I could not be more impressed by the kind, courteous, and professional service of Harrison's Towing. Specifically, when Destiny and Cory came to pick up my disabled vehicle, they provided excellent communication and service, answered all my questions, and helped navigate a stressful situation. Further, when I had to go back to their holding yard, Doug met me and allowed me to retrieve items from my car, even offering suggestions and helping remove the license plate. Each time I had an interaction with someone from Harrison's I was treated with respect and compassion. In a world where we can all use a little more kindness, Harrison's is providing just that. I am grateful and wholeheartedly recommend using them.
Love them so much they have been such a help got my car and some one cut me off and got in an accident and it would cost more to fix then what I had spent on the car when I got it and they said they would take the car off my hands to cover the long amount of holding the car and we will only have to pay a small amfor the tow.i love that they are willing to work with people.
Josh and Nicole, were not only professional and timely in responding to my many calls with questions, but were also kind and sympathetic to our situation. They worked with us to gain access to our totaled vehicle to get personal belongings, as well as with the recovery, clean up, and storage fees. I appreciated their flexibility and patience. Good people!
They answered very quickly and were very friendly. They told me 45 they will be at my location and they were really there in 45 minutes. The tow guy was so nice and very organized and quick. I would highly recommend and if ever in the area again I would definitely use them again.

Doug was super helpful, polite and professional. These guys helped me out in a bind super fast. I was stranded in nova, they were there in 15 minutes. Much appreciated, would recommend 100% give doug a raise! :)
We got in an accident while in Frederick and Harrison towing towed our vehicle.
I had a very difficult time finding a rental vehicle, but the tow truck driver, I can't remember his name but I'm thinking Doug, was so nice and helpful it was fantastic.
He called some rental places for me while I was calling other options and when I found one he drove me there.
On a day like we had, finding some genuine kindness was exactly what I needed and I thoroughly appreciated it.
Harrisons came through where AAA failed. After hours waiting for a jump start from AAA, called Harrison’s at 12:30am and they arrived in 15 minutes and had my car running in 2 minutes.
Doug is wonderful! We've used this company twice now for towing our car, and both times we were helped by Doug, who is just fantastic. He was so helpful, going above and beyond in my opinion, and was so sweet and respectful.

Timely, safe, friendly. Doug was knowledgeable and quick to help us get off the highway and back home in the wee hours of the morning when our van's water pump died. Highly recommend this service if you are ever in need anywhere near Brunswick, MD.
Made a hard situation easier. Call taker was clear and concise. Driver called from the lot where the vehicle was and stayed on the phone until he found it. Type of vehicle was all the information asked for on initial call...
Doug came out to help with a flat tire. Took ours off and put our spare on quickly. He was very friendly and efficient. He even put our flat tire under my suburban :) We would call him again if the situation ever happened again away from home.
I have been using this company for years. Always gives me a good price and will come anytime day or night weekend or holidays. The guys are great to deal with especially Kenny.
I had the unfortunate experience of working with this company when it came to trying to get my car back that was towed about two months ago. Currently being jobless because of COVID I did not have the money at the time to pay to get the back so I left it at the location ( fair enough). I called today because I came to the final decision that I would let them have the car and just come over their to get my high school diploma which is very important in applying for some jobs. Instead they hit me with a 100$ fee just to get my diploma for the car which is ridiculous and made it non-negotiable. Why spend 100$ just to get in my car to get a diploma when I can just order a new one for 15$? Just a way to make peoples lives way harder then it needs to be.
Great job, fast pick up and the best rates by far. They charge me $120 bucks to tow a lifted suburban 30 miles. tow truck driver was great, and it didn't charge me any extra for needing a flatbed instead of just a tow dolly. I had bent a rear axle. The tow truck driver understood how much I love my truck, and let me double check all the straps and chains, even driving it up onto the bed. I think they have 24-hour service for maybe a little bit more, but I saved their phone number and we'll use them next time as my first call
Unsafe and downright dangerous. The tow truck driver Kenny is unsafe i have seen him driving well over the speed limit with no lights on. He is going to get someone killed. I plan on filing complaints with the county, so they no longer use this dangerous company. This company needs to check their drivers because when a lawsuit come, there will be more
Above and beyond service! The only tow company I’ve worked with that has exceptional customer service and honorable hospitality! Great atmosphere in their staff and it radiates.
