Ordered Pet Friendly Ice online, payment went through. Called and he knew what I ordered (put me on hold) and comes back and nonchalantly says they're out of stock. Says its possible s computer glutch but it showing its in stock online. My belief, it was sold to another person.

Over the last few years we have gone here several times. Every time we are given excellent service. They don’t just try to sell you the most expensive item, but work within your budget and they even install certain parts if you ask.

I decided to go into AutoZone White Plains location and purchase a new battery. I received great assistance promptly and professionally first of all from Andrea who rang me up at the register, help me pick out my battery, and then so graciously applied my military discount ...to Demarco who installed my battery quickly and efficiently. Additionally, a shout out to the overall store manager who was great when I realized I was eligible for a military discount after I had already paid for my battery. Thanks everybody for providing me great service today.

Kia was extremely rude and disrespectful who stated that she was the store manager, she went back and forth with a paying customer and she could have escalated the situation because she was showing off in front of her friend while she was at work. People shouldn’t have personal friends with them at work, you can’t be productive like that! Auto Zone do better

This is a friendly and helpful location. They are fast and always ready to assist you and even come outside to take a look at your car, and or install something quick for you. I highly recommend this location.

Asian manger threatened to fight me then told his staff to call the police while still threatening me to come outside. This was because of his lack of knowledge on how the return policy works. I had a battery that I brought in for exchange. I was told it needed to be tested first before I could get a new one ( cool ). I had already tried to charge it so I knew it wasn’t going to work so instead of waiting hours I purchased a new one. When they called to tell me the battery couldn’t be charged I got a refund for the one I purchased because I was entitled to a new battery. Fast toward 7 month later to today. I bring the battery back and the store manger is telling me I already go a refund for the battery as if I wasn’t supposed to get it for free. When I explain what happened he continued to act incompetent to the whole thing. When I asked him if I’m supposed to get a free battery if mine can’t be charged he said yes. So I’m not understanding why he doesn’t understand his own word and train of thought. Then to add to it with his aggression is totally unprofessional and he should be fired. I took my business to another store. We’ll see how long this location last with him in there

Despite the store being extremely busy and only one other team member working, Wendy went above and beyond in every way. Excellent Customer Service. I was asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in by Isaiah and greeted my another young man be hind the counter. Isaiah was able to help me get correct oil I needed to have for my SUV, I had mistakenly picked out the wrong kind, he even went back and grabbed it for me even though he was due to go on his lunch break. Hope you enjoyed the sunshine on your break Isaiah 😊

This store is great - well-organized, clean and well-stocked. I'd like to recognize Clint and Isaiah J for being fantastic at their jobs. I stopped in late on a Friday to get a difficult to find part. They were very helpful and patient and I left happy. Please recognize them!

First let me say I rarely leave reviews. I have a take the time to acknowledge the superior customer service that I received today from Jan Sunga at the White Plains store. He helped me install a battery in my truck today-patient, kind, and extremely helpful. Very impressed and autozone should be happy to have employees like him.

The guys in here are always helpful when I come here. Not sure of the gentleman's name but he walked me through putting my rear view mirror back on because I messed around with it and it fell off by accident. 10 out of 10 for me!

Antoinette is absolutely a GODSEND!!! I went in to get a code reading on my Mercedes CLK 350. We went back inside to print the report. She was knowledgeable, professional kind and BEYOND HELPFUL!!!! I wish I had worked with her waaay before today. I could have saved a lot more money as well as time, that I’ll never get back. She deserves a raise and 55 GOLD STARS!!!

The store was very orderly and easy to navigate. I came in to get my battery changed and soemthing to clean my windshield. Rell was very attentive and helped me find the perfect product for the job. He swiftly changed my battery as well. I expected this process to be really stressful on my day but thanks to Rell it was a breeze. Would 100% come again

Thank you so so so much to Fred!!! He went outside and helped me with my window shield wiper in the rain!!! He was such a big help. I’ve never changed one before and was freaking out because it was raining so bad but he put on his coat and came outside in the pouring rain. Please give him a raise or something! Thanks again!!!

The customer service has been decent. 2 stars because of the pickup order experience. This is my second time where I have ordered and paid for my items ahead of time so that I could easily pick up and go and each time I have waited right until closing time to find out that my order has not been picked and one or more of my items is out of stock (even though it’s says it’s in stock online). An inconvenient experience none the less. I still like the White Plains location but please beware.. If you plan to shop here do not use the pickup option online lol..

Best customer service from Bruce! He is the reason my experience comments are not completely negative. I hope his professionalism rubs off on other employees. He kept his word by returning my call and located my missing part. My first call 2 days before was not a pleasant experience. The employee did not locate my order nor did he return my call as he promied.

The store manager here, Mr. Adams, is an absolute pleasure. This was our third location that we visited to fix our car issues. He greeted and helped us quickly and professionally. The staff was helpful and the store is clean and fully stocked. This was the only location that actually had the inventory that they were said to have. Wonderful experience all around

Stopped into this store when our car indicated that the battery was low on our keyless remotes. Kevin went above and beyond great customer service - even finding a video to help us open up the key fob to replace the battery. We replaced the batteries in two fobs and were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Thanks for great customer service!

My only complaint is the one in Prince Frederick doesn't open on time or 5 minutes later. Stood out there for 15/20 minutes, don't know what time they actually open. Sign said 7:30AM, glad my job is right there so I wasn't late. They were nice when I was able to go back, but if theor hours changed, please update the sign.

As cold as it was this one particular night my car was having issues, I needed help under the hood of my car, and a male employee there came out to help me with no problem, and stayed outside the entire time whike trembling to make sure he helped me get my car home. I didn't grab his name. It was so cold that night I forgot my own name. Lol! He was so kind, considerate, and selfless.

Service was excellent. Solved my check engine light quickly and helped me locate my other items. Very friendly even though there was a constant flow of customers. Never felt like I was a burden to them but their main focus. I'll go back!!!

Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. So important when I have no idea what I’m doing and my cars having issues. Thank you for helping me figure out the sound, where to get the part and then going a step further and getting down on the ground and setting me up with a temporary fix until I get to the dealer. Thanks to Danny I am able to drive home safely(and with car intact lol) ! They go above and beyond. It’s always consistent every time I’ve visited. You can tell the staff really cares!

Aaron is a wonderful and saving grace for customers like me! I purchased an older model vehicle (2001) & there were several items/things I sought to repair on my own. From day one of walking in (back in late August of 2016), Mr. Aaron confidently assisted me with my questions & pointed me in the right direction of what I needed AND those items I purchased SOLVED THE PROBLEM! I am definitely trusting this store as long as Mr. Aaron is there and the others that are learning from him.
