I see why they have all these 5 star reviews. They are the best. They are timely and Nick was awesome. He researched exactly how to hook up the Tesla so as to not damage anything. Excellent experience.
Nick Blevins came out to tow my car to the shop today and he was extremely quick to get to me and was extremely helpful and nice once he got to me. Overall was a great experience and leagues better than previous experiences I’ve had with other tow companies
I was fortunate enough to have A&D as the towing company that AAA selected to answer my call for emergency road service this time, and was shocked when AAA told me the tow truck would be there in less than 30 minutes. I was highly skeptical of that timeframe, based on past experience with emergency road service. But the tow truck did indeed arrive in less than 30 minutes, and the driver was very kind and competent. I have saved A&D’s info in my phone, and will request them specifically in the future.
Absolutely amazing. Allen was such a gentleman. Made sure I was safe at all times while loading my vehicle and even helped getting in the truck. We had good conversations while headed to our destination. Can't thank this company enough for doing what they do. Highly recommend for all your towing needs.
They have towed me twice through AAA, different drivers, and both have been great experiences. They are fast, courteous, careful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be requesting them again if I need assistance.
When my car check engine light came on, I pulled over and called my insurance company who said it’d be 2 hours to get a tow. I looked around the area for a tow company and A&D was nearby. I called them and from the start, I was reassured that a tow truck could be out in 20 minutes, jump the car, and tow if needed. Less than 20 minutes, Nick to the rescue! He did everything he could and explained everything upfront. While we eventually had to get it towed, Nick’s professionalism and the experience I had was top notch. Thank you!

You absolutely CAN'T go wrong contacting A&D towing! Broke down between Baltimore and Frederick on I70 at 7pm. Once the dispatcher put me at ease, I knew I was in good hands. Allan, the tow truck operator, took great care with my classic truck (and trailer, too)! 1000% recommend A&D Towing! I normally do not post reviews, but as a professional diesel mechanic myself, i feel compelled to let anyone who needs roadside services to give A&D their business! 5++ stars!
A&D was was real easy to work with. I scheduled a tow 2 days in advanced. They showed up when scheduled and towed my car to the mechanic the night before I was scheduled to be there. Doug showed up in the rain and had it delivered to the mechanic in no time. Sheena was a pleasure to work with via phone for the scheduling and payment.
UPDATE: REVIEW #2 This time I was out on a Sunday drive in my classic car and broke down. My roadside service said they would be 2 to 2.5 hours. I canceled that service and called A&D. Speaking with Dispatch was just as friendly as before. They had Nick to me in no time. Nick took great care hooking up my vehicle. He made sure I was ok with his hook up point, and he used additional ramps to ensure my rear bumper didn’t drag. I couldn’t be happier in my dealings witb A&D
In Westminster on business and my car decides to break down. A&D Auto Parts and Towing to the rescue! Professional, friendly, careful with my vehicle, and driving a beautiful rig. Nick was amazing and great to talk to. They have 24-hour towing service so if you need them, give them a call. Five stars! Highly recommended!
This is a shared space with a small vintage shop. It was so cute and fun to look at all their different items. The ladies were super friendly and so very helpful. We appreciated their kindness, it was a good experience. We didn't purchase anything and were there for the towing part, but I highly recommend them as their customer service was excellent!!

I was stranded on I70 on Sunday night. The dispatcher on duty (shana?) Was so helpful and reassured me that help was on the way. Allen picked me up within 15 mins. He towed my vehicle and got me home safely. Excellent customer service. Thanks for everything!
10/10 services all day. I’ve worked with this company for more than a year now as mechanic that’s always breaking down. Every single time and call for their services I always get an amazing and experienced customer service and tow truck drivers. If you have AAA REQUEST THESE PEOPLE. I was waiting an entire day for someone to help me with recently my f-350 dually all the surrounding companies kept canceling and saying they didn’t have the equipment or experienced drivers. A&D took the job came out here and took care of me. Most definitely recommend

Omg. I wanted to cry when I saw the tow truck coming with my Accord. I couldn't even get my insurance company to pick it up for a whole day! Allen has done such a wonderful job getting my car out of the snow and bringing it home safely. Thank you so much for your amazing service Allen!
I don't even know where to begin with this company. I was on a road trip to Baltimore when my motorcycle got a flat tire at 12 in the morning. I called so many places all of them either ignoring me, saying they can't/don't know how to tow bikes, or giving me wild time estimates. After 6 hours of standing on I-70 getting rained on and almost run down by cars, I called A&D and got a driver assigned to me instantly with a quoted time of 35 minutes. Sure enough my driver Allen showed up and got my bike loaded up carefully and quickly. After having a terrible night Allen and A&D were quick to turn it around. Absolutely use this company it's so worth it, as I write this he's even taking time out of his schedule just to drop me off at my hotel as a kind gesture. Thank you Allen!
A&D was drafted by AAA to lug my broken down Honda across town. They maintained good, friendly communication with me prior to pick up. The driver (sorry, I missed your name!) that hauled my vehicle was a really nice guy and was very gentle with my vehicle. He loaded and unloaded my car with absolute ease and professionalism. The tow driver told me a bit about the company and his long time service as we hauled my broken car home. By every account, A&D seems to be a really nice, humble, family operation. And it certainly showed in the way I was treated this evening. Thank you for getting me out of a jam tonight, guys and girls! I wish you all the best, and stay safe.
