I called Airpark Towing in need of a battery jumpstart for a family member's car, and Marcello was very helpful and informative. I have never used them before, but he was so kind to inform me that if I have Triple A, they can do battery jumpstart for friends and family for free. He didn't need to, but I really appreciated the info since I have Triple A for a vehicle I own. This is how businesses should be, caring and not greedy. I will definitely use them for any future auto servicing or repair needs and I highly recommend them for your auto needs!

This evening Julio of Airpark Towing came to my mom’s rescue when her tire popped on her way home from work. He was incredibly thorough, checking in on everything every step of the way for safety, so that nothing would happen to my mom or her car with her donut - even offering to tow the car to her dealership if a test run on her donut didn’t look safe. He went above and beyond the call of duty and we are so grateful to him and Airpark Towing!

Quick arrival and excellent service. I was not in the best mood as I had to unexpectedly have my car towed back to the dealership after a botched oil change. The driver, Junior, was awesome and really enjoyed talking with him. Super friendly and kept an interesting conversation going the whole ride to the dealership. Would definitely recommend this company.
The team was so fast arriving to my location and I was able to get my tow service in less then 20min after my insurance called them.

My classic car stalled in the middle of a busy road. I hadn’t called the police or a tow truck because I was busy redirecting traffic from my vehicle. Wes was in the area so he stopped to assist me by setting up cones, redirecting traffic, and put me in touch with Airpark Towing. The flatbed arrived in 20 minutes and David loaded my vehicle quickly.
I felt comfortable about the service that I was receiving and the integrity of Wes and David. I hope to never need a tow again but if I do, I’ll contact Airpark Towing. 5 Stars.

I had my SUV towed recently and it was actually a really good experience. The driver, Elvis, was awesome—really professional and super kind. He even gave me a lift back to the service center, which was a huge help. He arrived quickly and took great care of my car. Overall, I'm really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them!
The dispatcher was very quick and attentive in appointing me a tow truck driver. Jackson the tow truck driver was also incredibly helpful. Once we realized that there was not enough room on the back street for him to turn and drop my car into my driveway, he graciously assisted in pushing it after we dropped it on the street! A+ highly recommend!
The tow truck man is as really patient with me. Since we were next to an auto shop he waited while I got my battery tested. Then after I needed a ride home, so he dropped me home before dropping my car to repair shop. Great customer service

My tire exploded right before 7am and he was there by 725am to change my spare. He was done before 8am and I am very pleased with service. 10/10 recommend!
Driver was very nice and respectful. Only issue I had was he had nothing to give me when I gave him my car saying hey we got the car. But I took a video. Otherwise great friendly professional driver. Would recommend u guys.

We got stuck on 70 with a flat tire coming home from an Orioles game. Still being over 45 minutes from home, super dark out and two females who were afraid to get out with traffic flying by. Airpark's own Wesley responded calmly, promptly, with care and patience. With a storm approaching, rain and lighting starting, his first priority was getting us off the interstate to a safer location. When getting to the location he changed my tire in a timely manner, and reminded us of the rules of how to drive on a spare. Overall, I would 100% recommend Airpark and Wesley! Fantastic experience!!
