Our family has been going here for years and we trust them very much. We don’t know much about cars and they have advised us on several occasions that ended in them not making as much money as they could have due to them telling us that we didn’t need a repair done at that moment. Needless to say, that inspired unparalleled trust in us and we don’t go anywhere else for our car needs. Highly recommended.
My elderly Honda Element had to be towed in because she would not wake up (start) nor jump. I also asked for an oil change and to check out a noise I had been hearing in the front. To my surprise, they gave her a thorough inspection, including video and photos that I could see via an on-line inspection report plus an estimate that indicated what things are critical to take care of from a safety standpoint, things that could wait a bit and finally repairs that were optional. I truly appreciated the use of technology to clearly communicate the issues and the costs. No head-spinning being overwhelmed with a verbal discussion.

This is a friendly and honest shop that is great for repairs that are rather involved. They were able to repair my vehicle at a lower cost than the dealership (the dealer lied about the extent of the repair, while Dynamic was straight up with me). They do quality work and I also like their system of showing photos of everything before you decide on whether or not to go forward with something. However, they are too expensive and slow for routine maintenance. An oil change can take an entire day (they tend to be extremely busy), and they are a bit over the top with up-selling additional unneeded services.
Thankful for how fast my replacement tire was order and installed the following business day.
My wife and I were delighted to have a loaner car ? while the tires job was completed because allow us to work and pick up the car in the afternoon after we finish working

On Sunday, 11/3, I bought a 2024 Lexus from a dealer in VA. It was used as a loaner by the VA dealer and I needed to get MD Inspection to get it registered in MD. Dynamic Auto did the inspection for me and passed the car. Your technician, Darwin, noted on the inspection form that he saw fluid all over the rear differential casing and recommended that I take it to the dealer to be looked at.
I called the VA dealer and he was adamant that there was nothing wrong with the car and why was the technician even looking at something outside of the inspection points. I took the car to a MD Lexus dealer who opened the differential and saw metal shavings and burnt oil. I cancelled the sale and bought another car.
I want to commend Darwin and thank him for his diligence in reporting something that he really did not have to. He saved me from buying a potential problem car.

I had a check engine light on for a Major EVAP Systems leak & they did a diagnostics & then fixed it! The diagnostics was more affordable than other places I had called & was so beyond extensive; I got a print out of everything in it & a full estimate but I also got an email & they took pictures of every single thing they had flagged! It was so detailed & extensive, I was impressed! They were able to fix the EVAP leak & regardless of anything we ran into, they were very kind & understanding! I just passed my emissions with their help & my car is running much more smoothly! I also got signed up for a rewards program & earned enough points to have some money off my next service! Found this place by (lucky) accident because it was near where I keep my trailer. I've been twice now, once for an emergency trailer tire repair and once to get the set replaced due to age. The price was fair and exactly in line with the estimate. Service was professional and friendly with a great waiting area (snacks, drinks, tv, couches) and right next to a neighborhood that was perfect to walk in while my repairs were done. Vehicle was taken exactly when I arrived and the work was completed faster than the estimated time. So nice to have a reliable shop so close at fair prices with no attempt to upsell. Definitely would use again.
Loaner car was very helpful could not have done it without it. Timing was good. Returned as promised one concern I had was the inspection. It was quoted at 198. Actual price was 209. I do and understand why you charge for inspection when the customer does not have any work done other than an inspection but when I have a $3000 service done, it seems like it would be a good customer service to waive the initial Inspection Fee

Today my Mitsubishi Outlander’s low-beam headlight went out. I bought a replacement bulb at Walmart and tried to change it myself, but the old one was stuck and wouldn’t come out. I stopped by Dynamic Automotive (I’ve had work done here before and I live nearby) just hoping for advice. Kenny came out, spent nearly an hour (about 55 minutes!) carefully removing the broken bulb, installed the new one, and then refused to charge me—even after getting his hands scraped in the process.
I was honestly blown away by the kindness, patience, and professionalism. This is the kind of honest, neighborly shop you hope to find. I’m deeply grateful, and they’ve earned my business for any future repairs. Thank you, Kenny, and thank you, Dynamic Automotive!
I had a wonderful experience at Dynamic Automotive in New Market!.They helped me with a flat tire on my car, and Rich was incredibly kind and helpful. They immediately put on a spare tire so I could continue with all my daily activities, and in less than two days, I had a new tire installed. Their service was fast, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
While heading to work I got pulled over because my one daytime running light was out. I tell a friend at work & they recommend New Market Dynamic Auto. Since I work in New Market I decide to drop by to make an appt.. directly after work. Well Guess what? No appt. was needed! They fixed it right then! on the spot! They also found a side light that was out so they fixed that too! I was thrilled! All the fellas that work their were helpful & friendly!! I've since had to drop by for low tire pressure & once again they helped me out on the spot. They are now my New auto repair shop to head to whenever needed.

This is our go to local shop for all my vehicles. They are honest very thorough and stand behind their work. When outside of warranty and free dealership oil changes this is the place to go!
Went in to replace all my wheels and get an alignment. Service Advisor Tim, gave me all the updated details I needed to get the ball rolling (very important as most techs just take you information and keys). I purchased my tires with the information Tim gave me and it made it super simple.
The Technician Garret is a professional. Work was completed and no extra issues arose after driving it around for a week or so. I've had bad experiences with other shops, as I Do perform repairs on my vehicle and can tell when my car had been tampered with beyond what I sent it In to be repaired for. It is very important to have a tech that would complete the task at hand and if anything of concern is noticed, to report it. GREAT JOB Garrett!
I have worked in the automotive industry my entire life and there are very few repair shots that deserve a 5 star rating, but this one is at the top of the list. My wife recently brought her van here for a quick service and they delivered an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend.
Been here twice. Very friendly staff and very thorough inspections, albeit a bit aggressive on recommended work. They will take care of the vehicle well, there is no doubt there.
However, you will not receive a fair price in my opinion. Their prices are out of this world high. I can get premium parts for about 20% of what they charge.
Let me give an example. I brought my son’s vehicle in for rear brake work. Of course they thoroughly inspected the vehicle and quoted ~$3,300 worth of work, including a transmission service when the vehicle just had a full transmission service a few months earlier. Over $1,300 for new rear brake shoes, drums, and a wheel cylinder; $560 of that is labor. I had the front brake pads and rotors replaced earlier in the year for $450, labor included. They priced the rear brake kit at $57 that is only about $15, and priced the shoes and drums at $490 when they’re ~$150 together. How do I know? Because 1) I priced them online myself, and 2) the auto shop I trust Tire Mart in downtown Frederick priced them at exactly those prices. And only charged $216 for labor. The wheel cylinder was quoted at $220, and it’s a $20 part at most.
In short, they will take care of you, but their prices are way above market at least for certain things.
Brought my car in with a "Service Engine" indicator light on and some squeaking from the front end. They took care of the needed issues as promised. When addressing the squeaking, they attempted suspected repairs but that did not fully resolve the issue. They deducted the cost of what they did as a courtesy since the squeaking persisted. That is a level of honesty and transparency you rarely see. They've earned my future business and I'd gladly recommend anyone else to this shop. Thank you guys! (Rich and Garrett specifically)

has been more than helpful. He went above and beyond to meet all of my needs and assist with a bit of a tricky situation (without boring you with the details). Steve was great at communicating the entire process and extremely friendly as well. Their after hour pick up/drop off system is top tier, convenient and secure! The technician's report was detailed and included pictures of all recommendations. As a former state inspector and technician myself, this was greatly appreciated. Dynamic Automotive is a great company with friendly owners and staff that truly cares about customer service and satisfaction. I highly recommend them if you're considering bringing your vehicle in for service!
I have taken both of our vehicles to the Dynamic in new market, and they were great. Garrett did both of the initial inspections on both vehicles and came back with a very detailed list of everything they found that may need to be done with both of them. They were able to give us a good quote one timeliness to get everything done and then we're able to do what we needed the next day!
