My friend was out of town in that area as we are from NC. She got ill behind the wheel and went to the hospital with her car parked on the side of the road. This company went and found her car where she thought it was located, took it to the hospital, went to her room to assure her everything was ok, and made sure to put it in a well lit area for her to feel secure. Above and beyond in my book. Thank you Chris for everything.
BIG TOW is the company you wanna have when you need towing/recovery services. They will guide You in the right direction. We are a small business, owner operator, our dump truck rolled over big tow was called to assist with the towing/recovery, our insurance stated we had no coverage for towing, the bill was $16.000 (yes, thousand) !!!! That's when big tow really helped us and guide us on why/how the insurance was saying wouldn't pay, anyways long story short thankfully with all efforts to help us out, big tow was a big part on "make" insurance pay to release the truck from their lot... This is the kind of people you'll need in your life in moments like this, they didn't had to help us out, even when we got a little irritated on the phone hearing a total of $16.000 to pay, ( notice, this was a big tri axle dump truck, rolled in his side in the middle of the road) they calmly helped us out... Oh, and they always answer the phone SO GRATEFUL BIG TOW!!!!!
The driver was amazing and helpful. The receptionist that answered the phone is a sweetheart and very professional. Would recommend this company to everyone.
Chris went above and beyond to remove our stuck car from a really difficult spot. It was extremely tricky without a lot of space to maneuver but he was committed to solving the problem and even when it looked nearly impossible, he still stayed the course, thought outside the box, and eventually got it done. We were so impressed by his tenacity and determination and are so grateful for his assistance! Thank you Chris!
The driver Rick was amazing, he called and check to see what time I can meet him at my car. Once there he was respectable, nice and assisted me very well. I like to thank you Rick and Big Tow for assisting me.
I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire and Big Tow came and saved me because I was in a rush to the airport to catch a flight. I also like that they came quickly.
