One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the towing company I would recommend them to anyone quality service 100% I was stuck on a train track got right out and took care of it
My car wouldn't start after stopping at a store in Hurlock. Called and Bryan was there in 20 minutes, and towed my car to Ridgely. Great, upstanding guy, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a tow
Had my car towed from an accident and taken to their lot . Bryan is very professional and was very helpful with the whole process. Was able to meet me whenever I asked to get things out of the car . Super fast friendly and accommodating. Used as roadside assistance when my car wouldn’t start, then unexpectedly a second time in the same day. Called and arrived promptly to really help me out of a pinch. Ended up replacing my battery the same day to resolve. Good to know who to call and who will show when you are in a pinch.

Long story short, it was early in the morning on a MONDAY, ran off the road in my vehicle. These guys are there when and where you need them. Brian ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong ) went out of his way to help me out I did not have cash nor had anything on my ccard. Told him I would give him my word to let me call him when I get back from work to pay him. He took my word and made it a great MONDAY!!
I had a wonderful experience with this company. Brian showed up on time, friendly and with an amazing work ethic. My car had to be towed from Cambridge, MD to Camden, De. Several towing companies turned me down. Hands up to Brian!!!! I highly recommend this company!

Our car inexplicably shut off and would not restart, causing us to coast into an empty parking lot and be stranded in a storm at 2am.
After calling 9 other places (all advertising 24hr service) and being told no drivers were available; one place where the guy woke up cussing and telling us he had to find his driver (and never calling back); and one place telling me to find someone else as it would take 1hr 45min to get to us (they were only 45min away mind you), we finally found salvation! Originally the call went to voicemail, but Blackout called us back not even 10min later and said they would be there in 20min, hallelujah! Quick, kind, and got us home when no one else had drivers or wanted to be bothered. Thank you SO much. Saving your number for future reference!
Brian was so nice and so fast I called him and he was there in 5 mins I didn’t have change to give him and he made sure he gave me change very nice guy will be using him from now on
Blacked out Towing was able to pull me back on the road when I went off the side of the road into a small embankment with my Silverado 2500 during the snow storm. and I had 2 other tow trucks from another company that tried to pull me out but gave up.
Blacked out came and refused to give up until they got me out. Even coming back with a bigger tow truck and back up when the first truck was too small.
Couldn't recommend them enough!

Struck a deer @60mph while working around 1:30 in the morning, ended up calling Brian around 2AM, he told me he’d be to me in 45 minutes and got there in just about that time. He got there and was super friendly and fun to talk to, he got my work van loaded up & got set up for the 52 mile tow to my office, going over the bay bridge. He dropped the van off unassisted as I had to go with someone else to finish working, he parked the van nicely. He charged a very good price for his work, hopefully I don’t need his towing services again but I’d absolutely call again if I break down in the area.
