I highly recommend Gayans Auto Body. They go out of their way to make thing work. They are the absolute best at what they do.

Gayans fixed my vehicle when I was in a fender bender on 301, lady side swiped me down the whole side. Car came back better then ever, washed & all (: Highly recommend them, was back within a weeks time & all the staff was highly professional & easy to deal with. Thanks gayans! My car broke down early in the morning on the way to the airport for a special trip. Thanks to Jeff at Gayans Auto Body quick response at early hours I was still able to make my flight! Jeff had my car towed from Clinton to Leonardtown MD before my plane even landed. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs!

Gayan’s auto body came to the rescue at 5 AM when my daughter‘s car broke down going to the airport. They picked the phone up and called us right back as soon as we left a message , within 30 minutes picking up my daughter’s car broken down on the side of the road. It was a relief we got to get on the plane and feel comfortable Moving forward on our vacation that we had planned. Thanks again to Gayan’s auto body . I highly recommend using this company.

Took my 2005 scion xb there for windshield and rust behind the seal that safelight class said they wouldn't do. They said it needed body work so i took here ,then the next day the owner said he doesn't deal with my insurance because it takes 3 to 6 months to get paid. So you turn me away for body work and would've got paid up front then be getting a check from my insurance 🤔. Thanks to Gragun &Sons in laplata MD. The guy took took the wire wheel and sprayed rust inhibitor on it and GOT MY WINDSHIELD IN.IT WASN'T A GOOD BUSINESS 😑 THOUGHT ON GAYANS PART. I WAS HOPING TO KEEP LOCAL BUSINESS IN BUSINESS.

Gayans Auto body did a great job of repairing the damage to my car from hitting a deer. I can not tell anything had happened. Look brand new and I am impressed with how clean my car is. They were very nice to deal with and did not take very long at all to repair my car I definitely recommend them if you need any work done on your vehicle

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Jeff is related to my mom’s spouse (first cousins). My mom brought her car in because a deer hit it. Jeff and/or his team busted my mom’s taillight and left a dent in her car. Then, he proceeded to take a video/picture of the busted taillight stating that my mom brought her car in like that (which she did not). When she went to pick up her car, she told him “I left the check at home, I will go grab it and drop it back off”, to which Jeff replied “my secretary can go pick it up, I’m not giving you your keys back. I ain’t chasing’ my money”. Mind you, this is FAMILY, and my mom lives two minutes away from this shop. He then made my mom’s spouse pay CASH for the taillight HE broke. Take your service elsewhere unless you want to be pick pocketed and treated like trash.

On Memorial Day evening I had car trouble and was so fortunate to be helped by Mr. Gayan of Gayan’s Auto Body & Towing. He arrived promptly, was professional and kind, got my car started with a jump with No Hassle. Even on a holiday, it’s rare to come across that kind of thoughtful service. I’m truly grateful! This is a rip off,don’t use this company,they towed my car for 9miles and charging me$500. Never ever come this bullshit place.

Called this shop to have my vehicle towed less than 1 mile away from this shop. They charged $345 and when I declined their $4000 estimate, they then stated oh we are just going to Total your car. These people are money hungry. I will be contacting the states attorney and filing a complaint. Just plain tried to take advantage of people. Update: I had an opportunity to speak with Jeff who is the owner who had been on vacation at the time of this review to come to a resolution. The staff at this location were very apologetic and attempted to remedy the situation to work out the issues which stemmed from deficits in timely communication and an effort to provide services that ultimately could not be rendered. I can not speak to any services at this location but I can say that Jeff was more than fair in admonishing all parties involved and that speaks volumes for accountability and was willing to work out a resolution.

Every one at Gayans was very customer friendly, and I am so pleased with the repairs they made on my Chevy Equinox. Looks like a brand new SUV.

Everyone in the shop was more than helpful with making sure my car was good as new after getting t-boned. Everything was communicated to me, staff is always kind and my vehicle is super clean. Highly satisfied with the end results. I recommend Gayan’s to everyone I know 😊

Terrible company if u get ur car towed in from a car accident make sure you know exactly what’s in the car becusse if you don’t it will go missing and if you have a choice go to a different company they will want 1000$ for a tow fee if you have been in a car accident just so you can get your stuff out the car. They will suck every penny out of you that they can get

There are not enough good words in the dictionary to describe how great Ms. Lucy & Mr. Donnie are!! Not only have I used them personally, but I also use them for the business I work and recommend them to anyone I cross paths with. They are amazing people and run a great business!!

Gayans did an incredible job bringing my baby back to her glory, this is the body shop to go to!

Always the best. Will not take my vehicles anywhere else. Everyone is cordial and helpful and the work is professional. (They fix it as if they're working on their own vehicle). I bring my vehicles to them all the way from St Mary's County, so if you're any closer than that, you need to be using this shop!

Used this shop to repair my car after it was stolen and they made the experience better. They were very communicative and updated regularly about when my car would be ready, made sure my gas was replaced, and just had good vibes overall. Will definitely consider them again in the future!

They repaired my car and did an amazing job. Very family oriented and professional they took their time explaining what needed to be done and how long it would take. Ms. Lucy was a pleasure to work with she was always pleasant and even offered help if we needed a ride. She kept me informed through the entire process. The best service I've ever experienced as far as car towing. I drive a 2021 Subaru Outback and because my car couldn't get off the emergency break, I couldn't get a simple flatbed to do the tow. I called Gayan's and explained the situation and that I was on gravel, and they went back to their shop and brought the appropriate equipment over. They arrived within the hour, just as promised. I believe my driver's name was Donny. He was awesome! He attempted to give my car a jump to see if the tow was even necessary. After troubleshooting some more, he got right to work rigging my car up. Even explained to me what the process was. Brought my car to Waldorf from Indian Head with no issues. Definitely going to trust them with any auto body work as well.
