that’s there is extremely knowledgeable and is always friendly. Great to know that small shops are open with great quality and service like this one.
My car died today (bad battery) and left me on the side of the road. I called the store to check if they had my battery in stock and they did. These guys were great. Drove me to my car and installed the new battery. Excellent customer service! Thank you very much.
My car battery was dying on my 2015 Chevy Equinox. I called that same day, the gentleman was extremely nice and helpful, even with my sounding clueless. I came in that afternoon, he took my vehicle in immediately, checked it and sure enough it was dead. He went over my options and was thorough in explaining the differences between each battery (cause who would've known 'heavy' didnt mean weight?!). He Put the new battery in and checked the alternator for me. Literally in and out in under 20 minutes! I definitely recommend them for any of your battery issues (cell phones, cars, general batteries, etc...).

Will never be back here again. We bought 8 car style batteries from this place and one of our batteries was defective. One of the 6 that was in our golf cart had a bad terminal on it and almost caused a fire in our cart. We took the battery back to them and they said it was our fault so they would not warranty it. My boyfriend spent 20+ years as a truck mechanic and everything we own he checks every week or so to make sure everything is good. The battery connection was tight. Found the same battery cheaper elsewhere. I guess we will be doing our business someplace else from now on. We preferred little places like this but customer service means everything...I guess just not to them.
Quick service, affordable prices. I was in and out with a newly installed car battery in less than 20 minutes! Price was great for a new battery, 12 month warranty included and free installation!
