Made an offer sight unseen. Low offer, but Fair enough. It’s a wrecked, high mileage piece of junk.Then someone else calls later, only now they’re suddenly asking for pictures. Mind you, this is after the fact, once they already said a carrier would be picking up on such and such date. Not to mention, both guys I spoke with were fairly rude, especially the second guy who was supposedly with copart. That is, at least until I pushed back and told him if he doesn’t like it he can pound sand, suddenly he’s a nice guy now.
I refused to send pictures since we already made a deal, they can see it on pick up. If you don’t like it when you get here, lower your offer or take a hike. It’s here, as described. Poor condition, wrecked vehicle, high mileage, already described in more detail than I feel like typing out, and a deal was made, stop wasting my time. The first guy was so eager to make a deal over the phone without any pictures or further info. Tell ya what, you can keep your $282 bucks. I’ll sell the car, even if it’s for less money, (which I doubt) to someone who doesn’t play stupid games. Kick rocks. Better off playing the fb marketplace game, then wasting time with this company. Moral of the story, If you want or require pictures or any other thing to finalize a deal, ask for those items BEFORE you commit to making an offer. I don’t go for people changing the deal halfway through. Betcha it sells on marketplace in less than a week for twice as much.

I had a wonderful experience with Cash For Cars! We had an older car that we didn’t want anymore as we didn’t want to put the money in to repair it. Cash For Cars was so simple. We called the number and they come to you and buy your car and tow it away for free. The whole transaction was smooth and would definitely use them again in the future.
Overall the car sale was a good experience. The coordination for the timing of the pickup was quick. There were a few issues during the exchange. ( initially the check was not filled out correctly). I had to wait a few days to cash the check because the the buyer, CoPart had not entered the check info into the banking system yet.

Very helpful and glad they could take my car .I wish though that the tow truck driver would have texted me through out the day as to when he would pick up the car. It was supposed to be b/w 8-12 but he didn’t call till around 3:30. It’s Ok that he was behind but just informing me if he was running late would have helped, otherwise everything went well with towing the car.
The process of selling and picking up my car was pretty painless. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I wasn’t notified that I needed a hard copy of my payoff notice until later in the process, which prolonged things. Still, I had a good experience overall.

Cash for Cars made selling our old car so quick and easy! The battery had died, it was dented and a tire had gone flat, but that didn't matter, they came by the house and a very nice tow truck driver finalized the transaction with us.
