Accessed any potential issues prior to placing it on the flatbed and ensured that it was properly secured prior to transport. Hopefully AAA will utilize them in the future if I, or my family, ever need their services again. Definitely give them an AAA+ rating.

We had quick service and because we had a tow driver that was closer our wait time was barely 20 min. Our tow driver was also quite knowledgeable and although he couldn't assist with the problem we could tell if he saw something he'd recommend a fix.

I was stranded for over five hours 135 miles away from my home and he was my saving grace came in less than 10 minutes and hauled me 2 1/2 hours away back safely to my home. The $450 accident pickup fee is already ridiculous. After speaking with my insurance agent, I was told the vehicle would not be considered a total loss and to call the tow company to arrange a release. When I did, the gentleman insisted I needed to remove the plates before it went to the salvage yard because “someone had called asking about the car the day before.” I explained the situation, but he continued to insist, which made no sense.
I called my insurance back, and they confirmed they had no idea what he was talking about.
When I went to collect my belongings, I found my car sitting in a sandy, barely fenced-in lot that I could push over myself. No security, no cameras, nothing. Worst of all, they left my keys sitting on the tire instead of securing them properly. Absolutely unacceptable. The way they spoke and handled everything was unprofessional, and I would never use this company again—insurance-related or otherwise.
Needed to get my vehicle 65 miles away in a hurry. Called at 8 am. Guy who answered the phone was very helpful and gave an accurate appraisal of the tow service. They had someone at my house by noon and car delivered on time. 10/10 would recommend

Baby Al did an awesome and amazing job. I had to wait over 5 hours for someone to get my vehicle after waiting for a different tow company to come. But After multiple calls, Baby Al's tow truck came and got my car out of the ditch. I definitely appreciate it.
called pretty late one evening at walmart to get a tow from Temperenceville VA to Pocomoke City, told him he could do it anytime he felt that i wasn't in a rush for it (its my first car, a fixer upper) he not only picked it up same night and i really wasn't expecting it, but we sat and talk about the car, and he advised me some places to go for inspection. Honestly will be recommending to anyone who needs a tow in the area and is a first time buying a tow, his price was the lowest estimate i was getting and he even lowered the price because it was closer than he thought.
