Major brake problem with my kid's 11 year old Prius. Towed it to the Toyota dealer. Checked their estimate with AI and confirmed that the quote to repair it seemed high. Next step, checked Google Reviews and called Superior Auto Service Center who gave an estimate $2,300 lower. I knew I was in good hands with Dave. I could tell over the phone that he was honest. Turns out my repair was higher than he expected it to be due to a problem ordering the parts. He communicated with me every step of the way even giving me his personal cell phone number to chat after hours AND honored his original estimate! An honest auto repairman is worth 10 stars in my book, but Google will only let me give 5 stars.
I can’t recommend Superior Auto enough! They have been my go to shop for a few years now and the customer service and quality of service are unmatched.

New 8/25 - Just had to have my engine replaced and they did a great job! Excellent customer service!! A couple years ago - I bought my van from Carmax an they started sending me to Superior Auto for work an maintenance. Superior Auto is honest and does great work. I always leave happy with the work that has been performed. - they are great to work with.
Would recommend to anyone needing car service. The young lady (wish I could remember her name) that answered the phone was very personable and helpful. Erick was my service adviser. I was pleased that he answered all my questions and explained in terms i could understand. They seem to care about their customers.
Superior Auto Service is the place I take all my vehicles for any repairs and or maintenance needs. I have been a customer for at least 10 years. You are greeted with a smile when you walk in the door. They know you by name. Their work is solid and I never feel over sold when I leave. I have had everything done from oil changes to having a transition put in my 2011 Chevy Silverado. They're my guys.

Appreciated the diagnostic advice. Waiting 1 and 1/2 hr for a scheduled appt seems a bit long when I am in the waiting room. But servicing is thorough.

They care for your car as it if was theirs. Personalized, extremely kind service and seamless repairs. Fair or low price. Great loyalty reward program. The most customer friendly auto-service I have experienced. One of the best aspects of living in Frederick is being a customer there.

We are visiting Frederick traveling from Ohio. Our car was making a strange noise but functional. It’s a holiday weekend and they were extremely busy but the guys at Superior were great and reassured us that it was safe to drive. Three mechanics took the time to listen and give their opinion. I really do not want to write this out of fear I will let too many others know about how awesome Superior Auto is and they become too busy to always take care of me so well. My family has been going to Superior Auto for over 20 years because they are honest and excellent. They treat my daughter with the same respectful tone and helpfulness as they do me - something too often rare. The senior man, Dave, sets the tone by always being friendly, professional, and helpful. He is happy to explain things and not make you feel dumb (always appreciated). This attitude has been trained into everyone else as well down to the newest hire. We can always rely on Superior Auto to be thorough, give us options, never do any work not needed, and always help us with coupons and discounts when money is tight. Superior Auto is a quite simply a gem. Thank You to the guys and gals at Superior Auto for being, well, superior!
I absolutely love taking my car to Superior Auto! Honestly, it’s like visiting friends rather than a typical auto shop. The staff here are always super fun to chat with and genuinely care about your vehicle it’s a refreshing change from that tense, stiff vibe you get elsewhere. Walking in feels like “make yourself at home” they really make you feel like part of the family!
Big shoutout to Ivy, who’s always so friendly and sweet when I call to book appointments or ask questions about my car. And Rob? He’s hands down the best! Always friendly, quick to answer my questions, and makes me feel confident that my car is in good hands.

Was able to use a value pak coupon for oil change and tire rotation. Service completed by my request time. Other services were recommended to me which were laid out with prices on a paper i took home to consider. They did not push when I declined the recommendations. Very nice staff.

Brought my vehicle via tow truck to Superior for the first time. I was very impressed with the service provided. Excellent service with regular and detailed updates provided by Dave in a very professional and clear manner. Definitely appreciate their effort to offer to fix other issues that my vehicle needed to have addressed that was not the original reason for it be brought to the shop. Would highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I bought my car last year at carmax, couple of months later, I brought my car to tire world for services, and then they told me: Madame your engine is really bad, you need to buy another car. I ran back to the dealer and explained that, and then they referred me there. I met a gentleman named Rob, very nice.He told me.
