I parked in a non guest spot when the sign said I should not do it. I was towed just as the sign said. I called the number and they answered as they said they would. I went to pick up my car and paid the stated fine. I was then handed my keys and went on my way. Five stars.

The jankiest tow business there is. I would rather eat a Jean jacket than give these people money. I hope they go out of business

The manager or who so claims to be was so rude I told them the vehicle was a rental but I live in the residence. He told me he’s been watching and I was there with no permit but there isn’t one for rentals . So I said wait so you’ve been stalking me to see if my vehicle had a sticker for a week and he estáis no but I asked how would you know how long I’ve had the car . Just weird . And there’s over 8 vehicles in my lot without stickers.

Worst pieces of garbage on the planet. Towed illegally and knew it so had no explanation. Luckily I stayed out of jail picking it up

If I could give this place -578 stars I would. Go to pick up the car, show all needed documentation of license, registration, insurance, absolutely everything they would need and they are still holding the car bc it’s a work car and leased to me by the company I work for. Called the police. Don’t worry they won’t do anything either. So now it’s gonna sit here for days and I’ll pay 1k.

Wouldn't let me use any tool on their lot. Couldn't even remove license plates. Had to drive 2 hours out of my way after the car was moved just to get my parts off. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady was very nice though.

They used Predatory tactics to tow my daughter's car. Her visitor's pass was sooo obviously and clearly visible. Her car was parked in the same place for weeks. However because she doesn't have air condition, her car stays parked. She put her sun visor in the window, and it as clearly visble. He recognized it..and lied. They towed it because they have the power..permisson..and greed to do it. Once they have your car all bets are off. If you show them them the proof..they are sure to deny it. Even if the facts prove your case. They have your car..and rates increase by the day. I have heard many horror stories about their shady practices. Their karma is big..stay away from them!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Do not use this company for anything. They said they had a driver 90 minutes out. 5 hours later no call no show and when I called I got sent to voicemail every time. They are not 24 hours like they advertise.

Like all of the other reviewers, I agree that the old gentleman in the West Virginia hat who sits in the broken down trailer is terribly rude and has no compassion for others. He doesn’t even have the decency to stay home when sick as when we entered the tiny space they call an office, he was coughing up a lung in there. At least he had the decency to wear a mask, I’ll give him that much. But that’s not what I’m here to mainly complain about, because people are knuckleheads everywhere, especially in these types of skeevy businesses. Our car is clearly marked with a handicap placard. Our car was towed from our apartment handicapped parking spot, because we didn’t realize our pass had expired. So we had to deal with that upheaval this morning, instead of going to my doctors appointment which we had to cancel because we had no vehicle. The thing that I am complaining about, and will be calling the ADA about as well is that there is no handicapped access at this business. You have to ring the security bell, and keep pushing on the heavy metal gate for it to open for you to even enter the grounds! WHAT is that even all about?? There are potholes and ruts in the gravel where it’s easy to turn an ankle, and if you have a bone disease, you can easily break a bone on that type of terrain, and you have to walk or be able to walk at least 25 yards to get to that trailer where the old gentleman sits in that cigarette infused smelly tin can of an shipping container type office. There are three thin metal steps leading to the “office” door that feel like they’re about to give way when you step on them. This morning it was raining and they were extra slippery. Those steps are a lawsuit waiting to happen, not just that a disabled person who has trouble navigating, or walking up stairs, might fall, but anyone might fall on those rickety metal steps. That is the only access to get into this so-called office in this smoke filled nasty smelling trailer. I have breathing issues, and Crohn’s disease. It was difficult for me to stand in that tiny 2 x 2 office space to deal with this man. My daughter, who is in a boot because of ankle surgery, had to open that door and keep that trailer door open so that I didn’t vomit from the smokey smell. Because I have Crohn’s disease, my stomach is very sensitive to smell, foods, and other issues. My husband has severe rheumatoid arthritis, the bones in his feet and toes are fused, and he could’ve fallen going up those steps. There is no way for a person in a wheelchair to get into this tiny office, nor could they even fit should they be able to reach the door. So aside from having our handicapped vehicle towed, there is the issue that there is NO ADA access for anyone with mobility challenges at this business. They shouldn’t be licensed to operate in the county without providing access to all people. Furthermore, there are no handicap spots for a handicapped person to park close to their office in the trailer. I am asking our local and state officials to please look into this business for having no ADA compliant access. UPDATE: August 10, 2023 - I came back to read other's reviews since I reviewed this company in January when we had two vehicles, one being a handicapped vehicle, towed over a guest parking pass misunderstanding that originates from our leasing office when we moved in. I must say I'm not surprised with the recent reviews by Josianna, Ryan, and Santhosh. I'm pursuing these issues concerning his business and lack of handicapped inaccessibility with the state government offices and the ADA. It's taking some time but I will get resolve, he'll either have to comply or close up shop. Josianna, as a mother of two young adult daughters, I'm appalled to hear his comments to you, but again, not surprised. He called me an "unpleasant woman" too. Word for word. This misogynist doesn't like dealing with any woman who challenges him and his shady business practices. I'm respectfully asking our city of Frederick to revoke this man's business license and I'm asking proper agencies to do so.

I have literally never left a review or rating on anyone so the fact that I am taking the time to do this one means something. Worst company ever - parked in a guest parking and had them hook my truck to stop them. Had to pay $75 for a drop fee. I gave them $80 cash and never received my $5 back. Kid driving pocketed the $80. Use anyone else besides them.

The Frederick community deserves better. My experience with this company was a terrible one. Im in shock over their unprofessionalism. The manager is not a nice man. Rude, unhelpful, dismissive, dishonest, and made misogynistic remarks. I was left stranded because of misinformation from residents in a neighborhood, and had to pay a ridiculous $250 to retrieve my car in a damaged state only 5 miles away. On the phone I asked what do I do if I don't have money and he responded by saying I should harass people I know and called me an "unpleasant woman" for trying to reason with him. Feeling defeated, I said "So should I go sell my body to afford it then?". His reply was "Well...". I was sickened by that reply. I addressed the $300 damage they did to the exhaust on my car and the manager said "I'm just going to deny it so go to your insurance". No accountability or even vaguely polite customer service. Even with picture proof of the damage, they pretended to be blind. It's 2023 and they said that they're not capable of zooming in on the pics on their computer. That was one of at least at least five lies I can think of off the top of my head. Not to mention the intimidation. Also, they're located in a shack with trash under it, feral animals around, and no handicap accessibility. The poor reviews on here are deserved. Not sure how they're still in business.

Our car was towed within 5 miles of where we stay and they charged us $200. We live in a place that requires us to place a parking sticker and the sticker fell off the windshield. Not find the car in the lot the next day was good enough to wreck someone's work and pay but the towing charge of $200 is a rip off.

1st time dealing with this company. Everyone was nice, professional and helpful. From the tow truck driver to office personnel. Ignore the bad reviews; they are from a place of misplaced anger. If you don't want your car towed then don't park where you shouldn't. Doesn't matter if it's 5 mins or 30 mins, just don't do it. If you want to be mad at someone be mad at yourself, it's your own fault. Don't get mad at the tow company/ employees for doing their job.

Honestly I wish I could give them a 0 star. They towed my vehicle out of my apartment complex even though I have a hanging permit on my rear view mirror. They are rude and money hungry.
Dec 05, 2022 -
I would give 0 stars if I could. They have a policy to refuse service if you’re rude to the staff which I understand of course, some people are rude for no reason. But they can’t use that as an excuse for poor service. They have to understand if you make a mistake you have to be responsible for the consequences! Like opening 30+ minutes late or not keeping track of my plate??? A lady literally threatened to hang up on me just because I asked “how do you not know where my tag is?” My family was already handling a lot because my father was in an accident, hence why the car was at the lot. And then we hear they don’t know where our plate is? Of course we’re upset! And their job is to provide any information they have to help us locate it. I’m not unreasonable, I wasn’t asking them to magically make it appear! I just needed information. Of course after being absolutely unpleasant and rude to me and telling me she cant help me she calls me back with a total change in her voice to say our car has been taken elsewhere. You couldn’t have just put me on hold to check on that FIRST instead of shutting me down??? HORRIBLE communication, ZERO accountability. I hope no one has the misfortune to have to deal with them.

Got my brand new car towed at 10:40 pm after being parked in a spot outside my friends apartment for 30 minutes. Tried to reason with the guy who takes calls at night and he was probably the most rude customer service provider I’ve ever spoken with. I had to pay $250 to get it back for being parked outside my friends place for, again, 30 minutes. Great night.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this company. Came to visit my parents to celebrate my sisters graduation. Stayed one night and got towed within 2 hours of being parked there. No warning. No phone call. We were parked from 10PM Saturday and got towed at 12:30am Sunday! Not 12:30 in the afternoon, 12:30AM in the middle of the night after driving 8.5 hours. Who does that?!!!! I was charged $300 even though the tow company was 4 miles away from the apartment complex. The owner was EXTREMELY rude and gave us a hard time during the entire exchange (even chastised my parents over the phone). He is an absolutely horrible person and a con artist and should be put out of business!!

Towed my car out of a visitor spot from my boyfriends where I’ve been parking for a year. When I arrived to retrieve my car, the female employee working was very disrespectful and rude, mocked me and was cussing. Awful company, awful service.

Towed my trailer from their own lot. 100 Feet tow, and charged me $550.00 for that. Total Rip OFF. Save yourself nerves and money use someone with good reviews.

Towed out of my own parking spot in my condo. I work night shift and did not realize it was towed till I woke up to go to work and my car was gone. They said my registration was expired (its not and I had a temporary registration paper and I'm waiting for my stickers in the mail). They charged me $250 since i got there at 6pm when apparently thats after hours even though they’re supposed to be a 24 hour company. I feel like they shake people down and probably do it frequently.

Had visitor parking in my complex but no sign so I didn't see it nor did I know we had specific visitor parking(Not near my building) . Their towing sign is also not near my building and barely noticeable driving by(We had to look for where it was). My ex husband visited me to drop off our daughter and was there one night and either late in the night Saturday or early Sunday his car was towed, even though there were about 15 open spaces still. Had to pay $250 and couldn't get a hold of them for almost 4 hours. When they did answer and show up they were nice though.

This company towed a friends vehicle from my personal driveway and when we attempted to clear up the mix up, the tow truck driver was rude and completely unprofessional. Seemed like to a scam to get money in order to “unhook” the vehicle that was in my driveway.

Had really bad experience with them. They towed my car and they told it’s free because the police called them, and after they had my car they charge me 350 $ for 3 miles towing. They also were really rude Please don’t contact them!!! They are liars and thieves

After I received My car , My fender liner was ripped out. My tire had a nail in it. 0/10 service and it took forever. The building stunk and the guy was on the phone for 20 minutes before he got to us. Absolutely horrible

I don't understand these poor reviews, but it seems they are mostly from folks who had parked illegally, were caught, and were unhappy with the consequences. Our experience was much different. The owner towed us from a rough accident and was nothing but respectful and caring at the time. A follow-up call to understand the insurance process demonstrated exactly the same demeanor. A nice gentleman providing excellent service.

You’re going to have to pay the price shown. My car was under the 10,000 lbs mark and the sign says the maximum towing fee for that weight is $200. My point being is that whatever the “maximum towing fee” says is actually the minimum because I highly doubt this horrible owner EVER actually goes under that.
Jun 24, 2020 -
I understand that if you park where you shouldn't you take a risk. But these guys are predators. The lot is sketchy and they do not answer thier phones. Typical charge to reclaim is 200$ and an add 50$ of you want to pick it up at night.
