I recently had the Cub Cadet ZT150 I purchased in the spring from Bayside Kubota & Equipment Co. get the winter service done there. They picked it up as scheduled did a very thorough tune up and clean up. Also replaced one of the blades. My mower looks brand new again from top to bottom! I'm very happy with the value and service received.

One of the reasons I took my Kubota riding mower to Bayside Kubota 8n Faulkner, Md, was because I was afraid if I tried to fix it myself, I would go down a rabbit hole and never get it running. I'm so glad took my mower to Bayside Kabota! I was given an estimate for the repair and gave the okay to proceed. Well, as I had feared, the mechanics went down a rabbit hole, fixing one problem then another! Finally, they fixed everything. The repair cost was driven way up!! Before I had a heart attack, Kubota said they would give me a discount and dropped the repair cost down to a little more than the initial estimate. Whew! There are many shops that would have stated: "It is what it is." then demand the full amount. Scott at Kabota understood the situation and provided a compromise that was fair to both Kubota and me. I should also mention how polite and reasonable everyone was. Dealing with equipment repairs can be frustrating. The staff made me feel they were on my side. Other shops treat their customers like a lion scoping out prey in a herd. I will now be taking all of my repair work to Bayside Kabota!

I had a pickup for the DLA here and these guys were wonderful to deal with and helpful in loading the equipment. I have to say they have one of the largest selections of Kubota equipment that I've seen in our area.

Whenever I call Bayside Kubota & Equipment in Faulkner, MD, I’m always met with the highest level of professionalism and care. I don’t usually take the time to write online reviews, but after the team’s responsiveness to what I thought was a serious tractor issue this morning, I felt compelled. Thanks to their quick support and guidance, what started as a stressful situation had a clear solution by the afternoon. When we bought our Kubota tractor last year, we knew it would be part of an uphill learning curve. But more than a year later, life on the farm has been made easier not only because of the machine itself—but because of the hardworking, reliable team at Bayside. We’re truly grateful to have them in Southern Maryland.

Went to Hollywood location to get an oil sending unit for a Ferris Zero Turn. Like usual they did not have it and sent me to Faulkner. I picked it up at Faulkner and also needed the 15w-50 motor oil for it. I was told that they don't stock this oil. I thought this was strange and asked what oil do you use when you service a customers mower thinking maybe their was an alternative. Was told whatever we have. This didn't rest well with me as I wanted the correct oil. After previous issues with Bayside I was told by general manager Kevin Freeburger to contact him with any issues. He told me that they sell the oil and had 68 quarts in stock. I dont know if he was looking at a computer or what but they clearly didnt have it when i needed it. It is a hard oil to find so i would have been happy to take 5 of their 68. Mr. Freeburger doesn't have a good resolution with his customers and they will soon fail even more under his leadership. To sum up my previous issues: 3% surcharge when purchasing parts ext with credit card Never have maintenance items in stock (Hollywood) warranty issue with Ferris leaking fluid from rear, after fix parking brake didnt work. Went back two times they said they adjusted it and still never worked. Took it to Smiths repair shop and they fixed the issue that was internally. I would not purchase from Bayside as they never have parts in stock and rarely have maintenance items. And they obviously cant fix what they sell. This is the Bayside that owns numerous car dealerships in MD and VA. They are big and could care less about the little guy. They have a reputation for selling subpar used cars. They bought out Hugh Gardiner who I patronized for 23 years with excellent customer service and dealer support. Bayside just cant get it together I have given them chance after chance. I went from using Kubota and Ferris equipment to a new brand of Toro all because of dealer support. As a lawn care company owner dealer support is important and 100% of my decision when choosing a mower brand. I hope this review is helpful to anyone looking at different brands and dealer out there.

What a wonderful experience I had with them. Spent the last 3 days looking for the right size PTO for my bush hog could not find one. They had the steel and Scott Posey had the talent to weld it together in one day and get it taken care of for me. Thank you and Mary Hancock as well. Appreciate all your service.

Bayside Kubota will be getting all of my future business for repairs and purchases for lawn equipment. My first time using them occurred this year; The professionalism, integrity and thoroughness of the repairs by Scott's team and the service department is a gold-standard. Anyone looking for zero-turn repairs or purchases should strongly consider them.

Only go here if you want to spend $400 for a simple oil change. Winter promo is a scam, bait switch advertised as a maintenance, what maintenance doesn’t cover the cost of an oil filter/oil. I was told my blades can’t be sharped and have to be replaced when they are less than a year old. I can understand not covering a battery, blade replacements, etc but not 2 spark plugs some oil and an oil filter? All the service manager could say is they have over 400 customers well good job on scamming people out of what should be no more then $250. Again avoid this place.

Hugh and Justin has worked with us for over a year now, we did purchase a 2610 series with factory glass cab over, heat and A/C last month, FM Radio, Bluetooth, USB and audio connectors, these bright bright night lights, accepted delivery on 11/16/2023. Jack, their delivery agent was patient and was good people. Added the mower, bucket, front and rear snow plow, tiller, (praying for snow this winter). Thank you Hugh and Justin for being patient with me and showing complete professionalism and their unwavering helpfulness, as I often stopped by to find out about the equipment and any new promotions. I think we'll have many useful years from my new tractor. Removed some leaves and cut my grass for the winter season. I had too much fun. The turn radius was like riding a bike. The steering was soooooo easy. The ride is soooooo comfortable with the air ride seat. Kubota Financing gave us $0 down and 84 months financing which made our purchase much more affordable Awesome Kubota Financing.

Great experience purchasing my BX2380 tractor. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Hugh was great as a sales rep. Not pushy at all, and made sure I was only buying what I actually needed. He also went out of his way to arrange for a difficult delivery timeline on my end. Highly recommended.

I like the place but was unhappy on my last visit. I brought my mower in for warranty and the engine was blown after 80 hours which sucks. They fixed the engine, but charged me $125 for blades without asking permission. Then they were reluctant to admit they were wrong. Said “oh we’ll take them back off but the deck and blades were in bad shape”, as if the blades and some grass clippings caused the mower to fail…right. I’m in business and I never charge for work I haven’t cleared with my customer first. After all I had been through not having a mower for over a month and paying $4k for a new zero turn that blew in 18 months, you’d think they’d toss in the blades and the break in oil…or at least check with me before doing the frikin work and charging extra. They sell plenty of equipment so they probably don’t care about me, but hey now I’m gonna buy a $50k tractor some place else.

Went to buy a zero turn mower, they pulled a good one on me. They sold me a very nice one about $3-5k less than I was expecting. I just got off my new Ferris ISX800 mower and so far its cut down my mowing time by at least 3 hours.

Great customer service. Bought a Kubota mower a couple years ago, they still treat their customers very well even after the sale. The mower runs well but has broke two belts since I have owned it. Not Hugh's fault. Design flaw. Will continue to use High Gardiner.

Took my lawn tractor there for carburetor work. I told them that it would run until the starter fluid is burned up. Told them I replaced fuel pump and getting gas trough it and I had a brand new fuel filter in the storage box on the tractor. They called me a week latter saying they put new fuel filter new spark plugs air filter, but needs a new carburetor. I told them that was what it was there for. And I did not want or authorized the other stuff as they where changed out end of last season and to put my parts back on. The lady said she would see what she could do. Two weeks went by and they called saying my tractor was ready. I get there to get it and see they charged for spark plugs and a $80 fee to put on all the things I told them not to put back. The guy took off the spark plugs but said couldn't do anything with the labor charge. The good thing is my tractor is running now but still feel they tryed to get over on me by doing work not needed or authorized.

This place is great! Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I was able to apply online and got in and out with a new mower in about 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning for parts and service in the future.

In the last 7 years I have purchased a UTV, Farm tractor,and 2 zero turns from Hugh. You wont find anyone more helpful and honest to deal with. It's people like him tha make a business good and worth dealing with. Highly highly highly recommend seeing Hugh!

Well educated and very professional staff to help you decide the best options to fill your needs. I bought a battery operated blower and was given a full understanding of how to properly operate and store it and how to maintain the battery for years of trouble free use. I will continue to purchase my Stihl products from this location.

Without question the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have EVER received. I bought a new Kubota ZTR and Mr. Gardiner delivered it himself within 20 hours. He gave me a complete walk-through of the mower and even offered to give some "driving lessons". I asked him about the company and he gave me a good bit of the history of the business. Did I mention that he spent this time even though this was their busiest time of the year. These guys have been doing this for years and the experience can't be beat. If you're searching for outdoor power equipment for your home/farm, service or just parts don't think twice! This is my place to go from now on, make it yours too, believe me you won't regret it.
