This was clearly the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced. When I call, the gentleman was taking three or four different phone calls at the same time and speaking with other people, and then got extremely upset with me when I tried to understand who he was talking to. When I asked for his name, the gentleman Stated that he was the owner and didn’t need to give me his name. I opted to take my car to another Facility. Won’t use this company ever again.
Garbage place, terrible service, no one helps you, I waited 20 minutes, they just walked by like they were idiots and no one had time to help me, very bad, don't go there, friend
Great price and friendly service. I needed a rear view mirror for my car. They had the part available and pickup was really easy. I highly recommend to check with them of you need any auto parts for a reasonable price.
Good besides we noticed the part we were about to purchase was broken before hand, so going their expecting an honestly?! I wouldn't unless you know about cars and their parts in the proper mannor
BEWARE! The bald guy who runs this place is an extremely sad, rude, and angry individual. I have bought parts from this place several times in the last 10 years, and they have had deplorable customer service. It had been a couple of years, so I swung by to see if they had the parts needed. The "Bald Angry Man" insulted me about the Make of car I was driving, and was extremely condescending towards my friend who also inquired about parts. We walked out, and he came running out the door yelling at us not to enter the yard..we were waking to our car. Once he noticed this, he turned around and walked away, and didnt apologize. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
GREAT PLACE!!! it is hard to find people knowledgeable about used car parts, these people are parts professionals, not some kid at a computer.

My experience with Kings was very good. Granted, there wasn't a "receptionist" there, but a gentleman helped me and another retrieved my parts. I had called, they had the parts for my Saturn Vue, and I was well pleased. Thank you Kings!
