I got a flat and was stranded in a parking lot at 10pm. Priority immediately took care of me and got a truck out to me in an hour. No one else in the area could help, not living up to their 24/7 service. Some didn’t even have the decency to offer any advice. Priority got me to a shop, even found one that had an overnight drop box. I really appreciate all their help and highly recommend them. Very reasonable prices.
Gave me the run around for months. Totaled a car by getting t boned on 9/11/24. They told me that I couldn’t get my plates because my insurance had to come look at the damage and that they had been attempting to make contact to get that done, and that my plates would be stored in the office. I called my insurance company and told them this too. After months of that back and forth I get on the phone with an insurance agent who said this was very abnormal, he got in touch with “Greg” at priority who says I can come get my plates. My insurance agent also said he had absolutely no record of them reaching out. Today, I find out they were scrapped with the car. Thanks for the months of lies and headache guys. At least since it was scrapped I’m not on the hook, but I wanted to repair my car instead of just be out a vehicle, time, and all those months of paying insurance. I’m just now getting answers in January of the next year.
I had a flat tire on one vehicle, the battery was dead in a second. The driver Saad arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call. He was fast, efficient and polite. Both vehicles were ready to go in no time.
