I’ve bought parts from these guys a few times. Good prices. Reasonable service. No one asked me to leave this review, I just like the way do business so I decided to leave them a five star review.
I paid $800 for some seats and was told they’d be ready in a few hours. When I picked them up, some pieces were missing. I had to drive back twice for the headrests they forgot, and they tried to charge me again for parts I had already paid for. They said it would take at least an hour to get them, even though it was their mistake. I even called ahead the next day to confirm the headrests were ready, but when I arrived they still tried to charge me again. It feels like the employees are trained to squeeze money out of every little thing. Overall, I paid a premium price for poor service and a lot of wasted time.
Just moved to MD and failed inspection due to 1 tire on my Jeep being too low on tread. I scored 4 tires for the price of 1 here, and had great service from JB. Picked up my tires less than 2 hours after calling to see if they had the right match. Would recommend to anyone in the area for parts.
Condon’s is my first choice before the dealership. 99% of the time they have or will find what you need. JB, Preston and Chase are always ready and willing to help as soon as you call.
I was looking at an outrageous dealer price to replace a broken side mirror. I checked online, and found Condon's had a replacement in perfect condition. Photos and description of the part assured me it was exactly what I needed. Calling and visiting was the most pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
Bought a part through ebay and this place was the only place I had to be able to call from anything to get a refund for the wrong part. Been jumping through hoops to get a refund on their mess up. Call in and the operator is a real jerk. I'm asking for the number for a place they told me it was outsourced to the day before and now today they're telling me they don't have an ebay store and just not helping at all. Should rename to con-mans auto parts.
Most dishonest Business you would ever come across. They sold me a defective engine that failed less than a month after it was installed and on top of that they refused to honor the 6-month warranty of the engine they sold claiming that it was my fault if the engine failed. They kept my money $8 thousand, the defective engine that they sold me, and the old engine of my vehicle. Horrible business malpractice and flat outright crook.
My experience with the junkyard was quite disappointing. I purchased a used car glass for my vehicle, only to discover upon inspection that it had a broken mount. I promptly contacted the junkyard on the same day to report the issue and was told that I could return the item for a refund.
However, upon returning to the junkyard, the situation took a turn for the worse. The staff insisted that they had sold me the glass without any damage and accused me of breaking the mount myself. This was perplexing and frustrating, as I had clearly identified the issue immediately after the purchase.
Undeterred, I requested to check their security camera footage to prove that the glass was indeed sold to me in a damaged state. After a brief delay, during which I insisted on reviewing the footage, they surprisingly agreed to refund my money. It was disheartening to encounter such resistance initially and to be met with accusations.
This entire ordeal left me with a sour taste and underscored the importance of thorough inspections before making purchases from such establishments. The lack of transparency and initial refusal to acknowledge the issue were significant drawbacks in what should have been a straightforward transaction.
We had to return an engine. Mike came out twice because the first truck didn't have a lift gate. He was excellent to work with!! Will continue using their services

Had a misunderstand when having a part shipped and they stuck by their word and refunded me all my money and paid return shipping. They even tried to put me into contact with another yard to find the part I needed. Definitively like them and would be willing to work with them again.
I've been doing business with Condon's for 6+ years almost on a weekly basis. Their service is great and parts are of best quality, considering used. They've went out of their way on multiple occasions to locate a part that they did not have in stock at their yard. Its very uncommon to find stand up respectful people in the used parts market, Condon's should be your go to place. Some names to mention who I've dealt with and always been pleased with, sales reps Nate & Preston, and parts are always delivered with care by Tom. 10/10 recommend.
Great place to get your parts for a fair price, I usually deal with Preston over a year, he is very good at finding my car parts, Mike the driver is good guy always on time! I’m very happy and please with their service!

Bought a 2019 6.7 powerstroke engine with 92,000 miles on it
Paid 2500 for installion.
Condon’s Engine was defective upon installation.
Removed and replaced with another Condon’s engine. 2017 with 152,000.
Paid another 2000 for swap.
Nate Martin salesman and Greg Condon both promised to make things right on Extra expenses and higher mileage engine.
Still waiting after months, not even a courtesy phone call.
Service is great, after all the revelant questions to make sure that the part that i had vallend about was the correct fit for my vehicle, he said he'd have to make sure that the part was there and in good condition.
As promised, he called back a short time later to confirm everything was good.
I was so confident that he was selling me the correct part that i purchased it over the phone and picked a few days later, even though it was two hrs. Away, it was wort it.

very very bad auto part sellers. Incredibly rude customer service support. I ordered parts from here, they sent me one part but I never got the other one I ordered and they took absolutely no responsibility for it. I ordered a steering wheel airbag and all of the wires were cut instead of removing the connector.
Then they try to mock and suggest that I go to them to right their mistake knowing I’m an hour and a half away. They already charged me for the delivery fee and then they try to make me pay for more delivery fees to send me the part they didn’t send previously, even though I ordered it and payed for it before.
We own a car dealership, we will never order any more parts from these sellers because they won’t give me a refund or send me the part they were supposed to send already.
These guys take their time to find what exactly you are looking for and make sure you are taken care of. I’m very happy with my purchase, their service, and the price. They are my #1 part source from now on. They are very organized, and clean the parts you purchased before you arrive to pick it up. Preston was an amazing sales person, but so was everyone at their location. Not a lot of auto part stores are left like this anymore. Keep up the good work.
Bought a complete front clip from Condon's in February of 23. I had great service on the phone from Preston, and several employees came out to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was as expected. I will call them first next time for parts!
Terrible service, I called the company, Preston Bowers sales Specialist answered me, they said that there was what I needed in stock, I came for 130 mil, to buy a gmc sierra fender, it turned out to be damaged , before that in conversation I clarified if everything was okay with this fender, he said that everything was fine, and when I I arrived , they brought me other colors and said the one I need is spoiled , and they asked me to fill it right away , comrade Preston Bowers . They laughed in my face when I told them that I drove 3 hours to pick up the advertised item.

I called your company 3 times and each time I asked what the condition of the black wing was, I even asked to send me a photo, to which I got a half-answer, look at the photo on the car-parts .com website, but it was not clear in the photo, we can't send you other photos, you said that everything is fine with the wing, then I decided to find out when I can pick it up, you told me that after you pay for the goods in 2 hours, I paid for the goods, arrived and you shoved a gray wing at me and said that the black one was damaged

Ended up needing a new window and safelight told me it'd be $500 dollars so I decided to do it myself. The people over at safelight told me I needed tempered glass not laminated glass. I called Condon's and luckily they had tempered, but when I got home with the tempered glass and started working I found out the knuckle draggers at safelight were wrong and I did in-fact need laminated glass. Called Condon's again to see if they had it, unfortunately they didn't but they set me up with someone in my area that did. Great people and great service, couldn't recommend them more.
They have an engine advertised for $300. I called they said that engine has been listed with interchange issues. And offered me one for $900. Something didn't sound right. So I emailed them for a quote.
I received a phone call from a representative who requested my VIN number who also told me that they were having interchange issues with that particular engine gave them my VIN number .The representative verified that this engine was compatible with my VIN number and it was being sold for $300. I agree to purchase.The next day The first representative called me back with an attitude and told me he gave me a price for $900 and why would I speak to another representative about the engine. And if I was still interested it will be $900. Bait-and-switch at its best. PS it's been about 4 months and the engine is still advertised for $300..

Had a window randomly busted out of my Civic over the weekend. Major bummer.
Started looking around for a replacement window and happened across a listing on Car-part for a Civic at Condon’s that matched my specs. I had to cross my fingers and hope the glass was still available. I called Monday morning and spoke to a very helpful guy (Dave) that confirmed availability and processed my parts request. Several hours later I received a phone call to tell me my window glass was pulled and ready for pick up. I work in Westminster and was able to drop by on lunch break and pick up the window. The price was more than fair and the part quality was high.
The broken window was a setback, but the stars really aligned for the replacement.
The replacement glass was installed today and I should be ready to get the car back on the road tomorrow morning. Thanks so much Condon’s!
Nate gave me exceptional service when I need a new radio for my car. Whereas two other junkyards quickly routed me other places, and ultimately to Condons, he spent time finding and securing the radio for me. He was helpful, pleasant and very professional. Mike Mooney excellent customer service. Very professional, having both patience and genuine concern for me having the right part for my vehicle especially since I was driving 2 hrs to their location. Which I had no problem with the drive as I was happy they had at their location as i had already called over 15 locations in Northern Va and no one, but Condon's Auto Parts in MD. Mike even called out another person, whom also nice and helpful, just to ensure right part when I was concerned looked a lil different than my original. Not only did they both double check, but person working on my vehicle confirmed right part. Much appreciation as Mike knew how important this part was for me to have same day and he came through for me, even calling me after his lunch break to let me know it was ready for pick up. By the way...part came with a warranty as well. My car is back to normal and driving great. Do not expect to be needing to use the warranty. Highly recommend this location.
