One of the best service centers I’ve dealt with, period. Gary is always friendly and professional, and the whole team goes out of their way to work with me whenever they can. They’ve taken great care of my trucks at a fair price, and here’s the thing you rarely get to say about an auto shop these days: I trust them. If you need a heavy-duty truck shop especially for Ford, but they’ve also done great work on my Dodge 6.7 Cummins I can’t recommend them enough.

Gary and his team are the best in town extremely professional only shop I let work on my vehicles.

This garage was fast and efficient and on point. They offered a ride to my next destination or to wait with a hot cup of coffee. They gave me a chance to explain what was going on with my vehicle and to where the problem May lye. Also to add they service all makes and models and are very experienced. On this winter day my vehicle was warmed up and ready to go upon notice of me picking it up. The customer service is outstanding.

I was visiting my daughter in Manchester for Christmas and traveled from Florida. Car troubles but they resolved the issue to ensure safe travel back to Florida.

Great service and very timely! They explained everything they were going to do, and when they came across a few other issues of concern, they communicated it to me before addressing the problem. Also, they went over all services performed in detail at the time of payment. Will definitely use their services again in the future

2015 Toyota RAV4 would not start nor had lights on dashboard. It was towed to North Carroll , they figured out what was wrong and got it fixed timely and at a reasonable price. I would give 5 stars but I don’t usually do because there is always room for process improvements even if it is minor.

My truck had just turned 100,000 miles and needed a ton of work , they serviced everything, top to bottom, the truck is now ready to go another 100,000 miles , excellent work , very trustworthy people, Gary is Awsome to work with , they really take care of your prized possessions! I trust these guys 100%!

I came in for a headlight to be replaced and the service was quick and wonderful. I will be back

Great folks to work with. Akan went way out of his way to advise me on this “project” as well as helping to get satisfaction from my extended service insurance company, Endurance. (I advise anyone considering using Endurance to turn and run). After researching possible re-man companies Alan advised we should go with Dodge directly. Costs more but gave me a better comfort level. Engine is in and runs and sounds awesome!

Had a very important piece of equipment go down during routine inspection. B105 quit running. They got it right in and estimates right away. Had the truck back in service and inspected extremely quickly.

Extremely competent and honest staff which is rare these days. An hour commute for me is well worth it!

I’ve used North County Service for years and would not have considered anyone else for some fairly extensive mechanical work on my ‘86 F250 that I’m restoring. And it needed a lot. Their work is consistently excellent and priced fairly, and I trust no one with any of my vehicles more than these guys. They certainly did not disappoint witn the work they did on my F250, and I very much appreciate how great they were to work with throughout the process and their knowledge and expertise they bring to the table in working on such an old truck. I truly don’t think I would have even considered taking on this project without the great team at North County Service.

Brought my 2019 F250 diesel in to these guys. Truck was shutting off while driving and it was on the highway every single time. Had two other people look at it first with no answers to the problem.My truck is how I take care of my family. Had a few customers of my own who recommended North County Service Center. Took it to them last month they took there time to make sure they found the issue. Explained everything to me that was wrong, I gave them the green light and they kept me updated on everything while fixing it. I’ve had it back on the road the last two weeks and it’s running better than it did when I brought in 2023. Hopefully i don’t need these guys anytime soon for anything else but if that time comes it’s definitely going to them.

Alan has been working on both my Diesels for nearly two decades. Even before opening this shop. He also works on our other vehicles & some equipment too. He has incorporated his mechanical genius, exceptional patience, & extremely helpful personal demeanor, into this shop. All of his personnel follow his lead in their professional conduct, starting with all the technicians & right to the front counter with Gary. I will soon be retiring to the Eastern Shore, & I will still be taking my trucks to Allen when I do. We pay too much for our vehicles to trust them to anyone except the best!

We’ve been taking our truck to North County for almost 2 1/2 years now. Reliable, honest, and trustworthy are how I would describe this service center. Gary is friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to bring your car there.

I got the impression that they had better things to do other than do a "tune up" on my 4 door sedan! They would much rather stick to working on diesel fleet trucks. Zero communication skills and inability to complete work in a timely manner. Other than that the quality of work seems good.

Great local shop. I've gotten tires on my truck and wife's SUV, through their shop, as well as gotten normal maintenance done. They're very upfront with their prices and services. Their prices are amazing as well! Very affordable, easy to work with, and provide quality work. Will be using them in the future for sure
